Pyle USA Electronics Not great customer service

My experience with Pyle has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased a product from them, only to receive it in a broken condition. I immediately contacted their customer service, hoping for a resolution. However, what followed was a months-long ordeal of disappointment and frustration. They claimed that the necessary part to fix the product was on backorder and they couldn't provide a replacement or even a timeline for when it would be available. It was incredibly disheartening to hear that I was essentially stuck with a broken item.

The lack of responsiveness and accountability displayed by Pyle is truly appalling. Throughout the entire process, their customer service was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in finding a solution. It is incredibly frustrating to be told repeatedly that there is nothing they can do and to be left in the dark about the status of my order. Their inability to fulfill their promises and rectify the situation reflects a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

I am deeply disappointed in the way Pyle has handled this situation. Their actions, or rather lack thereof, have left me feeling cheated and taken advantage of. As a consumer, I expected a certain level of professionalism and integrity from a company, but Pyle has failed to meet even the most basic expectations. I strongly advise others to reconsider purchasing products from this company, as their track record in providing reliable and satisfactory customer service is abysmal.

Pyle USA Electronics Pyle USA Electronics: Poor Customer Service and Warranty - Not Worth Your Money

Yo, so I gotta say, Pyle USA Electronics ain't all that great. I had some speakers from them and the remote wasn't even shipped with it. So I hit up their customer service and they straight up told me that the store I got it from ain't affiliated with them, so I gotta pay $35 plus shipping for a remote. Like, what kind of nonsense is that? And to top it off, they won't even honor their warranty. Customer service is a joke. Don't waste your time or money with Pyle USA Electronics.

Pyle USA Electronics Pyle USA Electronics: Good Performance, Terrible Customer Service

I've been using Pyle USA Electronics for a couple of weeks now and it's been working pretty good. However, it suddenly stopped working within the warranty period and that's when the troubles started. I tried contacting Pyle and their parent company Sound Around through phone calls, chats, and emails but they never got back to me. It took them weeks to finally give me a claim number but they still didn't give me any instructions on how to get it fixed or replaced. It's been a frustrating experience and I don't think I'll be buying any more Sound Around or Pyle products in the future.

Pyle USA Electronics Pyle USA Electronics Review: Disappointing Product and Terrible Customer Service

I recently bought a Pyle wireless Bluetooth speaker from their website, pyleusa.com. I was super excited to receive it as the advertisement claimed it had a whopping 500 watts of power! However, when I finally got my hands on it, I was disappointed to find out that it was only 24 watts. What a bummer!

But that wasn't the only issue I had with the product. The charging card that came with it was super flimsy and didn't fit properly in the charging port. It could only charge the speaker for maybe half an hour before it died. I was really frustrated with this, so I decided to contact the company and Amazon to see if they could help me out.

I reached out to Pyle multiple times over the course of several months, but all I got were responses saying that my complaint had to be reviewed by the head of the department. They asked me to send a video and photos of the product, along with a screenshot of the invoice, which I did numerous times. But despite my efforts, I never heard back from them.

I consistently asked for a return address, but they never sent me one. Then, when I finally got in touch with them again, they told me it was too late to return the product. I was really frustrated by this, especially since they had consistently failed to send me the return information over the course of months.

To make matters worse, they stopped making any contact with me at all. They just repeatedly sent me the same email saying it was too late to return the product, and to this day I still haven't received a refund or any more information from them.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience with Pyle USA Electronics. The product didn't live up to its advertised power, the charging card was flimsy and didn't work properly, and the customer service was terrible. I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

Pyle USA Electronics Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Pyle USA Electronics Backup Camera Kit

So, I bought a Pyle USA Electronics automobile backup camera kit a while back, but I didn't get around to installing it until 8 months later. When I finally did, I had some trouble with the monitor buttons not working and the screen eventually stopped lighting up altogether. I was pretty annoyed, but I remembered that I had a year warranty on it, so I figured I'd get it fixed or replaced.

That's when things started to get really frustrating. I sent them a couple of emails on August 13th, but I never heard back from them. So, on August 19th, I started a chat with their online support. They told me that someone would email me back, and they finally did at 10:52pm that night. I was a little surprised because their customer service hours are supposed to be from 9am to 5pm.

Since then, they've been emailing me almost every night (between 10pm and 1:30am eastern time) asking for information on filing issues and purchase verification. Sometimes they even ask for the same thing twice. It's been really frustrating because all of this could have been resolved in a 5-minute phone call, but I can't seem to find a customer service number to call.

It's now August 26th, and they've asked me for my shipping information again so they can make a return shipping label. They've been courteous about it, but they've also explained that it will take 4 to 6 weeks to repair and return the item. I'll keep you informed, but I'm starting to worry that I might die of old age before the unit comes back.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Pyle USA Electronics. I understand that things can go wrong with products, but their customer service has been really slow and frustrating. I hope they can improve in the future.

Pyle USA Electronics Pyle USA Electronics Review: False Guarantees, Poor Service, and Unreasonable Demands

This company, Pyle USA Electronics, claims to offer a guarantee, but in reality, they have only one goal - to do nothing. They ask customers to open a PayPal account, which is known to be used by fraudsters and ransomware, even if the customer does not have one. If the customer does not comply, they will not receive a refund, not even a minimal one. They do not adapt to the customer's method of payment, even though a possible solution, such as an Amazon gift card, is easy to obtain and send to the customer.

Pyle USA Electronics is not a manufacturer or designer, they only sell generic, often non-exclusive products, yet they claim to have a service and repair shop. They want customers to pay for transportation costs, which the warranty does not cover, even though they know very well that they will not be able to repair the product. They do not have the firmware for their products, and they know they cannot fix it in advance. If a customer returns a product, they will not receive anything in return.

The company continues to portray the customer as the problem, but their methods do not solve anything. They undervalue the customer's product, and if they have to send a new one, they deduct it from the price. In the end, their guarantee is not worth it. For example, it could cost between $165 and $210 CAD to get a new or like-new device, while the purchase of their brand new (generic) product costs between 150 and 200$ CAD max. Therefore, they have no guarantee if one exceeds the 30 days of the sales site.

Their service is horrible, and they could even be considered "crooks." Amazon should consider stopping selling their items. It is better to buy a new product from a different supplier, as it is two times cheaper in procedures.

Pyle USA Electronics Serene Life Portable Steam Home Sauna Review: A Great Investment for Your Health and Wellness

I've been thinking about getting a portable steam home sauna for a while now, and I finally decided to take the plunge and buy one. I wanted something that would work like a built-in unit in my house, and I wanted to be able to use it with different aroma therapy oils for added benefits. After looking at different designs and prices, I decided to buy one from Pyle USA Electronics' division, Serene Life.

When I first got the sauna, I thought I would install it in my bathroom, but it turned out to be too big. Instead, I'm creating a space for it in my laundry room. The sauna has a 3-foot square footprint and is 6 feet tall, so make sure you measure carefully and think about where you want to put it before you buy it. I recommend placing a piece of cardboard on the floor to visualize the space it will take up.

While I was waiting to set up the sauna in my laundry room, I decided to try it out in my bedroom. I've used it a couple of times now, and it works great. I even added some Rosemary oil drops to the water, and it was a nice touch. I plan to buy some different oils for different health benefits. The sauna gets hot enough to make you sweat a lot, which helps remove toxins from your body. There are other health benefits too, but I don't want to mention them here because medical professionals might not want you to know.

The only downside to the sauna is the little chair that comes with it. It's too short, and the steam is too close to your feet and one leg. You have to be careful not to get burned, and it's difficult to get out of the chair if you're tall like me (I'm over 6 feet tall). I recommend placing a towel on the chair to protect yourself. I removed one star from my review because of the chair, but otherwise, I would give the sauna 5 stars.

Yes, the sauna is a little more expensive than some of the other options out there, but it's worth it. I plan to use it every day from now on, and I'm excited to see the health benefits it will bring. If you've been considering getting a portable steam home sauna, don't wait any longer. You won't regret it!

The microphone is not working and I have emailed the company many times. I even received a message stating that my issues will be address but as of today no reply. They acknowledged that my issue was received but have not addressed it.
