I turned in my wild card and completed a book in the spring album and received 9 billion dollars - i played the new caterpillar game and had to win 975 million dollars within 100 spins- i won free spins and won over 3 billion and did not receive my first dash- i learn over 12 hours later that the spins only worked on the caterpillar game outside of the sloto club, that has never made a difference before- now down to 2 billion from 12 billion i try and did not make it - the second 2 dashes are easy - now i have no dashes and lost 12 billion with no coins left

This game is getting ridiculous. You make the "dashes" involve winning high volume $$ on new games you release, however the game NEVER pays out. I have just spent over 900 million coins (betting 5, 000, 000 each spin) and I have never once won more than $20, 000 in a spin. Game used to pay out better, but now everything seems to focus on "buying" coins to advance. I am at level 2370 but it doesn't mean i have BILLIONS of dollars, yet all my tasks require me to spend a riduculous amount or receive a ridiculous amount of sloto cards...which do not pay out anymore either. I have received a total of 4 cards in the last 48 hours.

Your customer service is virtually non existent. I cant even get on the customer support page to send in a ticket. For the amount of money you people charge for coins, customer service should be a number 1 priority. My account is missing 1.7 trillion coins. I went on vacation for 10 days and did not play the game. I get home, and there are basically no coins in my account. What is going on here? I sent a ticket in yesterday regarding this but of course no response has been received. You apparently care less for you paying customers who shell out thousands upon thousands of dollars to play your game. I have several thousand dollars invested in this game so I am NOT letting this go. I want my coins back! Since 9/22/18 I have been unable to access Slotomania using my email and password. Since I am not on Facebook this sign on method is the one I prefer. All the sign on prompts allow me to enter required information the when I click on the sign on button nothing happens . I have used two different computers and cleared the Cache and Browsers on both, then closed slotomamia and reopened it and am getting the exact same result. No sign on .Please advise.

I've been using the poker hear application for more than a couple of years now, and a year or so ago they added the possibility to customize messages to other players.
Today I got harassed, cursed insulted out of no where by what I believe is a neo-nazi member.
The player most probably saw I live in Israel and started commenting in Italian. saying that all Jews should die. that we should all burn. that but let was right. that I am not part of the human race.
I'm complaining to poker heat because they don't give me the choice to block this person, to complain against him. I don't believe anyone should be harrased while playing a game especially with comments that are so descriminatory and extreamly offensive .

I loved playing Poker Heat but recently it really sucks.. Here's why
1. Hand points are not recorded for advancement up the line
2. How can I keep getting 6-9 as my hold cards many many many times.
3. Every every other hold cards contain one of the winning hand high cards.
4. I very often lose a full house to 4 of a kind
5. I very often lose a king high flush or a king high straight to an ace high hand...this frequency is not possible.
6. I very often lose 2 pair to 3 of a kind again..frequency is way to high.
7. Lost 300k $ over night...after shutting down for the night.
7. Seems you guys use bots to keep play down and try to force players to BUY $$.
8. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times to see if things would be fixed or at least better.

Now you can't even complain unless you have access to the app, which has refused to open since the last update on my up to date iPad... Aidan a few weeks ago that initially got in touch with me personally (he did claim to be from slotomania customer service) but as I did have a feature connected on my mob. He promised to get in touch with me in 2 days but he did not... I have been completing power and master challenges (the only ones that are affected) The bonus is given I see it added to my coins. In the next spin or if I leave the game I'm playing the challenge bonus gets subtracted from my coin balance. I have kept track of coin balance because this was happening everytime for the last couple of months. I contacted support and they stated I received bonus. Yes I did for 2 seconds and then the coins disappear. I couldn't make them understand what was happening. Three times this week alone that I have paid for coins that I did not receive! This has been going on and on and on. I have three different tablets and it happens on each tablet. How can this be resolved? Probably by never playing again.
