Steak 'n Shake Enterprises / rude insensitive manager

After a LONGGG day, I just left steak and shake off 441 and turtle creek in Coral springs FLA with my two kids as I am a single mother. I ordered 2 Regular shakes and a kid shake and as I looked at the slip the manager (Paul Garrick) who was taking orders at the time. I realized a kid sized shake was just as much as a reg. (Pulling out my crumbled ten and five at this time from my pocket as i misplaced my debit card and only had cash but why should I be explaining this smh)Shake and so I kindly asked PAUL GARRICK THE MANAGER to politely cancel the kid shake...he immediately looked at me and
Arrogantly said "Why, you don't have enough money?" I said why would you think I do not have enough money?? I said no I would like to get another Reg. Shake. Was it the scarf on my head or maybe just being a young woman with two kids. He doesn't know my story and that was so awfully rude of him to say. In the world of customer service this man lacks it 100%. He left me feeling even worse than I did before I came there because he doesn't know how I struggle on a daily basis and all I was trying to do was make my kids happy smh. I am a hard-working mother, put a price on that smh
