I was sold a faulty starter two times within a 1-year. And now I have to return and also pay for labor and towing charges. The representative did not know the number for the corporate office and was not able to help at all. This is absolutely unacceptable as Pep Boys is always under scrutiny for not taking care of your customers I do not feel that my paying another $400 is valid for the problem that I already had fixed two times in one year. I am requesting that I get paid back the money that I had to pay which is $389 for a new starter. I would appreciate quick response to this matter as I am very upset and continually and put in a situation.
