Taco Bell / food not right and the phone to the restaurant was not answering for 5 hours

Ordered two combos with no lettuce or tomatoes when I got home both combos had it on it do I called and for 33 minutes I was on hold and the 2nd time on hold for 24 minutes. So I never talked to a manager and I live a long way away so I have not got my problem solved and have wasted an hour and a half of my minutes I buy on a Taco Bell that doesn't care and think they are better than the customer as if my money doesn't pay their income. Store 026777 located in Colorado Springs and my date of service was 11/20/17. To date I still have not called and I need this resolved for I will protest and go to newspapers with my story. I know it is not your fault but the people running this store.
