PlayerAuctions / poor site management/integration with email server, zendesk, and player guardian

Any order I place with any type of payment method that I've access to fails. In the status I get:
Order closed by system - payment settlement failed

Date of incidents: Ongoing

Then there are delays on payment processing refunds, and some people don't even get their money back at all.
The issue is confirmed with first time buyers as well as sellers. Their email confirmation isn't working, and neither do they call or text to confirm identity of the parties involved. Support is provided via Zendesk, which is slow and delayed responses, if at all. They've been uncooperative in resolving this. Attached is provided links for snapshots I've taken of the Steam forums where I've been posting as well.

Unless this is resolved, this is nothing more than a site that is scamming money from end users due to refusal to fix the issues causing the problems. This being categorized as such until otherwise proven. Please see the other complaints regarding this company.

Desired outcome:
I seek to resolve this for all customers (sellers and buyers), not just for myself.

    Here's a link to a PDF I made of the emails so far, or rather, lack of "proper" responses. So far they seem scripted and automated. There's very little "human" aspect to them. Almost like they cannot be bothered.

    Thank you for sharing your thoughts about our payment process. I would like to clarify that no charges are being processed for failed payments, and if your credit card went into a vetting process, rest assured that the amount will always be refunded back to you.

    This is an anti-fraud security system we have on our site that prevents accepting payments from accounts with information discrepancy or those flagged for security risks. We have this in place as a protection for the community. I repeat that there are no charges or payments being accepted, so this does NOT fall into scamming at all.
