Mr Price / mr price needs a customer service makeover

I brought my husband some clothing @ Mr Price on the 31st of December 2009 as a present on my account. I removed the tags as i knew the pants would fit but did not know that one of the pants was torn. I went back to Mr Price on the 5th of January but did not have the tag or slip! But since it was bought on account that should not be a problem right? WRONG! The young african male cashier (had big 'diamond' studs in his ears) was not very willing to help me and called his 'supervisor', who was even more unwilling to help and very rude! She questioned me and rolled her eyes like she didn't believe me and then after another fight eventually went to get the barcode off one of the other pants like I told her when she asked me how she was gonna scan the pants. She took a while and the male cashier then told me to go get it myself (talking to me like i was an employee there). I then had enough. I asked him where the lady was and he just pointed his finger! She got there with both pants and i told her to give my pants back. She refused and i had to eventually take it from her myself! I told them they are extremely rude and i will exchange it at Centurion branch and then close my account!

    on the 11th June 2014 i bought jeans from Mr price in Pieter Marburg liberty mall when i got home they did not fit me so i return them at the Mr price nearest to me in umzimkhulu mall with the rest on the clothes that didn't fit me the following day i later went to Mr price in the same month while in 5he mi price store the manger of the store approached me and told me that the pants i bought were torn and i had to buy them back i told him that i bought them torn he told me that Mr price doesn't have designs of that kind with the conditions of if i don't buy them back i will not be allowed to buy at Mr price

    To whom it may concern!
    It is said that MR PRICE HOME church street in Pretoria opens at 09:00, i'v been there from 08:55 on the 22/01/2016 and that's when they where starting their stuff meeting am heavily pregnant came to pay my account I waited till 09:10 they are just looking at me busy with their meeting despite the time, the next thing we are being called for not paying accounts on time.

    I bought a pair of shoes from Mr Price in Durban West str They are the pionted type I wore dem for only 2 hours n da tips of the shoe started peeling off I don't know if I should take them back or what to do cause I can't wear them now and my money wasted Please any one that can tell me what to do

    Good day,
    Mr Price in the Waterfall Mall, Rustenburg, North West. They got a make over in store but not in people that work with the customers. We went in to buy a jean on 20/05/2016. The jean had a reduced tag on so we thought that is amazing. Got to the pay point and when they rung up the jean all of a sudden a price change the jean was more expensive when we queried it the teller went to fetch the Manager. And our response is sorry cant help you and I don't know why there is a price difference!!! How pathetic is this store. I am sorry they will not see me again because they are rude as well as unhelpful!!!

    Good day, I have been using Mr price for quite sometime .However I am disappointing on how they have treated my account currently as they have listed me with list of bad payers with no reason because I went to check at the vryburg store on my account status and find that the account is up to date, i also contacted the customer care but to date no help or any attempt has been made to resolve the era .     I went to Mr price Zeerust to exchange the guy at the till told me that they could not help me as they are offline, but to my knowledge every department when the system is not working, manual has to be used to assist the customers, I tried to explain to the manager that I drove a long distance to exchange the items the manager was rude with no customer service and told me that she can not assist me, now i still have to take another trip back to Zeerust just to exchange, what are managers for isn't it to assist or come up with solutions in such situations so now if even the manager is rude then we as customers will never know who to go to when encoutering problems, I am so angry with Mr price!!!
