2.5 hours to deliver
Last night I ordered a Pizza, wings, & pepsi for delivery. I placed the order at 8:00pm after getting stumped on what to do for dinner at home and needed something quick and easy. After the order was placed I received an email saying it would be delivered at 9:15pm, which admittedly is a little late, however, I placed the order a little later than I normally would so I was just going to keep my daughter up to eat dinner a little late. Well 9:15 rolls around and the pizza tracker shows it still hasn't left the store. I called around 9:30pm and was told it would still be another 30 minutes and asked if I still wanted it delivered. Well of course I did-that was dinner for us and I had already waited an hour and a half. I was told a driver called in sick-Ok, cool, I know what it's like to work understaffed, very stressful and I can be somewhat understanding of that. My food wasn't delivered until 10:20pm-it took 2 and a half hours for my food to be delivered and I live less than 5 miles away. I would have just gone to pick it up if my daughter hadn't fallen asleep (without dinner!) in the time I was waiting for the delivery.
To make things worse: When my food arrived, the Pizza was cold (cheese had completely hardened like it does when it cools down) my wings were soggy, and my pepsi was completely room temperature. I was so angry I just put the food away and went to bed. Not acceptable.
I would like a refund for the poor service and over an hour late on delivery, 2.5 hours total from time ordered to delivery. People order delivery for convenience and my family just went to bed without dinner.
customer satisfaction survey error
Date of Incident - 9/6/17
Description - I purchased a pizza from Store #026303. After my purchases I am sure to fill out the customer satisfaction survey online. This is the first time I've had an issue with the website.
There is Customer Survey code at the bottom of the receipt that was handed to me so I tried to use the store number. Every time I enter the store number it tells me to use the 11 digit survey code, but there is no code to enter. I have tried this on two different days on two different computers, in two different locations with the same result. I do the surveys to help Pizza Hut, but mainly for the $10 off our next order. We do not normally go to any restaurant without a discount or coupon. I would be happy to do a survey to get the $10 off my next order, but I'm unable to make it work at this point. Please help, I'm looking for the $10 off the next order and would be happy to do a survey if I need too. Thank you in advance.

I ordered 16 piece bone out Honey BBQ wings and the wings did not have nearly enough sauce on them. Some of the wings were completely bare. All the guy from the store could tell me was that I would receive 13.60 in store credit. I am extremely pissed off and the customer service I received over the phone was below average at best. The guy was not as helpful as I had hoped and didn't seem to know what he was doing anyway.

I love Pizza Hut, let me just start off with that! My roommate and I order pizza about a week ago, from our new apartment, and when we received our pizza, it was made all wrong, so I called it in, I didn't catch the managers name who told me, I had a credit, but he seemed very genuine and said he would take note of it for me. So, I just called back to the same location, and this lady picked up, she said she was a manager on duty, and that her name was Dawn! She was very rude, when I asked her to look up my credit, she said it wasn't put in the system, so I couldn't receive my pizza! How RUDE! I tried to give them a second chance, but I don't do well with rudeness, makes me feel uncomfortable eating the pizza!
old food
Came in to eat in Tuesday August 29, got a large pizza and chicken alfredo pasta. The pasta was so rancid and expired that it caused me to vomit within seconds of taking a bite. The server agreed and quickly took it away and went to her RGM who was in the store that night. He was made aware and did NOTHING. Didn't come out to check or make amends, didn't discount my ticket. He hid in the back of the store. I again asked my server before leaving if he was aware and she said all he said was to "throw it away". This is no way to run a store or business!
customer service mediocrity
This is not the first time this happens to me, probably over 3 times and I am done. When people order online either in the app or the website there is no widget that directs towards including parmesan cheese, red crushed peppers or even plates (like papa John's for instance) Everytime I have to call after I ve made my order to include the cheese and the red peppers. Again they did not fulfill my order. Such things were not added with the rest of my delivery items. I called the store and they hanged up on me 3 times. Manager whose name said was Maria Rodriguez claims that because I did not pay for the red crushed peppers or parmesan cheese they will not do anything about it nor send a driver to fulfill my order. This is a customer service mistake. I called, I requested those items and did not receive them, therefore my order was not only not fulfilled but the customer service is far too mediocre. You may listen at the recordings you take if you desire which shows how they hanged up on me 3 times and how customer service quality needs to be fixed immediately (8:40 pm, 9:31, 9:34; 9:39 and 9:41pm )

I was rushed off the phone by who seemed to be a supervisor. My order was delivered several minutes late and was not made correctly. I am not happy and will take any steps I have to from here. It's literally ridiculous. What happened to the era of management that cared about there services.

I am a regular customer at pizzahut on westcommerce I had ordered two medium pizzas and had them delivered you can imagine my disbelieve when I open the box and their was a slice missing from the supreme omg I just threw it a way. I was ordering pizza for my son and his friends it was 7pm the driver didnt get here til 9pm and The pizza was cold and it took2 hours to get here i was very upset and they did not apologize or any thing i had to reheat it in the microwave and paid my money i should of got it hot so that store will not get my bussiness no more they need to get new drivers
pizza hut - flora, illinois
i recently had a very bad experience at the location in Flora Illinois on Labor Day 2017 beginning about 5pm. Here's what happened:
I walked in with my 84 year old mother to an empty restaurant. Only two people seated at a table. The place was otherwise entirely empty.
The hostess seated us and immediately wanted our drink order before she walked away, not that it mattered since it took over ten minutes for her to bring our drinks. She forgot straws.
When after ten minutes she had not come back for our food order I went to the counter and ordered, where she was busy gossiping with a woman who later identified herself to me as the shift lead and a guy who was making pizzas, and a person who appeared to be a delivery driver. After I ordered I went and sat down. No one ever came by the table.
After 35 minutes went by (we'd been busy shooing the dozens of flies that wouldn't leave us alone - the place was full of them) our "waitress" ( and I use that term loosely came over and told us it would be at least another 40 minutes before our pizza would be ready. (Wed ordered a thin crust intentionally because mother had said she was hungry and we were to, d it would cook faster.)
I stood up went to the counter and asked for the managers name and number. The woman at the counter informed me that she was the shift lead and that it was a corporate store. I again asked for the name of the manager and she would not give it to me. I told her that if they spent more time working and less time gabbing they'd be able to better care for customers and that their poor service was inexcusable.
My 84 year old mother and I left, drove 23 miles to a very crowded, and busy
Monical's Pizzaria in Olney, where we were seated, ordered, and had our food before the estimated readiness of our food at this sorry excuse for a restaurant. Never again, Pizza Hut. Never again.
The saddest thing is this: check yelp on the Flora location. There are at least 9 other reviews that are as negative as this one.
In addition, the bathroom was filthy, and had been reconfigured. The toilet was so close to the wall on one side it was almost unusable. The floors in the restaurant itself were filthy and the table had a sticky unclean film on it. There is absolutely no way this restaurant would have passed an inspection in California. It was horrible. Whoever your manager is has failed you.

on September 1 2017 I called in to pizza hut on innis rd to place an order at 10:16 pm I was told my order would be ready for pick up at 10:41 pm as I arrived I was told my order was just going in I place to square meals deals once my food was ready I ask was this right they proceed to say yes once I got home I had a medium thin crust pizza that was old my square pizza was cold and my bread sticks was harder than bricks I called and talk to the manager he was very rude as I went to tell him that I ask if they was giving me what they wanted me to have he goes on to say that they ran out of dough so I proceed to ask why didn't they tell me that instead of making me what they wanted. I ask for his name he said Jack I ask Jack did he have a last name and was told he didn't have to give me that information.

I have been a customer at your Petersburg, wv location since it opened. I've always been very pleased with the service and food I received until last night 9/4/2017. I ordered half pepperoni half supreme pan crust cost 14.59. when I got it home opened it and there were hardly any toppings on the supreme side called talked to Amanda took the pizza back for another made with the toppings that should be on the pizza. Pizza still skimpy with toppings, looked like one of your 6.99 pizzas with 2 toppings. I know what I have received in the past, don't know what has changed but I'm not ever paying that much for nothing but a few toppings scattered here and there. We have a Little Caesars opening, plus a few other places that were recommended. I'm thinking I'll be trying them out or just get a Walmart large supreme pizza it is loaded with toppings and much bigger then your so called large. Thank you for your past service, it was great!

Hi, I ordered a Dinner box from Pizza hut today, the order roughly was placed around 6:00. I was then told that my order was out for delivery at 6:35 and so as i waited for them at the location i've waited... they didn't show up.. by 7:10 i called the store asking why my delivery never showed up.. i only got an answer that they were unable to call me ( i already stated this to them on the delivery instructions) and that he would call the delivery driver. Well, i waited for 15 minutes after that before calling the store again asking what is happening. I was then told my order would be there any moment.. i then waited again for an additional 15 minutes before calling again. At this time it had to be 7:40 where i was then told they were going to redeliver and it'll be there in 10 minutes explaining to me that my Dorm hall wasn't listed when it was clearly listed on my application. Afterwards i still not have received my food and contacted my mother to call them where they finally told her that the delivery driver is going out with my delivery and that my address magically appeared as my hall and that they won't charge me for my order now and then hung up on my mother where then i didn't get my order until 8:20... I would gladly proof my whole order but all of the information has disappeared from my grasp.
The whole point of this is i had to wait almost 2 hours after delivery for my order and I have a full day of classes tomorrow starting at 9am... ruined my whole night, standing outside for an unknown amount of time just because they hired a team of people who cannot do their job.. i feel very unwell now for not eating for an amount of time and the stress of how much they tried to blame me for this.

I specifically ask every single time after the first time they sent this person to my house. He smells like he hasn't bathed or washed his clothes in weeks. He dumped my food all over my front porch and then I had to clean up the mass of it. When he came back with the food the second time it was cold and gross.
Even though I specifically, by name ask them to not send this person to my house, they do it anyway.
What do I have to do to get them to understand I do not want this person at my door. If there was another decent delivery place in town I would certainly take my business elsewhere.
carol stream, il pizza hut
I placed an online order on 9/2/17 at 8:05pm, ticket #0101, website code 028550, for $52.20 from the Carol Stream Pizza Hut. Online said 10-20 mins of wait. We went to PH after 25 mins, and were made to wait 35 minutes before getting our order. We arrived home to find that we were shorted an order of bread sticks.
The problem is that this is the 3rd time in our last 4 orders that we've had a problem with this location. Prior to this summer, we got mediocre service and mediocre pizza, which is what we expect from PH. But since June of this year, the service at the Carol Stream location has been worse than poor. Once we waited over 45 minutes for an order that was supposedly ready. Once we received a call that they were out of medium pizzas and therefore had cancelled our entire order (8 pizzas!) and only after 20 minutes of arguing with the manager did he finally agree to substitute large pizzas (after originally wanting to charge me full price for the change!). Now we were shorted our bread sticks. Last straw.
I called and spoke to the manager. He said, "Oh, we have extra bread sticks, so you can come back and pick them up." I said no--not interested in driving out again. He said I could have a credit for my next order. I said no--never plan on ordering from this location ever again. He said, "okay then. I guess have a good night, " and tried to hang up on me. I said "absolutely not--you owe me for the bread sticks." He reiterated that I could come back and pick them up. I told him I wanted a refund. But he then intended to write down my credit card numbers to process the refund, and there's no way in hell I'm giving your minimum-wage 17-year-old manager my credit card numbers. So I refused, and I informed him that I'd be writing to you demanding--at the absolute least-- a full refund for my order.

the disrespectful employee & the food
On Monday, September 04, 2017 I ordered a two medium pizzas from DUMAS, Arkansas Pizza Hut. I order a Veggie Lovers thin crust & a medium hamburger with jalapeños peppers. I picked up my pizza. I finally looked at my pizza when I got closer home. I noticed that I received a sausage & pepperoni. I called but to let Pizza Hut know that they got my order wrong. I spoke to Michael. Michael wanted me to allow him to make another pizza. I told Michael it was an inconvenience when they are the ones that got my order wrong. Micheal immediately got upset and said I'm trying to help you. I explain to him that I shouldn't have to come back and wait for another pizza while the one gets cold. Michael raised his voice and said Ma'am I'm trying to help you. Michael rudily interrupted when I tried to speak and hung up while I was trying to speak. I called back and tried to speak to him. I never used in profanity nor was I rude. Michael told me to "[censor] OFF" and hung up the phone again.

On August 29th I placed a delivery order at 7:38pm. Delivery time was scheduled for 8:15. By 8:30 we were understanding, we know delivery drivers can get caught up from time to time. By 9pm we have not recieved our order, we called in to check on it, was told it was ready and they were waiting for the delivery driver to pick it up. By 945 we called again. I asked to speak with a manager at this point since it has been 2 hours since our order was placed, I was told she is short on delivery drivers if I know anyone looking for a job to send them her way. Finally at 10:08PM our order arrives, come to find out we are missing a 2 liter, 2 orders of breadsticks and our order is incorrect. I waited a few days to email a complaint because of how furious I was. We order Pizza Hut on a weekly basis, this was unacceptable and not handled properly.

Placed and order online. Called the store because I wanted fries added. My card was charged 5 times. No apologies, no reason given or was I told. Also charged an over draft charged because I wasn't expecting to to pay $210.00 for a $34.00 order. No one has yet to apologize, accept responsibility or correct the action. The manager on duty had the nerve to tell me to call the bank and have them stop the charges because it's only showing once on our end. Really? That's funny because you charged me 5 times didn't tell me, gave me three receipts and two are missing? I will be seeing the manager as soon as they open and demanding all off my money back and charging them a fee for holding my money ransom. But you charge me a car note for a pizza?
two medium pizzas
I ordered two medium pizzas one no sauce and one half pepperoni and cheese, they said half hour i waited gave them some time so i called back an hour later to see what was taking so long the lady said it will be there its on its way it didn't come til another 30 mins later i only live ten mins from the store location and when i got my food it was cold so i waited an hour and a half for my food and it was cold i was pissed they driver didnt leave no reciept on my box. But if i waited all that time had to pay for it i would want my food to be hot.then i try to call the store back their closed so they wouldnt answer the phone i will not be going back there.
maggots on my pizza
I ordered a pizza 09/03/2017 just to find maggots cooked into my pizza on the bottom. This has made me very sick. I've been throwing up all day and did not realize it was because of this until I took the pizza out of the fridge and saw this on the bottom of one of the slices.
