McAfee / their renewal procedures and customer service

I recently tried to renew my subscription with McAfee. I live at a new address and my cards are all tied to my new address. I entered my new address at the McAfee site along with my card information and I got back that they could not confirm my new address, so I tried their chat service after waiting past the time they said it would take. I called customer support. Customer support said they entered my new address, but when I tried I got the same message I was then told to enter my card information over the phone, I did and they then hung up on me and I still can't renew my service. Their customer service is a bad joke and they have proven that they can care less about their customers needs. Do not waste your time or money with them.

    yes mcafee can careless about there customers/users they are just script readers they know nothing about there own products even
    I been denied service/ support by them because I reported a few issues they have ( 2 still) that came out in a build update complaints go ignore supervisors and managers can careless as well as there corp office
    I'm getting rid of mcafee and going to a better product
    personaly I think you should change as well
