LG Electronics tv lg your workshop al babtain kuwait

I purchase tv led mode led 49uh603v on 14/06/2017 remote control battery not last more than one week even the tv off .
Today i visit your work shop in kuwait they refused to exchange the remote control and they said its not under warranty and refuse to take it and test it i give them them the remote control to keep it in the works shop to test it put Mr Jay refused to receive it . I have 2 smart tv the battery on magic mouse stay more than one year .

LG Electronics can't get parts for a 3 year tv.

I have an LG TV model #39lb5600-uz and I need the led backlight strips for it and can't get it. The TV is only 3 years old and quit working about a year ago. It is not reasonable that the replacement parts are not available for a TV of this age. Please contact me with a solution. We own several LG products and hate to think that this will happen with them as well.

3- total hour actual working according technician from LG Company 277 hour
4- My TV Have warranty 2 Years from install it
5- i see pixel point in my TV . i call 19960, record need technician visit me to see my tv problem at 8/10/2017 . send me technician call Mr. Mohamed
once see TV .said me TV Have Pixel Error ( Industry defect ) and i write report about this case and attach Picture errors with this Report and send all to Head office .
6- every day i call LG call center to handle this problem and no body want help me ( you remember sir i have warranty 2 Years ) but no body want solve my case with any form ( replace TV Device with other New or Repairing TV Error )

i trust with LG Brand in all our home need and as our family
so sir if you see i have right please send to LG Egypt to solve my problem to rebuild new trust relation between me and LG Brand from new after staff in LG Egypt broken it

LG Electronics 27" led ips monitor

I purchased a Monitor in India from a town called Rajahmundry approximately 5 months ago, after some usage period a thin line appeared on my LCD Panel, i reported this complaint to the local service center and was very much disappointed, First of all their communication with customer was horrible, they were rude and reluctant, when i told them my complaint some Amatuer guy took my monitor and opened it up, its clear that this guy whatsoever has zero knowledge on the product he was operating, I was waiting in the lobby for an answer and the technician turned up and told me that he had to order another LCD panel if the company approves it and he told me that he was not sure if the approval will be given as the products manufacture date was dated at 2014 inspite of me buying it in 2017, Well ai this sounded OK to me, i headed home and kept the box unopened, the next day i decided to open the box and assemble my monitor as i had some important work to do on my PC, this was when i was shocked to find out that my monitor wouldn't turn on at all, after some through inspection of the power cables i turned the monitor to inspect the back side of it, that was when i found out that the monitor was not properly assembled, the back panel was not pressed properly and the LCD panel shook and no power supply was reaching the monitor. I gave them a perfectly working monitor and now it stopped working, i understand that your company has great products but if the regional service center is bad your brand value will drop rock bottom. I spoke with other customers and they complained the same thing, please check the customer satisfaction level and then grant people the licence to run your service center, my complaint may not make a difference to you but please try to understand the pain of your customers, it makes me want to go for another brand the next time I purchase another thing.

LG Electronics ph 300 projector

My LG PH300 Projector broke a few months after warranty expired. Your company wants to charge $169 to repair their faulty projector! This is almost 50% of cost of original. I am so disappointed in this response and based on this decision on your company's part, would never buy an LG projector or any other appliance again. You have just lost a previously loyal customer. I have an LG projector, washer/dryer and fridge. I have already posted about this on social media and plan to share my experience as widely as I can.

LG Electronics 65” lg tv

I purchased this 65” TV for my husband for his birthday 2 year's ago from a friend's recommendation. Presently, there are two lines that are coming across the screen. I am truly devastated because I paid $1200 for this set and I purchased it from Target and they stated there is nothing they can do because I didn't purchase the extended warranty. Is there something you the manufacture can do to help me? I don't have another $1200 to purchase a new set. Anything you can do to assist will be greatly appreciated.

LG Electronics lg tone platinum warranty exchange issue

am writing in reference to a bluetooth headset that was sent in for repair on October 5, 2017. The headset was deemed to be under warranty and therefor would be replaced in the event it could not be fixed. Unfortunately the headset which is model LG HBS-1100 in Black had to be replaced since it could not be fixed. I was contacted to advise me that the color i had could not be replaced and therefore offered a gold color. I explained to the rep that black or silver were the color i wanted as i do not like wearing gold. She offered me the LG HBS-F110 which was a nice gesture but did not meet my needs as i tend to lose those kind of bluetooth. I asked if I could go to the store and repurchase my headset and send the bill to LG and was told that this was not possible. I asked if I could choose another headset and she agreed however had to make the request approved. I requested the LG HBS-W120 but was denied that request and told that there is nothing else that can be done. Now i do understand that the model i asked for is $20 more expensive and i offered to pay for the difference but i do not want to get a model that i am not comfortable with. I have repeatedly called to get a solution but it seems that nothing was tried. It is like buying a black sneaker only to be exchanged for a pink one or downgraded. This is not acceptable and i feel cheated as a customer.

If i cant be given the same color of headset then a suitable options should be given.

Please let me know how to proceed as this has become a bigger issue then it needed to be.

If a solution cannot be made please escalate forward

LG Electronics lg french door refrigerator

On 8/12/17 it stopped cooling. Had it 4 days shy of it's 1 year 'anniversary'. Compressor went out. LG contacted a certified repair company. A week later they came out said the compressor was out. Took 5 weeks to get a compressor in and it was damaged. Repair company said they'd order another one would be another week. Two weeks before they came out to replace it, the next day it was hot again. Took them over a week to come back out. Said a value was stuck, it never did get cold again. I called LG again, said give me a different repair company. Three days later a new repair person came out, said the compressor the other company put on had a crack - he replaced it. Next day it was hot again. They've been out 3 more times now looking for a leak in the coils. It's a big leak because he said the freon is leaking out quickly. He put dye in it twice an still cannot find the leak. How do the coils develop leaks? This unit has never been moved. It's a lemon - clearly.

I've already contacted LG via email to request they replace my refrigerator, they said they could not. I complained about it taking 5 weeks to get a new compressor, they asked for patience and understanding.

I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER LG PRODUCT AGAIN AND I WILL ADVISE ANYONE THAT LISTENS TO NOT BUY ONE.

I'm checking on the Lemon Laws in Texas now to see what my options might be.

LG Electronics lg aristo

Hello my name is Meagan Pinkard and I am sending this complaint via email to inform you of how horribly made the screens for your Aristo phone are. Earlier this year I purchased 2 LG Aristos, one for myself and the other for my son. Both our screens cracked. I was sent another one through my wireless carriers insurance that I have but that screen cracked also. My sons simply cracked when he put it on his knees to play his game while lying there right next to me in the bed. My phone carrier would love nothing more but for me to upgrade to another phone but I am not looking to make a financial purchase. I would like our phones replaced or to be reimbursed for it in the least. Never have I experienced a screen to crack or break on me. I am certain this phone was horribly designed and the screens to be of poor quality. I would for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible for it has been a headache for a consistent 5 months just going through the processes. It was also suggested to me that I send my complaint into you directly since it appears to be a manufacturers problem.

LG Electronics lg k20 plus

Hi my name is dave bisher and ive been a huge supporter and contributor to all types of lg products. Ive always had an lg smartphone and it was always lg g series phones my lastone was the lg g4 and now i have an lg k20 plus. I had to down grade because someone stole my lg g4 and also because ive recently lost my job due to economic reasons. Ive dropped phones before here n there and all my lg g series phones never cracked or broke maybe because of how much they cost those phones are made better. I just dont understand how my lg k20 plus which only fell 15 inches to my kitchen floor spider cracked the entire screen. Why not atleast make your cheaper phones a little more durable than being able to have the screen shatter from only a 15 inch fall? This has really got me questioning my involvement with buying lg products. Ive been a product supporter for so many years and i think its sad that lg would make even a cheap priced phone this weak. Lg is a great company and the name alone is powerful. Everyone knows lg and what they represent and that is great, awesome, amazing and unique products that work and last. Im really upset because i cant afford to fix the screen or even get another phone. Im a struggling parent of 3 beautiful girls and to have something like this affect me the way it has just isnt fair. I want to have trust in lg and the products they provide and something like this shouldnt be a deterrent or even an issue but it is because life is harder and continues to get even harder more and more. If there is anything you guys can do to help i would be so grateful and thankful. I truly hope you guys at lg can understand where im coming from and appreciate my struggle. Please help me please.

LG Electronics washing machine

Dear Concern,

Kindly note that I have purchased washing dishes having following details,

Place of Purchase: Cairo, Egypt

I purchased this LG washing dishes set keeping in mind that LG Electronics is a market leader and the products are of very good quality and work for years and years without any trouble. But, I think I was wrong, my experience is so bad about such most trusted brand. I call LG Cairo office and they sent a technician to install the washing dishes on 28 August 2017; even the washing dishes was bran new the technician found more than 1 cm difference between the top and the bottom of the door and we asked him is this normal? He said no problem. After few days the washing dishes start leaking a lot of water and also sign of HE appears. We called again LG for this problem and they sent other technician and said there is problem with the door that more than 1 cm difference between the top and the bottom of the door. He told us that the first technician should not install the washing dishes and he should advice you to replace it. The LG took the washing dishes to their store and now told us that no problems with washing dishes and asked us to bring dishes, pan, etc. to their store to try the washing dishes machine!
LG in Cairo now refuse to change the washing dishes machines even the problems of the1 cm difference between the top and the bottom of the door which considered manufactured problems. We have report from LG Cairo that there is 1 cm difference between the top and the bottom of the door that lead to water leaking. We ask the mother LG to take action and we keep all our legal rights. We can send you copy of this report written by LG Cairo..

LG Electronics reimbursement of a service call that never happened

Never ever, ever buy lg product! Freezer of my lg refrigerator stopped working. We called the 1-800 number on the back of the refrigerator and arranged an appointment for a technician to come to the house. We were told we had to pay a fee of $250.in advance, which we did. The next day the freezer was working again. We called to cancel the appointment. We were then told it would take 6 to 8 weeks to be reimbursed. I called to say this was unacceptable. I received no service and yet I had to wait 6 to 8 weeks. I spoke with a customer service representative by the name of aldrin and after being on the phone for over an hour and asking to speak with a supervisor I was put through to carl and he was very rude and unhelpful...

Being within the industry, I can tell you it's good that they are willing to refund you anything. There are times when, because they route their times around the requested service call, there is still a required cancellation fee.

With all of that said, I really do like LG. I wouldn't hesitate owning one.

LG Electronics mobile phone lgh860 g5

There is no serice for parts or any office in Europe, ME and most of Asia that will attempt to service this. they all give the brush off to find sercie in Riyadh, SAudi where I buy. Jarir bookstore tell me to find serice on main web site as no service in Saudi.
Philillipines is trying to help. USA will only talk to hose buying in USA. Its rediculous as each country has own web site and you must be living there to get service.
There is not parts center to buy a camera glass that broke on mine. How can they compete with iphone and Samsung with such very very poor serivce ?

Why does each country serice and sales pass it off to someone else just as useless to provide any support ?

LG Electronics refrigerator

DO NOT BUY LG PRODUCTS. Worst customer service and warranty repair service I have ever seen. Refrigerator stopped working, called Lg and was given repair company to call they couldn't get to me for 2 weeks asked them if they could order compressor as to bring with them when they came was told they would. Received call today to confirm repairs in 3 days and was told that they would only be coming to check and see what was wrong with refrigerator and then would have to order parts and it would take another 2-3 weeks to schedule actual repairs and pay for 2nd service call, parts are under warranty but not labor.

Most manufacturers only cover the warranty for one year. LG is one of the few that guarantee the compressor for the additional time. The problem is arbitrarily bringing out a specific part -- without confirming the problem, it could be just as easily be the evap or some other part(s).

LG Electronics french door refrigerator

We puchased an LG French Door Refrigerator (Model #LFC22770) in December 2014 and here I am less than 3 years later paying about $400.00 to have it repaired. This is a joke so I called LG to try and negotiate a better price but was informed it was too late to argue the price since they had already sent the technician. My concern was that the repair was SO EXTENSIVE, once he showed up, and it is only warrantied for 90 days. I told the manager I was so disappointed that they would not discuss a discount and that I would not have the refrigerator repaired again NOR would I ever purchased another LG product to which she replied that was fine and to have a nice day. So thank you LG for nothing and making sure that I NEVER purchase another of your products for my home, I hope the $400.00 was worth the loss of a customer.

Shaun, do you work for LG? When a customer express a concern, the company should respond to the concern, not asking the customer to spend more money on extended warranty as the only solution. I tells me the product is not durable and should not buy the product

I would disagree that LG is a bad product. I'm very involved with the industry. I wouldn't hesitate owning an LG. On occasions anything can go out. If this was a major concern, you may want to check with the retailer you purchased it through. Many offer extended warranties that would cover such repairs.

LG Electronics lg mobile phone lg g5 repaired 3 times and forth time is on the way

I can understand why there is no alternative for mobile phones that it's HW keeps failing.
I have lg g5 which is not one year old and already had GPS issues twice, camera issue once and now I have new ticket open for screen ghosting and this will be the forth time in less than a year.
I ask if I can get different manufactured date which have those issue resolved or other solution but I keep hearing, fixing is the only option. Well that option isn't works for me. I need reliable phone as I don't have good backup for all the time my LG g5 is in repairs and shipping.
Your high management should be aware of LG HW reputation is bad and also customer support.

LG Electronics repair nexus 5x

Sent in the repair for a no power issue mostly due to the boot trap/overheat issue. Was told touch screen broken and LG doesn't perform partial repair. Got the phone back. There is no touchscreen crack. The plastic camera lens cover is broken. LG was going to charge me 160 dollars to replace the camera lens cover? End up still with a dead phone. All my travel picturs were inside. I just need it to be fixed so I can at least turn the phone on and transfer the pictures then I can just retire this awful phone

I purchased my LG top loader washer in April 2012, in 2015 I started to notice rust around the bleach dispenser. I’m pretty diligent about cleaning up spills etc... and thought this strange, if this were normal then all washers would rust around the bleach dispenser right? LG Electronics lack of service for warranty issue on lg refrigerator

We purchased an LG French door refrigerator (model LFX25991ST) from Home Depot in May 2012. We also purchased an extended warranty from Home Depot that expired in May 2017. We evacuated for Hurricane Irma in early September 2017. When we returned home, our refrigerator was not cold and everything in the freezer was defrosted. Electrical power had not been off and the refrigerator compressor was running. I contacted Home Depot but because the extended warranty was expired, they had me contact LG directly on September 13. LG provided the name and number of an authorized service provider in GA. We live on Hilton Head Island in SC. We were told we were not in their service area. I called LG again and they gave me two more authorized service providers to call. Same story - we were not in their service area. I again contacted LG who told me to find a local appliance repair service, have them come to assess the problem and get their contact information. LG would provide a letter of authorization for the repair. I found a local appliance repairman who came and determined the problem was the sealed system, which was still under warranty from LG. However, neither that repairman or the twelve others in the area that I contacted would repair a sealed system. When I called LG again, they gave me the name of A and E Service to contact. When I called them, they answered as "Sears" and said they could provide sealed system service on an LG in my area. I was to call LG and ask them to send a service request. I did that on September 21 and was told I should hear from A and E within three business days to schedule an appointment. I have not heard from them yet. Another call to LG yielded nothing - told to wait to hear from A and E. I have run out of time to wait for a possible repair because I have four house guests arriving this week. LG needs to provide service every where, especially for warranty issues!

LG Electronics washer/ dryer pedestal hardware

I bought 2 pedestals from Lowes closeout sale, not knowing that I will need 16 additional screws and some plastic tabs to install the washer and dryer onto the pedestals. The hardware shall be included in the user manual package. I did not check the detail when I bought them, there is one manual in the box when I bought them. When I took out the pedestals from the box, I notice that I need these hardware to install the washer and dryer properly, since it was not in the manual plastic bag, I thought calling LG would solve the problem easily.

I did the next morning, I found out that their call center is NOT in US, then I found our the ladies who answered the phone are not well trained to know the product, they insist the serial number has 12 digits, I told them that mine only has 10, they don't believe it. I sent them the picture that only has 10 digits, then they want my receipts. I don't have it with me at the time, so I asked them how much would cost me to buy these screws and plastic tabs, LG wants to charge me for the screws and plastic tabs, for $63 each pedestal! $126 for two packs! These should be less than $10 ! what a rip off!

LG has the guts to suggest me to go back to Lowes to get the receipt. I told them if I go back to lowes, I will take back these two pedestals and return them. I really had enough! I did return them! LG, it is YOUR loss, for 32 screws and some cheap plastic tabs, you lost a sale worth over $300 and these items will end up on your load dock soon!

I will not buy anything from LG again and will suggest the same to my friends as well!

$300 is quite the bargain for TWO pedestals. You'd normally pay $250 per unit.
