Nokia / competition winner

Swaziland Review updated:

This morning i received a text from uk number +[protected] saying: " congratulations your mobile has won 250, 000.00 in this year nokia uk xmas mobile promo. to claim e-mail your name and add to [protected]@live.com"

I have lookeed at other forums, including yours and some say it is a hoax. my search for help brought up your site where someone last year had a similar thing to be told by you that it was no hoax.

Could you please let me kow, if you can, if mine is a hoax or not.

Many thanks

Hayley

1st of all any e-mail account that ends in @live.com is a hotmail account and 2nd anything that says promo is usually a sales tactic. but hearing the other comment about wanting money 1st before you can claim your winnings is a hoax. If it sounds too good to be true it usually is
