Takealot Paid for order but didn't receive

Order number [protected]

I purchased and paid on the 6th , delivery was on the 9th , when opened it , it was some one else's window wiper and not my 3 products I took a picture and immediately called , only to pushed around not knowing were my products is , a return was logged MARRN-CKANP-OM6W, and still noting as yet, I call , I email and just get told waiting for warehouse, I spoke to Abdul Baasit , Afika, emailed them including Nuha , Logan, zandile , Brianne all the same no answer as to were or who has my 3 products

All I want is my 3 I paid for to sent correctly I cannot be doing follow ups everyday with no joy at all ..some one in that warehouse messed up and it's just quiet their response is 2/ 3 days ...it's more now and it's becoming a nightmare

Desired outcome: Can I have my products found and sent to me urgently, who had packed my order and who really has them is a mystery Look at what was sent to me and what I paid for pictures sent

Takealot Returning unwanted earphones.

I ordered Astrum Neckbands in October at take a lot South Africa.

After receiving them the product quality is not good, so I returned them back sealed for a refund. Refund was declined after 2 days citing that the package was damaged. I informed them via email that I gave the driver the package in good order with no damages. Take a lot is requesting photos of the package before it was handed over to the driver. I advised them that the driver was suppose to take pictures as I did not have the images requested and the package was damaged during transportation of their driver. Take a lot is refusing to give me my refund. They sent the product back to me.

Takealot Lenovo tablet m10 3rd gen

I returned a tablet which I was not happy with the specs decided to return it the next day took Delivery on the 30th October and logged a return 31st October 2023 takealot driver collected the tablet 1st November I have sent many emails and get the same response that the warehouse has a backlog and promised to get back to me to this day 10th November still waiting called the call center they tell me the same story everytime I have lost all my trust in the company have been a customer for years seems like they don't care anymore about there customers please help references MRRN-Z8QYS-DZK8 AND MRRN-UDWOP-4A9D PLEASE GIVE MY MONEY ITS NOT CHANGE I WANT MY R3000 back immediately this will not be the first review will take it to all social media platforms when that does not make you wake up then will take it to the consumer ombudsman.

Takealot Gate motor

1. On or about 24 October 2023 she purchased a gate motor from Takealot.

2. The amount of R6999.00 was paid.

3. The moto was then installed however it had issues.

4. She returned the motor and left some of the other parts as they had been mounted to the ground and they requested all the parts to the machine.

5. She eventually returned all the items in the same week and she was advised that the matter is attended to.

6. She advises that Taker a lot has been taking her from pillar to post with no assistance.

Claimed loss: 6999.00

Takealot Liars/failed to do what is requested.

On the 12th of September I received my orders, but I decided to return the printer back with everything all accessories included inside the box, but changed my mind the same day then I requested for a cancelation but they replied late while the courier guy has already taken the printer. I waited for my refund until mid October, then I decided to call customer service they promised to help me to help and told me the printer is at the wherehouse,they kept on sending me emails promising to help. I called them several times until to day when they send me an email saying there's a shortage of accessories. I'm 100% sure everything was included inside the box. The shortage of the accessories might be caused by a long stay of the Printer at the wherehouse.

Desired outcome: I'm kindly asking for a refund or the Printer with all the accessories, as I returned it with everything included.

Takealot Premium paid

Takelot asked me for refund details - my bank details were given.

They then decided to use payfast for SOME reason and I have NO idea who's details they used.

They keep telling me to speak to payfast and payfast said they get instruction from takealot.

I have been sent from pillar to post and I think it is disgusting.

I have all emails as proof.

Please phone me I can forward all proof.

Takealot Incorrect order

I ordered Case Candy Frosted Shockproof Cover for iPhone 15 Pro, but the case is too big.

I logged a return, and it was going to be collected the next day. I called to check if I can buy another iPhone case while I wait for the delivery, then it can be delivered for free, (because there’s already a pickup at the same address. But after speaking to a consultant for 40 minutes, and refused to transfer me, she hung up. I am told I need to wait for the refund process, of which I have no issue with, but am willing to pay for another case (while waiting for the refund process) just be delivered for free. Is there a sense in paying for a delivery fee, where the collection is at the same address?

Takealot Service

I was supposed to receive what I ordered today but I didn't receive it. I waited and waited for a long time. I wasn't even concacted by the delivery guy or company whatsoever. I only saw after 17h00 that my delivery was rescheduled for tomorrow because I wasn't available at my pickup point (of which I was there) and I wasn't even called nor sent an sms. I'm really not happy. I even paid extra for this parcel.

Takealot Tws earbuds

I bought tws earbuds and they are not working only the bud on the right is working soo I am not happy cz I lost money for something that does not work. And I ordered a ring light and I don't know why the ring light box was wet so pls I am not happy to receive products that are damaged it works but I received the box wet. I don't know why the earbuds are not working I really don't understand so please I am not happy resolve this

Takealot Puntum printer

Since Imy daughter returned printer to takealot last month we didn't receive any money back nor anything.

We have tried several times to call the company but they keep on promising to fix the problem, until to date nothing happened.

At least if we get the printer back or money but nothing is happening. It means I've lost money. I will never order again from takealot.

Takealot Refund declined

I returned a duplicate order on Wednesday 25th October , 2x 2.2.1.1 grey couch cover sets in a clear bag in the original takealot boxes, that was collected by one driver, they refunded me for the one and said that they won't refund the other one as it was damaged, it was not damaged when I gave it to the driver, I want my money back and they are refusing to assist me. Ref: [protected]. This is absolutely ridiculous, they now want photos of the products to prove it wasn't damaged, I don't have photos but 4 witnesses that can vouch nothing was wrong with the couch covers sent

Takealot Bought a Toner Cartridge from Takelot South africa - falls advertising

Hello, I ordered a Pantum PC210 cartridge last week and pick it up today. The picture on the website where I ordered it shows it in the correct Pantum box, with PC-210 on it. However, when I picked it up it comes in a White box with no Pantum name on it. Furthermore, it is a PL-C210 Toner. Not sure if it will even fit into my Pantum printer.

I did not notice the non-refundable, but surely if it is not what I ordered I should the choice to return it. It is falls advertising I am not in the wrong.

Takealot Ny product has not been delivered for over a week

We orderd last wek tuseday morning and till now there are constant problems and excess

To why we cant receive our order

Every day there is a problem and constant excuses to why there is stul a dely now i am fef up never delt with service this bad

Takealot Still waiting to get back laptop that was repaired

I logged a laptop that is still under warranty for return to Takealot on 28/09/2023 and it was collected from me on 29/09/2023. When I did an enquiry 2 weeks ago I was told the supplier is repairing the laptop. Now when I ask why my return has been cancelled on the app, I get no further feedback and I still have not received this laptop back. This is now so urgent because my child is falling behind with their online school work. The return ref : MRRN-GVP4X-XJMV
