Please see below.

I need someone to look into this service. Christmas is a special part of the year and gifts are bought till the last day. I was told to collect my order and the collections department closes at 5pm. There was a string of cars and Takealot took no responsibility. They just allowed the security to shut the gate and tell people to leave. No information, no apology no resume date.

I called the call center for information instead of being rude to the security like everyone else. The consultant spoke to me like everything I said was a lie. The times on the email was wrong she says and I shouldn't have been there. BUT a woman came out and she was able to collect. her car was on the outside. Then another couple collected. So why the discrimination. It has been 20 minutes since she said she will contact me in 5min. I ran away from work to collect my gift. Now, I have to find something and I'm working till 5pm.

This really wrecked Christmas as the gift I bought still has to be engraved.

Please look into this.

We received the bed base on 19 December 2023. We cannot asseble the bed, because it doesn't have the correct amount of parts (screws) that is needed. So now we have to hope that we can find the correct screws at a building company and pay again.

I paid for same day delivery and the whole day went with not update on their website and the order was not delivered as agreed. I have paid a fee for them to deliver same day.

Good day

I am very dissapointed about a bedding set that i bought my daughter 2 months ago.

It has not even been washed yet?

Pillow cases are torn there was a cut in the duvet cover when i opened it the first day.

Please advise!

My whole family uses take alot my first time i ordered something. For a gift...

I sent a Samsung Watch for guarantee replacement as it was not charging

MRRN-P508X-JAK7 on 11 October

I was told it was water damage - The watch is waterproof!

I still have not had it returned or had any info on when it may be returne

I rescheduled my delivery for next week 10th October 2023 and I have been getting smses saying it going to be delivered today, while on one is at home.

What will happen if they get here and it's my last reschedule for deliver. Previous time I was also not home.

I need my order rescheduled to the time and date I asked for please.

My daughter ordered from takealot and paid for her order on 14 September 2023.

According to the Delivery tracking it was delivered yesterday morning, but nothing was delivered.

This is the third time that we did not receive our delivery as it was delivered at the wrong address.

I ordered a five piece quilted bedspread from Takealot. The order was delayed and when I eventually received the package it was totally different from the picture which was advertised. The product I received look like someone made it at home and definitely not factory made. Totally different from what I have ordered and i am very disappointed.

I got a call from the delivery guy on 01/09/2023 around 15:20 he said he's getting lost I shld give him the right direction and that's what I did.. 5minutes later he decided to return with my parcel and he told me that he does not want to be hijacked... His contact number is [protected]

First they delivered a usb cable instead of a lazer line level, then they delivered a smart watch with a lazer level sticker on. No they said the teturn product was damaged, i didnt return it properly, but i didnt open the watch.

I purchased a order from takelot however the item was defective and I made an enquiry to have it returned.i am still waiting for my outcome.the courier came to collect my item but since I have nothing to go on.i have been calling customer service every day I have been sending emails. I am so unhappy

Good day,

We purchased a Russell Hobbs Glass kettle 1.7 approx 2 weeks ago and the bottom of the kettle has turned a fowl brown in colour.

This kettle is still brand new and this should not be happening.

I have called Takealot several times with different extensions but to no avail.

Pathetic Service all around!

Paid for next day delivery, it did not happen

Was schedule to come a day later, Waited until 12 but had plans which is why I wanted the goods the day before. Rescheduled, putting me two days out on my project.

I am writing to inform you about ptw hub they dont treat me fairly as an ic. I have spend the Whole day on shift but none of any oders come to me and my associates done more than 10 orders on my presence. So when i logged a complain to hub manager khutso he just removed me from watsapp group and blocked me.

On the 14th June 2023 I ordered HMT ESTROGEN MANAGER only to receive a different, unordered product which is HMT L-CARNITE. I received my order on the 16th June and unfortunately couldn't open the boxes immediately. I now realized after opening that it is an faulty product

Dene Crafford. I am sending back the order for the 3rd time now. I ordered a red watch and a charger that works. I keep getting the wrong colour! I returned my UPS on 1 June 2023 for an exchange as the one i had was defective! It has now been 26 days later and still no update or response from Takealot regarding my item. I am not sure what to do as Takealot is ignornig me since the 20th. If anyone has advise please help.

I made an order and it was scheduled to be delivered on the 9th. I made arrangements to be at home but only to see that the order was changed today at 9 for Monday. I have to arrange again for someone to receive the order. When I called the call centre, the agent dropped the call on me.

I place an order on the 25 May 2023, when the courier arrived at the location they told the receiver that the parcel is unpaid. Yet they were told that a lady with a particular color of a car supposed to do the payment on arrival of the parcel. However they waited for few minutes and drove off with the parcel.

I bought a generator on 20.5.2023 which was faulty...not starting from word go...returned for refund on 22.5.2023 but now looks like no one's interested in giving my refund this after giving my banking details etc and sending tru emails to confirm with no response...really frustrating and bad service!

I have ordered Clemens XXL and received a L product.

I do understand that it is a “non-returnable” product however it was supplied in an incorrect size.

On the stickers on the outside packaging is all XXL however the product inside is marked L (large).
