I purchased a refrigerator at the PC Richards and Elmont they were lovely I got the refrigerator they installed it within two days the refrigerator froze everything then it went from freezing everything to not working at all so I lost everything in my freezer I lost everything that I bought in my refrigerator that was all brand new I try to contact customer service the service said they couldn't come for a week customer service said they take care of it they call me back at 7 never heard from them call the next day spoke to two more people will take care of everything will call you back no one called finally I just called the store at 3 I've been without a refrigerator for 10 days and lost all the money for everything that I purchased I finally called the store they're coming today hopefully but again I'm sitting here waiting another day wasted Whirlpool won't do anything for me and PC Richards won't do anything for me other than replacing the refrigerator I want some sort of a refund
