unable to remove online record
For safety purposes, I have tried to remove my Radaris online record. I singed-up for an account as required, followed the tutorial that appears on your website, searched other websites for solutions, watched suggested videos that your company provides, and even tried using different web browsers thinking that might resolve the issue. It appears the removal process has been made difficult by design which is unfortunate and unfair to consumers as everyone has a right to some semblance of privacy.
I am forwarding the Radaris customer service team a link to the record I wish to have removed so there is no confusion or excuses. Further, it's been suggested that I contact the FCC and my States Attorney General's Office to share my concerns.

unable to remove info for text codes from non us.
Like a trillion other people, I am unable to remove the fake information on Radaris.com It even says I own 1 million dollars in property! ( I wish).
I had to create a profile (which they want) to try to remove this info and then you are supposed to enter a code for a text to verify your account. What if you do not have a US cell phone and live in another country? The text code wont be sent to another country. Then you cannot verify your account.
If anyone has a solution to this horrendous company please let me know. I have phoned them and emailed a million times and they do nothing to help.

radaris - online data seller
I have requested several times throughout the past few years for Radaris to remove my information only to have it removed and to find it placed again on their website. I have been the victim of identity theft. I have had to file a police report. I have had to place fraud alerts and freezes on all of my credit files. My credit monitoring service has also informed me that my entire social security and birthdate along with my name are on sale on something called the 'Dark Web'. That is why it is critical for me to have my information removed off of Radaris and other sites. All other sites have removed my information but Radaris continues to repost even though they aware aware that I've been victimized and that posting this information can cause me further harm. I've filed complaints with the Texas Attorney General as well as the CFPB and the BBB.
Now when I tried to have my information removed again Radaris demands that I 'register' on their site and that I agree to 'Gotcha' phrases embedded within its terms and conditions. In its terms and conditions Radaris requires that I a'agree' to release Radaris from liability along with agreeing that Radaris has 'full ownership' over all of my information which I refuse to do. I never gave Radaris permission to post my information and I don't give Radaris ownership over my information and I certainly don't give up any legal rights I may have to hold Radaris accountable. I never had to register to have my information suddenly broadcast by Radaris all over Google and I should not have to register to simply have my information removed. It's a legal bullying tactic by Radaris. It's a very underhanded, illegally coercive, legal tactic.
I don't understand why Radaris simply won't take down my information and leave it down.

data fabrication, falsehoods, libel, lies posted as truth on this satanic website
This company has posted slanderous lies and libelous information about me on their website. They lie and do not bother to check facts or verify any information. They libel and lie all over people and call it the truth. They say I'm related to people I've never heard of, and they report me as transgender, a LIE that anyone who has ever known me in my life will happily verify as a laughable fabrication. I was born a woman, gave birth to three children, and have never changed my orientation or organs. They simply lie for the sake of lying. Their number does not go through to any actual person, you call and a recording telling you how "honest and transparent" they are (are they effing kidding) puts you on hold and then the system hangs up on you without anyone ever answering. I have sent them nearly fifty requests in writing to have this slanderous information removed and they refuse to take any action to remove the lies. Every person who works for this lying pos company should be imprisoned. I have proudly called them every name in the book while also trying to get them to remove my information, but they deserve names worse than any I've used for endangering innocent people's lives and ruining innocent people's reputations.

Radaris won't let you remove info unless you 'sign up' and 'give them rights over all your information'
I have filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General, the FTC and the BBB regarding Radaris. Radaris has my full name, address, employment information, email, birthdate, close relatives and all of their personal information, displayed prominently on search engines through their website. This will allow anyone, nomatter how malevolent their intentions, to track me down to do physical harm to me or my family, or use my information to steal my identity.
Why I am so concerned:
I have been the victim of Identity theft multiple times and have fraud alerts on my credit file since 2003 when my information was first stolen. Since that time my information has also been taken through the Equifax Hack (Equifax confirmed this) and also through the U.S. Federal Government's hack a few years ago which the U.S. Government said was done by China.
Both Equifax and the U.S. Federal Government (Through the OPM) are paying for identity theft protection services which will only last a certain amount of time and then end.
In addition to this a few years back someone was able to file my taxes without my knowledge and I have fraud alerts with the IRS. I had to send the IRS a notarized affidavit showing that someone else filed my taxes. How were they able to do this? With information displayed publicly online through search websites such as Radaris no doubt.
Many of the security questions asked by the credit bureaus to prove my identity Radaris has displayed prominently on their website. Online. At the top of google.
And I am closely related to members of law enforcement, both current and retired, who take part in cases against dangerous people. Radaris has exposed those LINKS and familial relationships publicly on their website.
I went to the Radaris website to have my information removed and to my astonishment, Radaris requires you to 'opt in' and get a membership to do this and they also require you to agree to their terms and conditions.
What's in the Radaris Terms and Conditions?
There is one clause specifically where you have to agree that Radaris 'OWNS' all of your info and will continue to 'OWN' all of your personal info.
Without you agreeing to give Radaris FULL OWNERSHIP of all of your personal info, making it possible for them to publicly display all of your information online - they won't allow you to even request a removal of your information from their site.
I refused to do this.
Radaris has also LIED to the public by placing a clause in their terms and conditions which states that they are 'not a consumer reporting agency'. Now why would Radaris tell this lie? Becuase if they are viewed by the regulatory bureaus as being a consumer reporting agency, they are OBLIGATED by LAW to make sure all the information they publicly display about each of us is correct or they face financial penalties and can be sued.
Well, the problem for Radaris is that per a recent Federal Court Case, they ARE a consumer reporting agency. (Please see Robins v. Spokeo, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit).
This case was eventually decided against Robins because the court said he essentially had no standing to sue WITHOUT a clearly defined HARM (job loss, etc.) HOWEVER the most important thing to note is that Spokeo and 'like companies' that are online data aggregators WERE DEFINED THROUGH THE COURT PROCEEDINGS AS BEING CONSUMER REPORTING AGENCIES.
So you are allowed to file complaints against Radaris through the FTC for incorrect information displayed and you are also allowed to SUE RADARIS if you suffer a CLEAR HARM (someone rescinds a job offer, you suffer job loss, you have a loan rescinded, etc.) due to incorrect' information displayed on the Radaris Website.
SO RADARIS IS INDEED A CONSUMER REPORTING AGENCY AND SUBJECT TO THE REGULATIONS OF THE FTC and FCRA and RADARIS CAN BE HELD FINANCIALLY LIABLE IF THEY DISPLAY INCORRECT INFORMATION ONLINE WHICH CAUSES SOMEONE TO SUFFER HARM.
So I've been attempting to reach Radaris by phone at their number 1.855.723.2747 and no answers. Ever. I've called dozens of times over a period of several days.
And Radaris has no email that you can send information to.
And frankly.. I'm too afraid to contact them through my facebook account because they are in the business of aggregating information about us and I'm sure they will pull that info into their system.
So I may simply create a fake facebook account to message them.. but I figure they will demand all of my identifying information up front and tie that fake facebook account to me in their system as well.
So it's an ongoing issue trying to get my information removed through Radaris.
Radaris has an opt out for law enforcement but not for their 'families' and those who are 'related closely' with them. And this is insufficient because one does not need to be law enforcement to suffer harm by being 'found' or having their personal address 'so publicly displayed'. One could be fleeing a dangerous spouse or partner and there are many other instances where people feel safer being LEFT ALONE.
NOTE TO THE PUBLIC:
1. Stop doing change of addresses through the U.S. Postal Service. The U.S. Postal Service SELLS this info several times a year to credit bureaus and data aggregators whose sole purpose is to keep TRACK OF US ALL.
2. Have a private mail box where you continue to get all of your mail so that nomatter how many times you move you can use the same address to get your mail and simply have the private mailbox (such as the UPS Store) forward it to you. (They don't report to data aggregators).
3. Put as much MISLEADING INFORMATION about yourself online such as birthdates and addresses and create FAKE PROFILES on social media all over the country to throw off these data aggregators such as Radaris.
3. Use phone apps which generate disposable numbers to use on all online ordering forms and social media. Only give your family your real phone number. Don't use it anywhere else.
4. Have a disposable fake email address (Radaris says this isn't allowed but they don't know what's disposable or not) to communicate with Radaris and others. Radaris will only snapshot and SELL your email address in the first place if they have the real one.
5. FILE AS MANY COMPLAINTS AS YOU CAN WITH YOUR STATE'S ATTORNEY GENERAL, THE BBB, THE FTC, AND THE MASSACHUSETTS STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL TO COMPLAIN ABOUT RADARIS. WRITE YOUR CONGRESSMAN.START PETITIONS. SOMETHING MUST BE DONE TO STOP THESE COMPANIES WHO HAVE PLACED THE DOLLAR ABOVE OUR PERSONAL PRIVACY AND SAFETY.
I will continue to fight Radaris to have my information removed as it endangers my life and those of my family.

I’m dealing with the same issue their posting pictures of my past dealings from 15yrs ago I’m a business owner.
And this is now affecting my revenue and my clients. I called left messages even e-mailed. I’m in the process of hiring an attorney as we speak! This company is disgusting and have ruined peoples lively hood.
I hope other’s will sue as well. They have no right taking your personal info and posting without your consent.
Defamation of character or anything else along the lines of violation of privacy.
Radaris, owned by Bitsellers Experts Limited, steals personal information from online cookies. Your information will be sold worldwide to people or companies without your knowledge or permission.
I am a UK resident and I sued Bitsellers Expert Limited, which owns RADARIS. My case was heard at the IPEC Section of the Royal Court of Justice and I won the case. As a plaintiff, I sued the company personally and received damages. The use of a solicitor is expensive. The court will assist you if you have a solid case since you are not a lawyer. Despite the fact that the award was not significant, my data was removed from the website. The goal was to prevent them from republishing my photos or information for profit. It is advisable to contact Continental Broadband (the hosting provider for Radaris website, which is based in the US) if you are having difficulty getting RADARIS to remove your personal and sensitive data from their website.
Before pursuing legal action against BITSELLERS EXPERT LIMITED, I contacted them at least 20 times asking for them to remove my information and photos from their website. However, I was ignored so I found out that Continental Broadband was the hosting provider for RADARIS. I emailed them once and explained the problem. When I provided them with details of my problem with Radaris, it took only a couple of days for them to delete my photos and personal information from the Radaris website.
Therefore, if you believe that your data has been stolen without your permission and you can't get RADARIS to remove it, you should contact their host provider. If they do not act quickly, they may also be liable for copyright infringement.
The case was concluded almost one year ago in September 2021 and the damages have yet to be paid. I have now applied to the Royal Court of Justice, England, to enforce the order to include an order to freeze the bank account of BiTSELLERS EXPERT LIMITED until payment is made in full.
Don't allow this kind of deceit to continue. You have rights under the Data Protection Act and Copyright Act.
Thank you! I’m also in the process of hiring a lawyer.
This company os disgusting!
I am glad you were able to get your information removed via Continental Broadband. I am currently having the same issue. Can you please provide the email address that you used to successfully get your information removed as I can't seem to locate Continental Broadband's email via their website.
I contacted Radaris to get my information removed and they claimed I needed to sign up and give them my personal phone number to take down the profile-more information they can sell to stalkers and domestic abusers. BBB refuses to do anything because this company is located in Cyprus. Contacting my state AG.
Radaris filters as much information they can online about anyone. I have seen addresses where I never lived, somewhere I have lived, schools I have attended and some that I have not attended, there are jobs where I have worked and jobs I never worked. There are also some places on their website where I live and some jobs I have actually worked. This company gets paid from advertisements but it can be very detrimental for anyone who is fleeing from danger, applying for a job and or institutional programs because the information is not resourceful. There have been so many data breaches to where you can't rely on these types of websites. Your best source is the person you know and educational background checks. You can really do damage to someone if you upload a resume to a public job search engine that goes against their current resume for revenge especially if they're private with their information. Some jobs/institutional programs may give that person the benefit of a doubt to verify their background while other will toss your application without a second guess esoecially if they have a lot of candidates. That's modern day revenge... hit them in their pockets even if the person they are attacking has caused no harm to them.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB against Radaris as they are the only data broker that will not suppress my personal name and location information from being returned in search engine results. These search results can be clicked to reveal my city. I am the victim of life-altering domestic violence at the hands of a violent convicted felon, who is now free. This felon knows I use a gym and armed with radaris's info showing my city can stake out the few gyms in my city and attack me again. I have used Radaris's opt out procedure to open an account by giving out my phone number (which I did not want them to have) in order to receive a text to set up the account. I am unable to remove my information as they promised I would be able to do using their "control information" tool. I sent radaris many emails through my account asking them to omit my information from showing up in search results by, say, using two lines of code outlined in a google blog post called a robots.txt file which instruct search engines to skip over information. Like the author above I called Radaris @ 855.723.2747. When someone finally answered, they hung up without saying another word after I said I am calling to have my information removed. I think they then marked my phone number for an infinite hold loop as I spent many hours on hold after that and no one answered.
information broker
I contacted Radaris in March of 2018 to please provide instructions on how to COMPLETELY REMOVE my personal information. You have to register with the sight to manage your profile they created for you without your permission. Of course, they set it up this way so you have to give them your CURRENT PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS SO THEY CAN SELL IT!
Someone responds to my email with removal instructions. I tried AT LEAST FIVE TIMES TO DELETE MY INFO and it's still there! I contacted them AGAIN and they are yet to respond. It's like the MORE I want my info gone, the more they want to keep it there. Very unethical company. Every other site I had to contact someone for removal of my info, they made it pretty easy and straightforward.
I have successfully removed my profiles from ALL sites I found my name, address, etc. but this one is problematic. I complained to the BBB and RADARIS said they would gladly remove my info if I just send them an email, and they DID NOT DELIVER, which really angers me.
It's really a shame there is no legislation in place to forbid these practices of sharing personal info without the owner's consent. Looks like someone will have to be murdered for that to actually happen.
All I want this company to do is either delete my info or ALLOW ME TOI. It's really not much to ask, as this is MY personal information who I only want my close friends/family to have.

information removal
I have tried in every way possible to have my information removed from Radaris. The company does not allow my personal information to be taken off the site. They will only allow a certain number of records to be removed. They put the information right back up on their site. They are irresponsible with their information. They have me related to people and places I don't even know. This company needs to be sued. I have someone stalking me and thanks to Radaris. I have to keep moving and changing my number.

I have just emailed service@radaris.com for the 3rd time requesting all information regarding me be deleted. I have complained to the BBB as well. I have successfully managed to get all people finder websites to cooperate with the exception of radaris.
don't be naive
They don't provide any unique information. All they can give you is already known, it can be easily found. But it doesn't mean they won't ask for money. Naive customers pay for this willing to get something they don't know about.
I checked some information twice for free and didn't find something I wasn't aware of. Asked other people who paid for the service, they said the same, they regretted they just wasted money. So don't be like them. Don't pay for a zero service.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
run away from them
Guys, if you're about to make an account on their website, please don't. Or you will regret it soon.
Why? Well, because it's impossible to get rid of this. So be prepared that your personal information will stay there forever. I made a terrible mistake when made an account and now I don't know how to delete it. Their instructions don't work. I called and wrote them numerous times and all of this was absolutely useless. And look through other reviews. Most of them are about the same issue. It's a reason to think twice before signing up.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
opt out option
For more than a week I have been trying to opt out of this website. I have followed their directions very carefully but have not been given the necessary verification code to control the information.
They do not respond to customer service emails or phone messages. They have a recording that never connects and warns that due to volumn, there may be no response.
The only thing else is snail mail which i have sent but of course received no response.
I want them to get back to me. There is no accountability. There are other sites that cannot remove information unless I remove it from radaris first.
misinformation about myself
I ran a report on myself. It had my age, address, family members, and friends completely wrong. I asked them to remove my information from their site and Google which they said they would do 3 months ago. Nothing has changed. These people need to be reported to the DOJ and more as they are scamming people and I would bet ruining people lives by posting negative things about someone that are untrue. They should be put out of business.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
misinformation a ton. wrong ages, wrong addresses, has my family related to people we are not
Misinformation a ton. Wrong ages, wrong addresses, has my family related to people we are not.
I have tried contacting radaris via phone I left voicemails, sent emails and no response or just an automated removal directions email which doesn't address any of the problems
Myself and my grieving father (I lost my mother to lung cancer this past year)... While trying to care for my dying mother started receiving a river of collection agency calls saying I was married to someone I don't know or that these people lived with my father, etc.
I have tried to contact radaris for 2 years now. I email. I call and get pushed to a voicemail. I fill out complaint forms on their page... And all I ever get is some ridiculous link to a page removal link of which I can not use for these problems. Misinformation stays up long enough and it gets recycled over the internet. When I had a problem like this in the past radaris was quick to fix the problem.
Did they get bought out in the last 2 years?
I am single and 41. Not married and not 50. And not related toi a cluster of people who they have me listed as related to... And I have laredy had to deal with to other sites trying to recycling this crap.
And then there is a new site marriagedatausa.com saying I am married and lived in a place for 15 years (in the usa) of which I never lived at. I am single.
And I was living in europe for 5 of those years. Lol
How wrong can you get!
Plus the informational attachment to people I do not know, has compromise my quality of life (collection calls/mailers for strangers) and could potentially compromise my career and or relationships.
didn't remove my information
I had a profile on Radaris website, but I decided to remove my information so I contacted their support and asked them to delete all the information about me. They said sure and promised to remove everything. But they actually lied and did absolutely nothing, my info is still on the site and I have no idea how to delete it, because it is absolutely impossible without support help! I'm very disappointed!
radaris will repost your info after removal
What I've found extremely aggravating about Radaris is that even though you have asked them to remove your info, months or years after you think your info has been permanently removed, it will probably appear again. This is most likely to happen if your name is the same as someone else's and the other person lives in the same state as you. Radaris will conflate info--shows you how accurate they are.
But as terrible as Radaris is, they aren't as unethical as ReverseIT.us. ReverseIT has a privacy policy saying your info will be removed, but they aren't honoring their own privacy policy.
scam
This company collects information from the web and uses your picture without your consent on their website. It's very difficult to contact them because there is no phone number or working email in their website. Do never send them any more personal information. They require these details to get your account removed, so it's a scam. They will just have more information of you in their record and they will sell it. If you want to make all your detailed information public then this website is just for you! I emailed them yet again about this and they never responded. This is unacceptable.
I placed an order
I received a thank you for your order after it went through and a message to look for an email in my inbox. A message never arrived and when i try to login it does not recognize my email address. I have no order number as a result. I have sent them a message but if the system does not recognize my account and i do not have a confirmation number it does not look good. I have never had this happen and felt it worthy of a complaint. I wanted access to the report i ordered as well as a 3-day trial membership as offered. I do not like giving out my personal information as it is and this makes me really nervous. My email is [protected]@gmail.Com

When I google my name Marisela Cedillo in google search images, a photo of me under your website comes up. I do not consent of this. I do not give you permission to use my picture. Please remove my picture from your site permanently. You do not have the copyright to my picture. This needs to be fix immediately

unable to contact the company
My father wanted to find his old friend and we decided to use the website www.radaris.com. We registered on the website and posted our personal info, and after several weeks we received email from them. They told to call them, because they found father’s friend. We tried to call them for several days, but no one replied. Also they ignored our emails. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
They are totally non-compliant and irresponsible. I would join your effort.
Radaris.com is not a U.S. company. They left to evade the laws and rights protecting individual Americans. They provide information about Americans whom dislike having their information exposed. Their website serves a dubious purpose. They enable stalkers to find out where their targets live.
I personally hate this company because they post personal information about me and family members against our will. We have done nothing wrong.
They won't reason with ANYONE for removing their information. Radaris states this:
"The site does not remove information by users' requests, excluding some cases described below:
Radaris will remove information in the following cases:
Information about children.
Police officers, judges, district attorneys and other statutory-protected individuals.
Health and financial information is always confidential, unless explicitly disclosed.
All other removals are by court order."
Is anyone interested in creating an anti-Radaris website? I could donate money to make sure this happens. There used to be a class action lawsuit web page.
We need to find a way to boycott them. Can we get Google to stop indexing their pages? We need to find out who the owners are and see if we can boycott other business that they are in. Can we violate their privacy in a lawful way to make them see what they are doing?
failure to remove personal info
I have contacted this website many, many times requesting that they remove my late husband's information (John V. Dietman). Now, instead of removing his listings, they have added several more (see attachments).
My husband was a very private person who diligently strove to keep his information off the internet. Were my husband still alive, he would have been mortified (no pun intended) to see his information published on the internet. His death has not changed this circumstance, nor does it excuse any website from trampling upon his former humanity. Out of respect, his wishes must be honored.
Mary E. Dietman, Grieving Widow
I checked them out on this "whois" wesite: http://www.eurid.eu/en/whois-search. Type in: radaris.eu. The owner is Gary Nard, who also uses several other similiar surnames, such as "Nord." His email address is gary@humanbook.com. The address listed is Viriotgasses 5, A-1090, Wein, Austria. The phone number listed is +43.[protected]. The fax number is +1.[protected]. The site is registered under www.godaddy.com, with name servers listed as ns1.radaris.com and ns2.radaris.com.
A class-action lawsuit may have potential, but it would probably be more effective to bombard radaris with removal requests from people who are listed on this website. If I'm evaluating the circumstances correctly, that list would include anyone in the U.S. whose name also appears on the WhitePages website.
Please remove my personal information/profile for on your website. I did not give permission for your company to post this info on line for everyone to read.
I do not want to set up an account in order to remove the information that was posted by your company.

How could our system allowed for these summers take our personal information and selling it for money and any one this called by law privacy violation
I don't think no one approved for this
Every one should reported as scam website unless you want your personal information for public like other idiots
Please close all related to all my name. I do not have any relationship with them.
Tried to run background check it pulled the wrong name . I wanted a jr.
I put jr on the last name but it keeped taking it off. Then it wanted more money. It was 5:15 am on 7/21/23 @113 red cedar ln Port Angeles Wa. 98362
I submitted an application but did not receive a callback, so I decided to call technical support and waited in line for less than 1 minute. The manager, Rick, answered all my questions. Satisfied with the site.
Hello: I would like to participate in a class action lawsuit against radaris as well. I requested the removal of my info on Aug. 1, 2022. They emailed me back telling me I had to register to remove my info. I told them no, I would not do that, and they must remove my info immediately. They said it would be gone in 48 hours. Now, 11 months later, I can see that my info was simply moved to another URL. The first URL no longer works, but the info is still there under a different profile. Changing the URL to a profile is not removal. They lied about removing my info and did not do what they promised to do. Furthermore, I can see that on a friend's profile, they stole a photo of her that I posted to facebook, so I feel responsible for that regretful share. They did not ask my permission to steal a photo of my friend. This company needs to be shut down immediately.
Radaris (www.radaris.com) is disclosing my personal information, including my home address and other personal data.
Why was my complaint marked as resolved? My complaint has NOT been resolved!
Even though I asked them to remove my info. It is still not removed by Radaris America.
02/14/2023 I've emailed and called th?radaris.com to have my information removed from their website directory, only to receive a general reply stating to to include URL which is not available on website just my name address and phone listed on the website directory. This is extremely dangerous for consumers
