[Resolved] Pizza Hut / pizza not delivered
I placed an order for delivery on December 27, 2017 at 10:38 a.m., scheduled arrival time was for December 27, 2017 at 11:45 a.m. Order # 3171227103855001182013475
When I order still had not arrived at 12:05 p.m. I called to inquire on arrival time. This is how that call went.
Me: I am wondering about my order that was supposed to have been delivered 20 mins ago.
Hut: What's the name?
Me: [name removed]
Hut: We don't have a driver. I called everyone that placed an order (NEVER GOT A CALL)
Me: So I will not be getting my food?
Hut: I do not have a driver.
Me: So what should I do about my order?
Hut: You can come pick it up if you want.
Me: What about the payment I made online
Hut: You'll get it in 5-10 business days
I am upset that I did not get a call that my food was not coming, I got zero apology and that I paid for food I never received.
They called and offered a credit to me, apologized and did not charge my credit card.
