Please see below.

I need someone to look into this service. Christmas is a special part of the year and gifts are bought till the last day. I was told to collect my order and the collections department closes at 5pm. There was a string of cars and Takealot took no responsibility. They just allowed the security to shut the gate and tell people to leave. No information, no apology no resume date.

I called the call center for information instead of being rude to the security like everyone else. The consultant spoke to me like everything I said was a lie. The times on the email was wrong she says and I shouldn't have been there. BUT a woman came out and she was able to collect. her car was on the outside. Then another couple collected. So why the discrimination. It has been 20 minutes since she said she will contact me in 5min. I ran away from work to collect my gift. Now, I have to find something and I'm working till 5pm.

This really wrecked Christmas as the gift I bought still has to be engraved.

Please look into this.

I have log return of my shoes it was 7th of April, then when I do follow up I found out that is listed as concluded at 13 April but I have not heard from anything from them.

I've been dealing with the awful service selling on takealot the last was my stock being stolen and not fully received by the DC also their support no one there is qualified for the position not one of them understand what is going on so it's a waste of time going to them

My parcel not received while on the app it says delivered. Please refund my money... I thought takealot was legit. I have been waiting the whole day. Not even phone call came through. I have been a customer to takealot for many years... Very disappointed with the recent service

I ordered at takealot a week but my products hasn't shipped yet, saying it will be delivered on the 6th of April. This is the first time takealot taking so many days delivering.

Please be fast on delivery because some of the things i ordered i needed them tomorrow because of your delay i will have to postpone my plans.

My order which I waited for two weeks was due last Friday and it was delayed. Yesterday again waited whole day it was cancelled. Again today I am told it is high risk area. I lived here for 30 years. It is fairly quiet to my knowledge. My order is essential to me. Never experienced this problem last year. Take a lot delivered speedily in the past.

They delivered me damaged and incorrect products. I returned it to them, and they accused me of returning the wrong goods to them .They deactivated my account and won't give my money for the returns back? I am a frequent customer of Takealot, i always purchase items for high value and am always allowed COD payment. This has suddenly stopped and I cannot process my order due to this...

We have ordered a Toddler Balance Bike on the 27th of Feb and they only wanted to deliver on the 9th of March just to find out that they cancelled the order on the 9th of March. Nobody has tried to contact us regarding the order or the refund. This is totally unacceptable. Lucky, we ordered before our son Birthday.

I ordered something on 24 Friday and the initial date that it was going to arrive was Sunday then the drive called and said his at the wrong place then it was rescheduled to 27 February Monday(today) . I called twice cause I saw that it was almost 5pm and my order hasn't arrived. Then when I check again it has been delayed again!

On the 1st of March I received my order only to find out that it was incomplete

I recieved four of the things that was in the box excluding pack of T-pins

I'm very disappointed with takealot team because this is not a first time it happens, but at 1st I didn't mind, but now that its happening over & over its something that I cannot stand for.

I'll never buy from takealot again. Returned a pump brand new out the box was not working and they accused us of altering the product which was thread tape on the connector ! Really rubbish!

We requested evidence which they have not sent.

When I registered today I also bought a Samsung phone for R36.50 and was deducted on my account but when I check my status on orders I have, there is nothing there. Date 07/01/2023 was in the morning around 8Hoo or past 8.

We bought 2 smart watches for me and my wife. Hers is ok my black one the box is torn and no manual inside. Also it doesn't charge its like an old watch. The black watch is not functioning we tried to charge it its not charging. Please resolve we have already paid for them.

A santa suit ordered with a santa sack specifically arrived without the sack and belt. Peggy and Nadia at customer service phoned. Emailed them pictures. I asked for a response. The response was we have updated your latest phone call. Service is bad! Please be aware that you cannot last with such bad service! Amazon is on its way to South Africa!

I waited for a while as this item was the delay for my total order. It arrived this morning and the packaging of this item as indicated below looks second hand and tacky. I can't return it as it's a gift i bought specifically for my granddaughter so i have to patch the box to look better and it's not exactly a cheap item

I ordered a PS5 FIFA23 game and received a 2k23. I am seriously not happy considering I had to wait for more than a week for it to be delivered. It's not the first time so I am not ordering again at takealot. Worst of all the game delivered has scan print out of what I ordered.
