Slotomania game has been taken back to a start up status and all the coins I purchased were removed. I had 10 billion points and now my account shows thousand. This is a real ripoff and I am requesting all purchases made in 2/2019 be refunded. There was NO warning this game was being revamped and my coins would not be carried over.

There was lots of trouble with the online connection and Slotomania kept restarting while playing in 2/2019. That did not stop it from taking my purchases for more coins.

I had enjoyed playing Slotomania and this was a low blow

Ok slotomania fix it team if there really is one - currently to date I have left more than a number of complaints about my slotomania not working right so i'm complaining once again along with doing research on contacting a department higher up that will be able to help me get this settled! It's amazing how many places there is out there just waiting to take complaints! All i'm asking is for is that stupid blue circle that keeps going around and around no matter what I try to do to be gone! It interferes with everything from trying to get into a game to showing up while i'm playing a game so I can't can't get out of the game to change my bet or go to another game! Also I can't get into my cards album and alot of the game's are black and I have to guess a number of times to find the one I want! I really don't want to report you but I will if I have to and it will be to one of the higher up's! I do have copies of all the complaints I have written to you over the last 2 weeks - yes you read it right the last 2 weeks! That is how long i've been trying to get you to fix my game! Please please please fix my game so I don't have to go to the extent of contacting someone else!

Also for the daily dash why do you give something that is basically unattainable like having to get 22 or more sloto cards? Especially when I can't get into any games! Slotomania support team - Please please please fix my game site again! I am once again having that darn blue circle that keeps going around and around no matter what I try to do. It won't let me get into anything even the game's! When I am able to get in the game's it keeps turning in the game so I can't can't get out of the game to change my bet or go to another game. I also can't get into my game album where I have Ace cards I would love to open. Everything is moving so so slow. I miss my games! 8.2.19 I played Macau and it displayed what I believe is a payable sum though I nothing. Can you inform me of where to find the pay lines to clarify. I attached a picture of what I got. You have taken money out of my bank account and have been told by Google they will not refund me and I have to contact you about these unauthorised payments all for slotmania coin packages and gems I did not give permission for any of the transaction below are pictures which also I have contacted my bank and card has been stopped and they said the same as Google I am to contact you to reimburse my money.

I can not get slotomania to open at all. It will let me collect the bonuses that randomly pop up through out the day but I can't get into slotomania to play any games at all or collect my gifts or my special daily bonuses or anything. 2 hourso ago just before the end of the sale, I purchased tokens for $24.99 . I did this twice one right after the other for a total of 49.98. I did receive the tokens but did NOT receive the contents of the chests with either purchase. Furthermore, right after that I climbed the step levels and won 8 chests. Yup, I didn't get those ingredients either. Considering I have spent a considerable amount of money and time on your site do you suppose you could take the time to correct this error and give me my earned items?

A few things: my games used to give me 30 points on a million dollar bet for spinning 300 times. I now get 20 points on the same coin bet.

I was spinning in Eastern and landed on the bonus coin game. I had a Major and a Mini along with coins and the game froze and reset back to home screen. I didn't get the coins.

Ok slotomania people I am so pissed I'm ready to blow my lid! I had over 3 billion coins and was playing your new my puppy game and was betting 5 million, only spun a few times when I was told I was out of coins! Your game took away over 3 billion coins from me and left me with a mere 174, 000 coin's! What the hell? 3:30 pm today 1/21/2019 some how the spin button has a spot that beats max... I can't even beat 1 billion but today it did.
It has done this in the past week and a few weeks ago. But I have no idea why it went to 1 billion when I can't even beat that much... I would like this stuff fixed... And my billion back along with the overs I have complained about. Last week it beat my max beat which is not 1 billion. This is so corrupt...

I have been playing Slotomania for a long time and last night when playing I started getting that stupid blue circle going around and around even while I was playing a game! When that stupid thing does that I can't do anything! Also I didn't receive any of the coins I won! I also have a very hard time getting into the game - Once again it's the blue circle! I want to have this fixed ASAP! I play fair but you're not!

I was wonderibg if someone could help me receive the coins and rewards that I never received this morning. Here is what I was able to accomplish.
I closed out despicable wolf and lost legacies this morning with cards a friend traded. I didn't get my reward coins or anything for this. Can someone help me with this.
