Takealot I need an agent to call me, I have a return but cant reach [protected]

I have a return due to the item not been suitable, I have called on five occasions and after holding 30min I keep getting cut off

I did eventually reach Donay after 5 attempts who refused to assist me, I am the PA to my boss, I have all his details and was instructed by him to contact you guys to have the car set returned

Takealot your driver

Yesterday one of your drivers delivered a parcel at my place. He handled himself like a pig with no manners. Sad to say but he needs to be taught some manners and ethics of which he had none. Dont you people teach you drivers people's manners . His manners stink .
He was rude as hell and if he thinks its funny he better needs to rethink again.

Takealot Taking more than 2 weeks to resolve the issue on a new cell phone I bought from Take a lot.

We want a full refund now and do not trust them to send us another phone.
Various emails send to Take a lot.

Takealot ET Motorgate

I bought a ET motor gate from Allotment . 1st I had to pay someone to install the motor gate and put it in place and put on the tracks. 2ndly I had to get out an electrician to to the wiring as the warranty says a qualified person needs to do this . The electrician was battling to get the receiver to work and it just did not wanted to work correctly. So they phone ET themselves and figured out the received of the motor gate is faulty. So the electrician installed a new received and now the gate works perfectly. I inquired to Take allot customer service that I had to pay a R1000 for a new receiver and what is the way forward . I was told to send the hole product back . What !. Which means I need to pay someone AGAIN to now and take out the motor gate. I asked for a alternative to only send receiver back but I was told to send the hole product. I asked for a manger and was told they will tell me same . So I have to pay over R2000 just for lab our and this because of a faulty product I received. I even told them I will send the electricians invoice and they confirmed with ET that this was the problem . How much more proof do Take allot want . I am very unhappy and told help desk I will just pay the new received and will not pay some one again to come take out motor gate. This is unreasonable ?

Takealot Delivery

The delivery man said he missed me when he called to deliver. He, however, did not ring my bell so I am not sure he was at the gate when he called. I missed his call and called back barely 30 seconds after and he insists that I have to wait for a redelivery with the next delivery person as he was already very far gone.

I had waited all day for this delivery and moved engagements around to make time for this. To receive this type of service is totally unacceptable.

I bought the Universal Tilt TV Wall Mount Bracket For 14"-55" TVs -HDL-117B-2
After installing it does not hold the weight so i send it back .
They said that they have refunded me but i not received the refund.

They said they gave me the refund back on the 13 of August .
There is nothing in my Account.

Look i know we life in a Country where stealing is part of SA but that is my hard earned money that you have taken.
So i do believe that Takealot is stealing from the South African people.

I have spoke to lorenzo and he told me warehouse didn't receive it and driver did not collect it i'm so disappointed nombulelo said she will be back to me I have been waiting dissapointed

Takealot Delivery

I ordered a foot spa, a book, and a a hot comb and mousse. I only received a a foot spa, and a book then instead of a hot comb and mousse I got candles and a Fiji film.

I'd like to have my delivery corrected. This is the first time that I received wrong thing with takealot. I need my hot comb and mousse.

I do not understand how my comb got confused with candles. My Takealot order #[protected]

Please resolve this problem soon. I need my products. The person who will deliver will also pickup the mixed-up products. Unfortunately I can't travel to the pickup points.

Takealot Pissed off at Takealot and there delivery service

I am very disappointed with this online shopping service. I placed an order on the 26 August 2021 and specifically paid for next day delivery which would be for the 27 August 2021.The courier company or driver was not by my address but according to the tracking details that they cant show me they were at my address. I waited for this order because its for my business and it was urgent for the 27 August hence the reason for paying for next day delivery. I call there call Centre twice and spoke to Rhoda and another gentleman and they both promised me that I would get my order on the 27 August 2021.
I'm pissed off at their appalling service and demand my delivery fee refunded and the fact that i lost clients because of there incompetence.

Desired outcome: Refund my whole order as i lost clients for my business

Takealot HP652 black + tricolor original ink cartridge bundle (#24957484)

Ref MRRN-j5wmk-rwy5/HP652 black + Tri-colour Original Ink Cartridge Bundle (#24957484)

I collected my order on 17 June 2021 which included the above Cartridge Bundle. From Fontainbleau collection point.
I wasn't sure when my cartridges would run out, so had no reason to open the cartridges before the last week of July when the old ones ran out of ink. However I struggled over the next week to insert the cartridges and only discovered a week after that that they had put a different cartridge into the HP652 Tri-colour pack, which was a different size and therefore did not fit into my printer.
I logged several Returns (on 8, 9, 17, 18 Aug) which were rejected because I had had my order for more than 30 days. I could not send them a screen shot because by the 9th, I had left the cartridge bundle with the official, Simbu at the Fontainbleau collection point, who I explained my situation to, and he said he would sort it out for me and organise an Exchange. I could not send Takealot a screenshot as.. the Bundle was and is still with Simbo at Takealot collection point.
A few days later I asked him what was happening and he said he would check it out for me, but never came back to me. Since then I have heard nothing from anybody, and I am getting quite desperate for my cartridges now. I know if I log another Return or Exchange, it will be rejected again. Would really appreciate your help. I should not be held responsible for an error on Takealot's part. Many thanks. Jennifer Charles

My order92303447, the item b-01 pink is out of stock and was cancelled, I was charged r200 delivery fee for this item, why the delivery fee is not included on my refund? I have sent several emails with no luck.. I want my full refund r1199 & r 200 = r1399. Immediately.

Takealot Delivery in Polokwane, Limpopo

I am experiencing too many frustrations regarding the delivery of my parcels. I am residing in Polokwane, Limpopo.

It is now the third time in a row that my parcel was sent back to the warehouse due to the driver being "unable to deliver the parcel". I am a teacher and can not answer my phone when I'm in class.

After the first delivery resulted in such a frustration, I requested during the next purchase that the parcel must be delivered after 4pm. The delivery came and the same thing happened: " unable to deliver the parcel". The driver was screaming at me over the phone that it is my fault because I did not answer my phone and that I can not expect him to deliver my parcel after hours because he only does delivery until 4pm, not after 4pm.
I eventually met him at a shopping center and received my parcel. But, I did not appreciate his disrespectful attitude when I met him halfway to receive my parcel.

My latest purchase I rescheduled the delivery for a day when my domestic worker will be at my home to receive the parcel.

The driver phoned me during class time at 11:00. I couldn't answer and I received a notice at 12:00 that they were " unable to deliver the parcel".

I am once again utterly frustrated. Online purchases are supposed to be easy and convenient. It has caused me more trouble and headaches lately. And the bad attitude I am getting from the Polokwane branch is not appropriated. I am frustrated because the sms's specify that delivery will be before 5pm, and not "before 4pm".

Please advise on how we can resolve this ongoing problem.

Takealot Set of 2 spill proof ice cube trays- not what i ordered.

I would like to cancel order number [protected] that i orded today, i realised when i got an email confirmation that it is not what i have orderd, im not sure how that happened.

Please make sure that this order is cancelled and not delivered to me as i am not going to pay for something that i don't want

Takealot delivery driver

The Takealot female driver delivering my parcel yesterday, called & ask to meet her at the N12 highway as she had a lot of deliveries & didn't want to deliver to the home address in la-hoff, Klerksdrop

I refused & she was not at happy about this

This is unacceptable - if you cant deliver, don't accept the order

This is very bad service & with Amazon opening soon, you will lose a lot of business if this is the driver's attitude

Takealot refund

On the 20/07/2021 I requested a refund as the system caused an issue making me pay twice.
Eft and also COD. I have been back and forth and I am not happy because its taking almost a whole month
to get this resolved I must say the finance/administration department is useless. I sent all proof required and still no response of my refund ([protected]). Do I have to contact my lawyers to handle this or what.

Takealot Not refunded me for a cancelled order

I ordered a Yi Nightscape Dash Cam worth R939 from them on the 19'th of July and they then cancelled the order saying they cannot get the product anymore. I paid for the product with Mobicred and I am currently paying monthly installments on this, I logged requests with Takealot for a refund but they are not responding to my ticket Ref #[protected].
I spoke with Mobicred and said they cannot do anything about it, Takealot has to refund.

Desired outcome: I want my refund as I am paying monthly interest on something they did not deliver
