I purchased furniture in the Staten Island store. Over 11000.000 worth. I had some issues with my table and chairs which they told me when I bought to watch with warm water and light dish soap. It ended up staining my chairs. They state since its customer damage they will switch out my set but i get no warranty. Not very good customer service. I bought so much furniture in bobs and Costco and they back there equipment up as let me purchase new warranty. That besides the point. I am a single mother and my husband passed away. I have two small children that i need warranty. I cant afford alot. I dont want another table from your company due to the isssue i am having. The same issue is going to happen again. I would like a credit. I need this table out of my house asap.
