Pizza Hut supreme pan pizza

Picked my pizza at 6:35 drove back home 20min away there wasn't enough cheese on the pizza to hold the toppings in place (they fell off every time I picked up a slice) very disappointed, but not worth the 20 min drive back to town. If they don't make it right I'll never be back. funny thing is I overheard the manager ask the cashier who made my pizza so she knew better and let it go anyway. Unfortunately I thought nothing about the comment at the time, I should have known better because people have no pride in their work nowadays

Pizza Hut restaurant employees & customer service

1 star is too much. They do not have any customer service. I ordered 2 pan pizzas and 1 hand tossed pizza tonight. I got there to pick up my pizzas and was told they didn't have any pan pizza and that they made them all as hand tossed. Then after asking why I wasn't called to let me know, I was told that they were too busy. After going back and forth with the so-called manager on duty, was asked if I wanted them because I was wasting her time. All the while, they had only made 2 of the pizzas and was going to have to wait 10 minutes for the 3rd. My other pizzas are ready and sitting there getting cold and you want me to wait for my 3rd. I asked for the store manager's name and with attitude from the so-called manager on duty, was given a name of Marnika with the store phone #. I asked for all of the workers names and was told that they aren't obligated to give them to me. I'm not sure when things went down hill at this store, but they won't get my business again. The store manager will be called tomorrow as will Corporate along with a written letter sent to both certified mail. I'm not sure who these young workers think they are but the customers are the ones who pay their salaries. Without us, they don't have jobs. The attitudes suck and the little under the breath comments are so uncalled for. Whatever happened to making sure that customer is happy?

Pizza Hut I am complaining about a store its employees and the manager on duty today and the quality of the food that they're making

I am complaining about the store in Florida Miami address 7333 Southwest 152 in Kendall Miami the reason of my complaint today is that I pre-ordered a a large pepperoni pizza with a side order of wings and excetera during my visit I sat down to wait for my order to be made while I'm waiting on my order I observed a male driver I believe or a male inside person I am not sure but he answered the phone and took a order after taking an order he went to the pizza line where they were cutting the food and didn't wash his hands and he was touching the food no problem after he done touch the phone that right there made me not want to continue to stay there to wait for my food I personally like a germ-free environment people that take very good pride and making sure that the quality of the food is where it supposed to be when I went to approach a person about speaking to a manager the young lady said that I am a manager and when I proceeded to tell her what I seen she gave me an attitude it's his approximately around 4 at this time I am leaving this manager then turned around and did nothing about the situation and continue to talk to her employees with such attitude and just was playing rude it was ridiculous I observed one girl almost crying because of the way this manager was speaking to her it was very unnecessary and it had nothing to do with my situation I'm very disappointed I I come to the store several times to order food and never once have I seen this before but then yet I usually get delivery I'm very disappointed this is outrageous I also observed a employee picking up a wing off the floor and putting it into a fryer as if it didn't fall on the floor and I just I can't believe how these people do not care like it's ridiculous I am just so in unbelief right now the staff was ruled the manager very rude didn't care that I had concerns about the meal that I was going to be paying for and it seemed like these people didn't care about your food and safety and you know first thing I look for is people washing their hands and and if my food is being made with with care and concern whether or not you know it's germs or anything like that I mean in any restaurant I look for this I feel that this store needs to be checked out I'm never going to order at the store again I refuse I love Pizza Hut I love everything that you guys make I I'm a big fan of the hut the first thing I go for if we're going to eat out or anything is Pizza Hut cuz the variety of Pizza Wings and pasta and and you know breadsticks and everything everything is just great but to see the quality of the store for the non concern of of its customers and what you're giving its customers is ridiculous I'm a manager at Longhorns and never in my life have I ever treated my employee such was such a rude and non non care for their feelings it's amazing how this person's even a manager if you can't handle the stress and the responsibility these people shouldn't be promoted to these positions that they cannot handle I've never had an issue with the store before until today again I repeat I usually get deliveries and now I'm concerned that since I usually get the deliveries is the quality of my food being properly made am I being being given good food that that's not been touched by random people that's touched everything and everyone I mean come on I see the drivers aren't even doing nothing they're hanging out in the side of the store on their phones what what store does this weather employees or just chilling I hate to report a store for the things that their employees are doing in this specially the manager and it there their attitude I'm a customer and when a customer speaks as polite as I am being about its employees and the quality of the food that's being made as a manager I I feel like that's the first thing that you should be listening to whether or not the people that I am managing are doing their job properly now I know Pizza Hut I know you guys don't don't allow this it's it it's no way that you allow that you know that your drivers or your your employees to work with such quality don't wash their hands while they're making food go from the phone to the full table to picking up food off the floor I kind of stand chicken wings or Frozen and when you're throwing in the fryer you know they they're being cooked all right but that's still hit the floor if I knew that my wings are hit the floor and I and I get a delivery and I'm eating These Wings come on that's disgusting not to mention that I waited for more than 20 minutes for my order and it still wasn't done when I went to complain to the manager about its employees something needs to be done about this store their customer service skills are terrible the managers are terrible I can't speak for more than one manager because I've only met one manager today and that woman was ridiculous rude upsetting she didn't care what my concerns were she hurt her Mark her her response to me was I am busy I am the manager and I have other things to do other than to take your complaint at this time I'm a customer whether or not I'm complaining at 2 in the morning or 1 in the evening you're a manager your job is to take care of the store your job is to manage your employees and the quality of food that's being made under your care during your shift the next time somebody might not complaint might not go to Pizza Hut and complain are really concerned about the quality of food at the store I'm sorry I know this complaint is extensive and long but I am very upset at my visit today here at Pizza Hut in Miami Florida on Southwest 152 Street again the address to that store is 7333
My name is joanna I usually always order at the store because it's the most closest store to my home and I usually always get delivery but today I came from work I pre-ordered and I came in to see if my order was done it was not done I pre-ordered it and I had to wait another 20 minutes after I pre-ordered it about 15 to 20 minutes ago then the employees and management are rude and disrespectful not to mention the food and the quality is being made with not no care before hygiene and germs I have two kids God knows what I am allowing them to eat what germs I am allowing them to eat because of these employees and not washing their hands not doing anything that need to do before making a meal for people I am outraged at this moment and personally I believe that you guys need as a corporate office needs to do something about the store and I totally feel bad for that young lady that went to the bathroom crying I I I wanted to speak to her but I didn't want to come out my place these people are rude to their own employees they're rude to customer there needs to be quality check at the store I will never order at the store again I never not once believed that this can happen but now from now on I will go into the store that if it's Pizza Hut that I'm ordering from because I really don't like any other Pizza I will go to the store and wash my food be made if this happens again I will never be a customer again of Pizza Hut and I'll just go to another company like Papa John's or Domino's or one is Mom and Pop places even though Pizza Hut one of my favorite types of places to go to for for food and wings I am asking please to take a quality check of the store and its employees and the way they process their food and me

Pizza Hut my reward points

Hi,

About a month ago, I had enrolled in the pizza hut rewards points program and had received 68 points from one order at my old residence. However, during that time I had moved to another state. When I tried to order pizza again my points were deleted as well as my account by Pizza Hut. So, I had to make a whole new one. Can my points be recovered? What can be done about this?

Pizza Hut customer privacy in jeopardy

I am complaining about call center in Egypt, as I used an application otlob to order food. Yesterday 2 September 2017 at around 2pm I placed an order to pizza hut. At 2.17pm the call center contacted me to confirm my address (he was a male) I confirmed. Today 3 September 2017 I woke up and opened my whatsapp to see that an unknown person contacted me but the number is the same one that called me yesterday to confirm my address. I will send the screenshots from whatsapp and my call log so you can see. My husband called the branch to make a complaint and the area manager called him back to ensure us that the person who did this will be fired immediately, well like we said to the person in charge that's all good and well but the problem is that if that employee could take my cell number he might have taken my home address too and there is no guarantee that I will be safe from that person . My husband works sometimes away from home and there is a lot of times that I am alone at home, now I don't feel safe in my home because of this situation of one of your employees. To fire that person does not ensure my safety nor peace of mind.
As I am going to see a lawyer to file a lawsuit against pizza hut for violating my privacy and safety, what if this person is a criminal for example a murderer or a rapist. And if this case does not get any replies I will go public. As to people need to be aware of this. Please see attached the whatsapp and call log

Pizza Hut unethical behavior, bad customer service, and terrible food service

I ordered online and went to the store to pick it up, and as soon as I walked in no one was there to help me. I waited awhile and asked a worker, but he told me he could not help me. I went around to the other register to find an employee and asked if he could get my order for me. He slammed things down on the counter and threw them in the back yelling at the workers "you never clean up your crap!" I was quite taken aback and then he asked the name for the order and I told him. As I was talking to him, another worker started talking to him over the situation with the items he was throwing around. He said to the worker, "Let me deal with this customer first". The phrasing honestly did not sit right with me along with his aggressive behavior, so I left as quickly as possible. When I got home (about 20 minutes from the restaurant) I checked the pizza and it was very badly burnt with barely any cheese. I called and spoke to the manager to see if they would make me a new one that I could pick up, and he said he would put in the order. I drove back and went inside to trade the bad one for the new one, and had to wait in line for over 15 minutes. They messed up the two people's orders that were in front of me. When it was my turn, I went up to the counter and the girl and the manager sat there messing with the register for a bit and did not say a word to me. Once they were finished, I told the girl at the register the reason I came back in, and that I should have a new order to pick up. She went to the back where I heard them say they didn't know what order she was talking about. She came back to me and said, "I'm sorry but it looks like the order wasn't put in, would you mind waiting?" I had already been waiting well over 20 minutes at this point and my family was waiting on me. I agreed and then waited another 15 minutes for them to make my order. It was one of the worst experiences I have had in a restaurant, and the aggressive behavior from the beginning was very unprofessional and frightened me. I will not be eating at that pizza hut again.

Pizza Hut points taken and didn't receive my pizza

Hello. My name is Karena Clark and I placed a order on 8/30/2017 at 10:40 pm. I used 200 points to redeem a free medium pizza. Within 10 mins I received a call from my local Pizza Hut store telling me they could not do my order and it was cancelled. Which is fine, but I didn't get my points back. I've called and emailed corporate plenty of times and still nothing. I would like my points back. My order # was [protected]-[protected] and the delivery charge was $3.23. My local Pizza Hut store # is [protected] located in Philadelphia, PA. I'm expecting a phone call or email back asap. I shouldn't have to google and go all over the place to find your information. Please make it available for everyone to find without the hassle. Thanks.

Pizza Hut customer service

I ordered a pizza at 9:22pm from the usual Pizza Hut I order from online. I paid for my pizza and received and email that it would be delivered by 9:55pm. I never received it. Called at 10:39pm. *3.. called the next morning and was told I would receive a call back, never did. Called later that night and the manager told me I never ordered from that store. The next day I called again because I wasnt happy with the way I was treated and Jenny continually degraded me and the situation. He kept saying I didn't order and even though I was answering all of his questions correctly he said he couldn't help me. I find it strange that I couldn't get my $$ back and couldn't even receive a pizza? I love pizza and am very loyal to the restaurant in whole... I can't believe the terrible lack of customer service I have received... so much so I had to write you...

Pizza Hut customer service and bad quality food product and missing items

I placed an order at 6:39pm online and received an email stating my order will be delivered by 8:05pm. My food did not arrive until 9:02pm when I received it I was missing my order of wings, my pizza was ice cold and clearly undercooked, my Breadsticks where as hard as a rock and also cold. I tried calling the store and was told they where short staffed and there was nothing they can do they where short staffed and only had 2 drivers so I asked for the district number and the manangers name on duty and was told it was none of my business and was hung up on. Twice! I'm very disappointed with not only the food but customer service I order at least once a week but now I will be taking my money else where this is unacceptable and rude behavior to allow at any of the company's!

Pizza Hut chicken wings and salad

Ordered chicken wings extra crispy and side salad. Wings were not x crispy with very little mild sauce. Salad was only lettuce they had no tomatoes no cucumbers available I did not want the salad and they said I already paid for it so I had to take it. I also ordered boneless wings that was good. I am very disappointed since i spent $40.00. I have never had issues before but do not plan on returning again...

Pizza Hut service

I ordered a pizza online today at 1:24pm, and it said i'd recieve it within 15-25min. But then 1 1/2 past. I had to argue on the phone to make them understand they had delivered my pizza to the wrong place because i had not received it. My address was correct and I had to wait another 25min for a new pizza. When they delivered it they asked for payment and i said i had paid online with card and he cursed in spanish and walked away.

Dear sir,
I am a very loyal customer of pizza hut in pakistan and all over the world when i travel i do eat pizza hut but from some time the service of pizza hut in pakistan karachi is pathetic the quality of the food I will never order again i ordered pizza last week and they gave me half and hour time for delivery after complaining manytimes the order was delivered to me after 3 hours which i returned ofcourse today on 2 september 2017 i ordered pizza at 12 30 am and they said delivery will take place after 30 min after that i called at 01 30 am to check on my order they said due yo system eror your order was not punched and i had to order again and they said it will get delivered in half hour i waited till 03 45 am called atleast 9 times they said its on way on way then they said it was delivered which we didnt even received my number is [protected] from which i order name is Nadeem please check on your pakistan business as you will loose your name and customers here in compariosion to dominos whose service is very good here .

Pizza Hut delivery issue

I placed an order online was advised it would arrive at 11:40am. The time was perfect because I was at work and my lunch was at 11:30am. I waited for the pizza to arrive 15 mins after the delivery time it didn't arrive I called the store, they stated it was on it's way. I called back again 10 mins after the first call and the rep stated walk outside it should be there. I called again 7 mins later and was advised its on it's way and the rep hung up in my face. I waited outside for another 5 mins and it still didn't arrive. Worst customer service I ever. I will never order pizza again from this location.

Pizza Hut delivery - customer service

Good afternoon,
Yesterday on 8/31 I placed an online delivery order at 5:26. I was pleased to have a 30% off coupon in email - I am a returning customer.
At almost an hour I checked the online order status which indicated it was en-route.
I am probably 1.5 miles from the Pizza Hut location.
I waited maybe another 15 minutes and called and the associate who answered indicated it would be here "any minute".
15 minutes I called and asked for a Manager who then hung the phne up on my during my complaint. I indicated not to charge my card and to send the delivery driver back.
After the rude end of my call - the driver showed up with my order who I immediately told to return it to the store.
I did verify that my account was not charged.
The poor service is unfortunate and the communication from Management which included hanging up the phone on my is unacceptable.
I will not be placing another order with any of your franchises.
I would hope that this would be addressed.

I m very sorry to say that largest chain of pizza is not responding to our valued customer even they took order and did not deliver.after my called.they sorry sir we can not deliver your order due to oven is problamatic.do u agree on this stupid excuse..if u can not deliver so confirm at least.i want to change them owners or customer services agent's.pizza hut riders are very nice & cooperative..but customer service agents are dump they don't know how to treat customers..

Pizza Hut charge

I placed an order under Rafael at my address 15712 sw 90terr. The store around my area is not accepting credit card at this time. So I told them to bring change for $100 bill and they responded with the company policy not accepting $100 bills. So how can I pay for my order? I think that if there's a problem with the cc, you should accept the bill. Unfortunately had to cancel the order. Very bad way to start my day. Shame.

Pizza Hut online order to delivery

Hello my name is Francisco Rodriguez today i make a order by Internet to delivery. Today 8/31/2017 at 7:08 pm Ticket # 0127 or 013238 Around 7:46 pm i call the restaurant for the status by my order one of the team member put my on hold for around 2 minutes, and ask my if is for delivery or carry out and i say i like to know the status for ma order i make around 40 minutes and the team member tell me if in the second to send for delivery i ask to speak to a manager and put my on hold for around 8 more minute and some one answer the phone and hangout. in the same moment i pull over to the restaurant, In that moment i see on of the team member and i ask to speak to a manager the team member call the manager is cut the pizza and i tell this is ridicules i make a delivery order around 1 hr and i never get my food and i living around the block next 2 building and the manager try to find the order i saw to coming for the back for the restaurant with part of the order and tell me here is your order sr. i never receive and i apology for the situation and only the manager look to me to take the food and walk away and when i tell i don want the order now and i want my money back and the manager void the transaction and that it the manager tell me is void and i say no i don want to wait 3 or 5 businesses and day for put my money back to my account, and that manager male call the store manager and this store manager is a white tall lady folding the pizza box and never she answer the phone. And when the store manager coming to the counter i tell what happens with my order and once aging never give my a apology and nothing similar. And i ask i want my money back and she tell me your transaction is void and she ca not nothing to do about that.

Is very disrespectful if you like a manager of that store you not recognize, apology and admitted the error your restaurant do to convince the guest to come back and enjoy one again the great food your company make for the guest.

I am a Restaurant Manager for over 18 yrs experience and this is the worst service and treatment i receive in my entire life...
If you want your company to by successful, Recognize, Apology, Fix the problem immediately and invite again the guest to come back. this is the key for the SUCCESS... Passion to server need that restaurant...ASAP..

I hope for the future no other guest pass for this issues again ...

Pizza Hut hostile work environment!

On the date of 8/31/17 I customer jason ornelas witnessed something very disturbing at the pizza hut in pecos tx adress 524 south cedar 79772. An employee by the name amber (A waitress) was threatened by an wing street employee by the name michael, some confusion about the waitress skipping onther waitress and taking her guest. Amber was filling the drinks for these guests at the soda fountain when the other waitress (Unknown name) asked her (While she was loading up soft drinks in the fridge located at the right hand side of the entrance door) are those my guests? Thats when wing steet employee michael turned around and told waitress amber. What the [censor] do you think you are doing taking other waitress guest! Stupid [censor]! Dont you know how [censor] works around here?! Get your [censor] together we dont tolerate that kind of bull crap here! (She said im sorry I didnt know I was just trying to help her) he continued by belittling her any way he could, the shift manager was there listening to the whole thing didnt tell him anything, just shrugged michael on the shoulder, I guess to tell him to stop. But michael kept on badgering amber about the situation. I was so upset over the situation it made me stomache turn on how mad I was. Is this the kind of behavior that is allowed at pizza hut? What kind of dictator ship is the american pizza company running at my local pizza hut? This needs to be fixed and he needs to be disciplined for his actions, its unfare and unjust to the way he treated the amber. It needs to be fixed now! I will do anything in my power to settle this if it does not get fixed!

Pizza Hut pizza delivery with car full of people and food extremely cold

Placed order online tonight. Called to add a pizza to order. Young lady took my order and gave me the new price. An hour later the pizza arrives. The 2 medium pizzas are cold(very), veggies extremely large and uncooked and the order that had been modified was not there. I told the driver my concerns about the order and she was willing to go back but I called store instead. I did not want another pizza from this site or the driver. The presentation / delivery of the pizza was not how I'd preferred it. Details can be provided further about the delivery. Manager in site shares indicated the pizza that was not touched could not be refunded. She gave numerous reasons but gave no resolution. If this is how Pizza Hut delivers service me not those I know or work with will utilize your services here in Suffolk.
