Tata Docomo Postpaid / Collections notice
I am having serious grievances against TATA DOCOMO for sending the Legal notice to me. My numbers are [protected] & [protected]
I am ready to pay the charges if any fault of mine and I were used the connections I have stopped using even after you have granted me three months rental waiver
The problem starts
The number I have taken from TATA DOCOMO the same were cancelled after three days of the connections and the same was communicated to DOCOMO that the problem is faced in the network so I am not interested in the connection and DOCOMO has promised that with in 15 days we are fixing the tower in your area but I insisted to cancel the numbers and stopped using the numbers from that day itself and informed the company for the same for the dis-connection of the number and surrender of the SIM but the person informed that your numbers will be cancelled and have the SIMS with you automatically your numbers will stop working after that the number is not utilized by me. And after 3-4 days recd a call from DOCOMO in that call AVINASH from TATA DOCOMO insisted me that to continue with DOCOMO for next three months and your rental is waived for the next three months on both the numbers so on the request I thought that might the problem will be resolved but not started using the numbers again the bill is generated and since that time I am in touch with DOCOMO for the cancellation of numbers and nobody from the company is reverting directly to me and but sending the NOTICES to me
This is total failure of TATA-DOCOMO system and I am not responsible for the whole first of all check your records and then send a notice in each of my call I am constantly telling to all the DOCOMO Guys that I want to make a compliant in TRAI but nobody provided the numbers for the complaints and grievance in Feb 2010 I had talked to a lady in the nodal office and she also not informed the TRAI NUMBERS and compelled me that with in 20 minutes I am calling you back in 20 minuets but no call was recd till date and today I found your notice
Explained me that to deposit the charges pending and these things are mentally harassing me I need a proper investigation in this case show me all details
I am again confirming that I am ready to pay all the charges but I need a concrete solution of my problem that Customer is nothing in front of a company and kindly inform the rights of a customer from your companies point of View and from Government of India point of view and I want to take TRAI view also is DOCOMO can compel any customer for paying any type of company made dues just like we are living the world of EAST India Company now a days the same role is played by DOCOMO what a sense & Level of customer satisfaction TATA is having
I have a faith in TATA DOCOMO that’s why the problem occurred to me again & again if DOCOMO have taken an initiative then can be avoided
No documentary evidences are hidden from my side but all facts are hidden from TATA DOCOMO and this is condition where a dispute raised and upon asked again & again TATA DOCOMO not informed me about the way out to make a complaint in TRAI this is an act of information hiding.
I had tried to talk with the advocate who has supplied me this letter Ashish Agarwal he had also given me a number of some person called Shailendra and he also not talked to me on 2/3/10 and replied that “AAP SE JO BANE WO APP KARO” number of Shailendra is given to me is [protected] If DOCOMO does not want to listen to Voice of the customer then I must say that BAN is to be imposed on the companies like TATA DOCOMO to do further business in INDIA this is a responsibility of Indian Government to impose BAN.
If Company is not aware how make customer listen then these type of companies BANNED in world doing a wrong businesses across globe
