Advance Auto Sales They sold me a car assuring me that it had air conditioning

They sold me a car assuring me that it had air conditioning. Once the warm weather came, I found out it doesn't have AC or the components or the hoses for the radiator. I've had to spend hundreds of dollars fixing this car since I got it. They're just worried about getting their money!

Advance Auto Sales I bought a Pontiac Grand Prix from Advance Auto Sales, Inc

I bought a Pontiac Grand Prix from Advance Auto Sales, Inc. in late February 2022. Since then, I've had nothing but problems with the car. It's been less than three months, and already the car is overheating and there's no heat. A mechanic told me that the radiator and heater core are badly clogged, and this issue has been building up over the years. The mechanic suggested replacing the parts, but that didn't fix the problems. It could be a blown head gasket, which the car lot probably temporarily fixed just to sell it. I called the car lot and asked if they could pay for the repairs and add it to my car payment, or even put me in a different car without any issues. However, they refused. I feel like I've been taken advantage of, and I don't think I should be held responsible for a vehicle that doesn't run, especially since the gunk buildup happened before I got the car. Can you please help me? I can't drive the car because it keeps overheating. Thanks.

Advance Auto Sales I bought a car from Advance Auto Sales and Service about a month ago

I bought a car from Advance Auto Sales and Service about a month ago. Ever since then, I've been having constant problems with the vehicle. They told me it's a buy here pay here kind of deal, where you can come as you are and they'll help if they can. But every time I call, they're rude and disrespectful, and they just keep giving me the runaround. The last time I called, the manager even called me a bad word. I've made all my payments and I have all the receipts to prove it. But even though I'm up to date, she threatened to come and take my car. She doesn't care if I make my payments, she wants the whole amount before she'll leave me alone. She says the car belongs to her and she'll come and repo it. I'm not behind on my payments, so she can't take my car. I don't know who to contact to fix this situation. I need help.

Advance Auto Sales Okay, so I started makin' payments on a 2011 *** Impala

Okay, so I started makin' payments on a 2011 *** Impala. I fell in love with the car, ya know? I took it to get checked out at AutoZone, and they said it was fine. I drove it around, and it seemed fine. But then, like two days later, I noticed that it wouldn't go fast and it would jerk real bad when I hit the gas. I instantly thought it was the transmission, ya know? So I called up Advance Auto Sales to let 'em know what's goin' on. I told 'em, "Hey, I just got this car and somethin' ain't right. I'm still makin' payments on it, and I can't afford to fix it after spendin' all my money on it." So I went and got a tune-up and an oil change, ya know, the basic stuff that needs to be done. But nothin' changed, the car still runs funny. And they were tellin' me there's nothin' they can do. There's some other little things wrong with it too, but the big problem for me is the transmission. Now I can't even back up in reverse. I'm stuck and I don't know what to do.

Advance Auto Sales I bought a Chevy Impala from Advance Auto Sales on 2230 E

I bought a Chevy Impala from Advance Auto Sales on 2230 E. Washington St. Indianapolis, Indiana 46201 for $9000.00 on May 27. The guy, ***, told me to contact him if I had any problems with the car. But he didn't mention that the transmission needed fixing. I paid a down payment of $200.00. On Monday June 14, the car broke down and I couldn't drive it. On Tuesday, June 15, I went to Advanced Auto Sales and talked to *** the manager. His salesman and my mom were there too. I told him that the car broke down because the transmission went out. I asked him to fix it because he sold me a car with a bad transmission without telling me. And I just bought the car less than 30 days ago. Chad was really rude to me. He didn't even look at me or listen to what I was saying. He kept interrupting me and said that the car was

Advance Auto Sales I bought a *** Navagigator from Advanced Auto in September

I bought a *** Navagigator from Advanced Auto in September. In October, I had to spend 350 bucks to fix the wheel bearing. Then in November, the alternator went out, costing me another 300. And now, the throttle body has gone kaput, and it's gonna cost me a fortune to fix. I reached out to the seller, hoping they could help me out since I still gotta make payments on this thing, but I can't even drive it. Plus, I've been pouring money into it ever since I got it, and it's basically a lemon. I asked if they could put me in another vehicle, but they said I could just give the car back and they'd stick me with the balance. That's messed up, considering I just bought it. I get that it's sold "as is," but they should really inspect these cars thoroughly, especially if they're gonna charge such high prices and leave you stuck with a vehicle that keeps falling apart. The mechanic even told me that the electrical system and timing chain are on their way out too. They should be held accountable for something.

Advance Auto Sales I bought a 2010 Dodge Caravan from Advanced Auto Sales on *** in ***, **

I bought a 2010 Dodge Caravan from Advanced Auto Sales on *** in ***, . VIN#:*** on July 20. I put down $900 dollars and paid the vehicle tax, title, and registration fees, totaling $1,429.65, all paid on July 20th. I also bought an extended warranty from a third party in case the vehicle had any issues, so we wouldn't have to spend a ton of money. I purchased the warranty from *** in early August , which covered the van we bought from Advanced Auto for the engine, transmission, drive train, and more! We ended up needing to use the warranty, and I'll explain that in a bit. The first payment of $170 biweekly was due, but we had some unexpected expenses and tried to delay the payment, but couldn't. So, I borrowed money to make the payment. A few weeks later, I made the next payment, and so on. Then, about 4 to 6 weeks after owning the vehicle, I unfortunately got sick with COVID and couldn't work for several weeks. This caused me to miss out on several weeks of pay, putting me $340 behind on payments, and the van got repossessed. We received multiple calls about the van, but I didn't call back because of my previous experience. It seemed like there was no flexibility. I paid $645 to get the van out of repo. However, just 2 days later, the transmission broke down. Luckily, I had purchased the warranty, but it took 3 weeks to get approval from the warranty company. I fell behind on payments again, and they repossessed the vehicle on Nov. 29th. Now, I'm being told that I can't get my vehicle back, ever. I have the money to make the payment now and I really need that vehicle. I'm already invested in it at this point. I can provide a copy of the contract stating that if the customer doesn't make payments after a certain amount of time, the vehicle can be sold. However, I'm trying to get my van back, and they said that if it's repossessed twice, it's theirs forever. Please help me get my van back.
