poor workmanship - sloppy service
Visited local hometown taco bell (New castle, indiana) of which I patron quite frequently. The time of visit was shortly after 3:00pm, the drive thru line had a fairly lengthy line (Typically does) so to save time I went inside to place my order. I placed my order with a very friendly cashier, of which I have no complaints (She was very friendly & kept a smile on her face). My order total came to $13.26 and consisted of gordito, chalupa box with a blue drink and a steak quesadilla. I had a few requests - no tomatoes, no nacho cheese and all tacos on order to be regular. The cashier read back my order & she had it spot on! Being as mine was the only order placed in house as I was the only patron in the restaurant I had hoped my order would be pretty quick. That was not the case, as I stood waiting I watched the staff (With the exception of the cashier who apologized all over herself) mess with their cell phones, one actually left the prep line and stood near the wall browsing her phone. Then she took her place back on the prep line looked up at the order monitor - looked over at me and she rolled her eyes and took off to the back of the kitchen came back 5 minutes later with two stacks of taco shells (Regular/dorito) and was holding them right against her chest using her chin to keep them steady (All the while holding her cell phone in the other hand.. Seriously! She piled the shells on the counter stuck her phone in her pocked and again looked up at the order monitor and then at me. Finally, she begins to assemble the order and the pace of a snail & just as sloppy as possible. She tossed this and that out of the heater/oven with some force actually and basically made quite the mess. I received my order totally wrong, I had tomatoes on everything, even things that don't normally get tomatoes - I received a dorito shell taco that I asked to be a regular taco and of course it had tomatoes too, everything did even the steak quesidilla! The tacos were flipped upside down and placed in the box along with the chalupa, all of the wrappers were wadded and not even close to being around the items. The cashier kept looking back at the employee and looking to me smiling and apologizing that the order was taking so long. She even shook her head at the employee preparing my order. I was in complete disbelief of what I was witnessing and quite frankly was ticked off. I took my order thanked the cashier and asked to speak to a manager and I was told that I would have to wait because they were to busy! Because, I was on limited time and much of that was taken up by waiting on my order to be prepared. I took my order and placed it in the garbage can while in the restaurant and left with my blue raspberry drink. Once inside my vehicle my husband asked me where our food was I told him that it was in the garbage can in the restaurant and that it was not fit to eat and we would just eat at home. He could clearly see that I was very upset & on our drive home I explained to him what occurred and his reply was that we work hard for our money for it to be thrown away. I agreed with him. It was obvious to me that the gal preparing my order today clearly did not want to be working and she was totally annoyed by the placement of my order. Had that been my employee on my line I would have gone ahead and sent her home!
speed of service
I stop through this Taco Bell located on 28th street near Madison, in Grand Rapids MI about 2 times a weak after late night work . I've submitted several somplaints via their website and nothing has changed . It takes 20-25 minutes to get through their drive thru anytime after 11pm. It's Always a lack of employees . Several cars always exit the line too ! They need to increase their payroll to help the employees out inside, every visit it's the same "sorry there's only 2 of us" . I'd go elsewhere but it's the only business fast food open late after my work shifts ... like I said, I've submitted complaints and information to their website and never get contacted and this issue has never been resolved . It's been over a year .
employees
I stopped at Taco Bell to get not only lunch but dinner for later as well as I'm working a double today. I ordered two cheesy BEAN and rice burritos, cheesy fiesta potatoes and a soda. It took over 10 minutes for me to receive my food because the woman who was supposed to be making my food was talking to a customer (later I realized it was a friend of hers), and when she finally decided to do her job, she started making me chili burritos. I saw what she was doing and told her from the counter that I ordered the cheesy bean and rice burritos. I thought that would solve the problem as she started making my new burritos. Sadly I just went to eat my lunch and bit into a beef burrito. Considering I haven't eaten meat in over 17 years not only do I not get to eat today (other than my potatoes) but I will most likely get sick from consuming beef. This is simply inexcusable considering how simple my order was.
prior service
Monticello, Ky Taco Bell is constantly out of something. About a month ago my family of 6 went and they were out of lettuce, beef, chicken, beans, and large cups. I went today and they were out of beef. Approximately in the last 6 months a total of 10 times or more they have been out of the major things needed for making tacos and it's usually beef. How can you run a taco bell with no beef? It's getting ridiculous and a lot of people from our town are complaining. Just wished they'd get themselves together. I think a lot of it is due to really young kids running the place. Once we went and all 5 workers were at least 18 and under. Taco Bell was packed with customers. My husband and I watched as these noticed the workers and yes all of them were feeding there friends for free and when we had a item that had sour cream which was requested NO SOUR CREAM we were told we didn't ask and had to deal with it. This will be our last trip to Monticello Ky Taco Bell because there rude and always out of something. Thanks!
incorrect order rude service
I went through drive trough no one answered got up to the window and told them what I wanted, they had me pull forward. Brought my food out. Realized I didnt have my drinks I had to go back in to get them along with the sauces I wanted. Then I pulled out and was already pretty far out til I realized they gave me the wrong quisadilla I wanted steak not chicken. So I had to drive back and got to the window and wasn't greeted except with a "whats up" they fixed the order and handed to me without saying anything then I said thank you and they said "mhmm"...
I am extremely mad at the service I got today. And I go to the same store 2-3 times a week almost cuz i just live down the street and I used to work there too so I was surprised to be treated so unprofessional n rudely. The person who served me was a new hire that I didnt recognize but still unacceptable...
store #028716 in huntington beach
Worst food service at a Taco Bell. They are slow and I spent 20 minutes in the drive thru all for the food to be complete [censor]. I went to the same location about three weeks ago and I had to wait out in front for my order (PH2 pizza) which was fine, but I went in about 8mins later for them to be just standing around talking, mind you it was not busy at all and they forgot that I was waiting! It's just extremely rude and unprofessional.
terrible customer service
Thursday, the 22nd of June, I went to Taco Bell off 7th ave and Osborne in Phoenix, AZ. This was the first time going to this location, and I had a terrible experience. I went in and ordered my food for everyone at my employer and waited roughly 40 minutes for my food. The first time they called me up, I was missing half my order. I ordered two chalupa boxes, three personal pizzas, and a chicken quesadilla. Once they corrected the missing items, I get back to my employment and notice they put chicken in my chalupa instead of beef. I returned two days later and they recognized me. First thing they asked me once I walked in the door was if they messed up my order from last time and replied yes with the explanation. The man who seems like he would be the manager, was making our food and when he brought it to us, he said he made sure everything was correct. One lady who worked the take out window asked the manager if he could refund us our money since they had us pay again for the same meal as last time, but the manager never took initiative and walked away. When I got back to my employer, again, we were missing two items from our bags. I called them explaining to them I was the same person they messed up again, being the fourth time in two days. The manager, who was the one on the phone, said, "sorry about it, " and hung up on me. I couldn't believe it! Never going back since they've taken money from me twice and still never got my food!
store in beloit, wi on milwauke road
I have a terrible experience every time I go there. The staff they have employed seems like they are not trained properly because they have almost no clue what is going on. My orders are almost always wrong when I get the food and the attitude I get when I'm trying to get the correct food is horrible. The problem I had just a little while ago was as follows: Ordered food and they weee putting food on my order that I never even said, never gave me a drink in which I ordered, gave me the completely wrong order and never had my order made. Also had Baja Blast in the Mountain Dew, Diet Mountain Dew, and Baja Blast drink slots.
quesadilla
I ordered two mini cheese quesadillas when I was on my way to lake george. Upon my surprise, I opened the quesadillas after I was 10 minutes away from the location of my purchase and they were not cooked - either of them. It was disgusting and to many who i've talked about it to have had this happen to them before. I reached out to taco bell 6 days ago and they have not replied yet.
wait/food pick up
37 min wait in drive through line! Unacceptable! Your company is suppose to be a fast food chain. Most dine in restaurants have a shorter wait time than 37 minutes. How does your company manage to survive?... We only had a few things to eat and a drink. We ordered 3 soft taco supreme, with extra sourcream. The tacos had hardly any meat in them, they more had lettuce then anything else. Our mexican pizza we had ordered too was made the same way the last ones was. There tea was the first thinf out to us an we still had to wait on the food for 25 to 30 mins. That needs to be fixed quickly at that. Thank you so much for all the help considering an wooying yourself with all this matter
the manager whose name is doug
Just about every time I eat at this Taco Bell, one of the, managers by the name of Doug is yelling an an employee. Whether the employee is right or wrong, this is wrong for a manger to treat an employee like this. More important, it is something customers to not want to hear when we are eating. We go there to relax and eat, not to listen to a manger yell at an employee about something that is personal information to begin with, especially to the point he has the employee crying. Also he is very rude.
nacho bell grande
Hello,
On June 21, 2017, ordered some food through the drive thru at the Taco Bell in Pooler, GA. I asked if they could remove the tomatoes from the nacho bell grande. The nacho bell grande was loaded with cheeze and sour cream which I though was great. However, underneath all of this food, there was tomatoes. This ruined the nacho bell grande for me.
employees
I arrived at taco bell at 932 to get food and there wasn't anyone in the lobby but I knew they closed at 10 so they asked me if I would get my food Togo. That was fine but I had a long drive and wanted to spend probably an hour not in my car for fear that I would fall asleep. They told me that I couldn't sit in the parking lot for more than an hour of they would call the police.
employee
There's an employee of your store selling weed in the parking lot of the restaurant on oceola Indiana on Ash road he's looks like he's black or telly dark Mexican on he's mid 20 he also smell like he's smoked during work he's eyes look really red when I saw him I over heard the guy the purchase the drug called him Frank I don't know if that was he's name though
Way to hussle Frank!
Clearly Tacobell doesn't pay him enough.
Listen Steve,
Next time you go out into the big real world and discover another paw print of reality someone deals with,
I am going to need you to go home to your big comfty red couch, pull out your handy dandy notebook of clues, and reflect just a little bit deeper before practicing your snitch & fire skills.
This was not intended for damn police report purposes,
how has seeing Frank personally effected your Tacobell experience?
Tacobell is known as the slowest fast food joint ever not just because Tacobell can not move lines quick enough, but because the emoloyee's leadership needs to be inspired. Be apart of the solution not the problem.
They lack leadership.
Overall stop judging and back off Frank!
What did he do to you?
If you get a thrill from being a Narc take your [censor] to the Indiana Drug Task Force & Professionalize that [censor].
Just think, think, thiiink about it.
P.S.
You may want to ask Frank to hook you up while you ponder ;-)
blood on the inside wrapping of my taco supreme
Went to Taco Bell around 430 in Clearlake California. Had a few bites of my supreme taco I looked down and there's blood on the inside of the wrapper ...my food was on it. This is completely unexceptable and disgusting! I feel sick to my stomach. I tried contacting corporate and nothing I get a machine from 3 diff numbers and all 3 hang up on me. I use to love Taco Bell but I'll never be able to eat there again after this.
service
Hello,
Today, I waited in the drive-thru line of a Taco Bell LONGER than I have ever waited for food before. I wanted to leave after 10 minutes, but there wasn't a way to leave the line as it had curbs surrounding the line.
This was Taco Bell 031507. 6268 S. 27th St. Milwaukee, WI [protected].
My order # was 389537 and the time on the receipt is 1:53:57. My cost was $11.40. The cashier listed is Otis M, but the cashier was a young woman.
My wait was approximately 20-25 minutes.
By the time I finally got to the window, I didn't want my food anymore, but I was so flustered that I paid for it and left.
This is totally unacceptable to me. I won't be visiting that establishment again. Please refund my $11.40 as all my grandchildren fell asleep while waiting and I had to throw out the cold food. Joan Wick
burrito supreme
Usually NEVER have any problems at this Taco Bell near my work, off Huntington in Monrovia. Went to the drive through on my lunch, ordered a burrito supreme.
Got back to work to eat, took two bites and on my second bite, found a woman's long hair embedded in the burrito. At first I thought maybe it was mine, but I went to pull it, and it was all in the burrito! I not only threw away my lunch but threw up as well.
Thank you Taco Bell
forgetting the sauce
This makes the 5th time at the same Taco Bell where they forget to give me my sauce packs for my taco 12 pack. Not a big deal per say but it's starting to become a habit there it seems. Only seems to happen with the 12 pack. I order other items off the menu with no problem with receiving my sauce packs. Just when it comes with the 12 pack tacos does it become an issue.
drive through
I visited the drive-through at the Taco Bell in Berrien Springs Michigan. I was there just eight minutes before when they start serving the one dollar freezes. I had come in off the highway to get this and the woman would not give it to me and told me to leave and come back in 10 minutes! Totally unacceptable for a $1 drink! I work in customer service retail and would have been let go if I treated a customer like that!
customer service
First off, I'd like to start by sharing with you all that I've worked here before. THIS exact location. At the time I was working, my boss was Heidi. Until this day she is still there. She always told me whenever I have a customer, DO NOT close the window.
Last night I went to Taco Bell drive thru. I wasn't ready yet so I told whomever was on the other side that I was still looking. She responded, "let me know when you're ready." Once I was ready, she did not respond when I said "hello, " SO I started ordering anyways. My order starts showing up on the screen. First of all, let me know when you can hear, communication is key. Anyways, I'm ordering & she was acting pretty wise through it all. I pulled up to the window to see a SMIRK on her face. She passed me my drinks & dropped one in my car. She did not apologize whatsoever. Instead, she shakes her head; did not even handle it in a mannerly way. After she pulls the drinks & while still shaking her head, in a SASSY tone she says, "LET ME JUST GET ANOTHER ONE." I on the other hand am already pissed because it was my MOMS car. The girl then proceeded, handed me my drinks. She had a smirk on her face the whole time afterwards. She eyed me out so of course that made me even more mad. After looking at me for a while, she removes her head phones & says "WHASSUP?" Or "What is it!?" (Not too sure which one she said.) It was AS IF SHE WAS CALLING ME OUT. I couldn't put up with the sheer rudeness so I start cussing out & asked "what you mean?" Cos I did not say anything at all." She was playing stupid. She responded saying, "Oh I didn't hear you. I can't hear anything. That's why I asked." Mind you she's smirking. It was a mocking act honestly. Help me understand. The girl was eyeing me out for how long & my lips did not move at all so why are you asking me whassup? I asked her "Did you see my lips [censor]in moving?" All she did was laugh. She closed the window multiple times & mind you I can hear all the other workers talking about me. Very unprofessional. Afterwards I had Chanelle Wilson (another girl) come to the window to ask me if I was good, I replied with a "yes." She then asked me later if anything happened? I responded "that [censor]ing girl is irritating." She apologized. Let me tell you something though, does a worker
Just randomly asked if anything happened? No. That means she already knew what was going on. Meaning they were talking about the situation. It was pretty obvious, I over heard them speaking earlier. Anyways, she told me have a good one but once I drove off she said something OUT LOUD but I did not catch it.
BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
P.s I give NO star(s) I had to rate it at least one star in order to post this. My order was wrong. The wait was 10-15 minutes long (Maybe even longer) I feel like they purposely made me wait because my food was cold once I got home (I live only 2 minutes away/walking distance)
