[Resolved] Olive Garden — wait list
I emailed as a wait list over an hour ahead and expected to be seated by the time I got to the restaurant.See Top 10 Worst Companies in Sacramento, CAWhen I got there Dana said there was an 45 minutes to 50 minute wait with the wait list because of the overflow. I hadn't been here in a while and unfortunately won't be back. This restaurant has very poor planning. I hope others are not as misfortunate as we were.
Customer Service has done everything in their power to resolve the complaint. All attempts to contact the customer have failed. Therefore, the complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and its services are concerned.
