I used the services of the company I booked flight through them, and they seemed to be so helpful. I tried to cancel the booking, because I have some serious problems, but when I contacted them, it turned out that they weren’t interested in returning money or helping people. Just avoid these guys, because no one from this company really cares about their customers.

    Yes, i cancelled a ticket within 72 hours of departure.They charged a change fee of 500 dollars and promised to keep the residual value of 900 dollars for one year, the next July. However, I called on January to schedule my flight and they told me my money will be expired on March!! They agreed to check previous conversation for me, but they ended up lying about that!! The woman representative had a bad attitude and did not care about customers!!! So my money is all gone!! I will never use student universe again and will strongly discourage my friends of using it!!!
