Audio Savings Terrible Customer Service and Wrong Products: My Experience with Audio Savings

I had a really bad experience with Audio Savings. Their customer service was terrible. They sent me the wrong products, which was really frustrating. It felt like they were trying to trick me into buying their own brand, Rockville Audio, instead of the Rockford Fosgate products that I had paid for. It took over six months to get a refund and return the products, which was a really long time to wait. Even though it was their mistake, they still charged me a 15% restocking fee, which felt really unfair.

One thing that really bothered me was that they lied about being authorized. They kept sending me automated emails about issues in their warehouse, which made me feel like they were trying to cover up their mistakes. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Audio Savings to anyone. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration.

Audio Savings Disappointing Experience with Audio Savings: Late Delivery, Lost Package, and Price Increase

So, I ordered this thing from Audio Savings and it was supposed to be available, but it took way longer than they said it would. I reached out to them and they said it was on its way, but when I checked the tracking, it just said a label was made but FedEx never picked it up. They said it might have been stolen and they didn't have the thing I ordered anymore. I asked if they had something similar and they said yeah, but it would cost me an extra 50 bucks. And to top it off, they raised their prices between when I ordered and when I had to ask about my order.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Audio Savings. I mean, I get that things happen and sometimes stuff gets lost or stolen, but it just seems like they weren't really on top of things. And then to try and charge me more for something similar? That just seems like a shady move.

Overall, I wouldn't really recommend Audio Savings based on my experience. It's too bad, because I was really excited about the thing I ordered, but now I'm just left feeling let down.

Audio Savings Disappointing Experience with Audio Savings: Wrong Product and Missing Parts, Poor Communication and Delayed Delivery

Ordered from Audio Savings and was disappointed with my experience. They sent me the wrong product, which was frustrating. I had to go through the hassle of returning it and reordering the correct item. However, when I received the second order, it was missing some parts. I had to call them again and was told that they would ship the missing parts that day and I would receive it in a couple of days. Unfortunately, I did not receive any tracking information or updates, so I called them back a week later. They told me that they were trying to ship it that day, but it has been almost 3 months since my original order and I still have not received what I ordered.

I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and delay in receiving my order has been frustrating. I work hard for my money and expect to receive what I paid for in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Audio Savings Disappointing Performance: A Review of Rockville RPG8 and RPG 15 Speakers from Audio Savings

Audio Savings is a website that sells audio equipment, including the Rockville RPG8 and RPG 15 speakers. I recently purchased these speakers and was disappointed to find out that they did not perform as advertised. There were no testing lab labels on either product, which made me suspicious of their quality.

After testing the speakers, I found that they did not perform in the wattage range that was advertised. In fact, they were barely performing at 35 watts, which is a far cry from the peak rating of 800-1000 watts. This was a huge disappointment, as I had expected much better performance from these speakers.

It's frustrating to think that these products are allowed to be sold on Amazon and the Rockville website, as well as other vendors. It feels like commerce fraud to me, as the products are not living up to their advertised capabilities.

To make matters worse, I tried to contact the vendors through Amazon, but received no response. There were no call backs or email responses, which left me feeling frustrated and helpless. It's disappointing to see such poor customer service from a company that sells audio equipment.

Audio Savings Excellent Prices and Customer Service: My Experience with Audio Savings

Audio Savings is a great place to shop for all your audio needs. They had my order ready to go and in the UPS trailer the very next morning after I placed my order. They even sent me an email with the tracking number so I could keep an eye on my package. Unfortunately, there were some protests going on in June of 2020 that prevented UPS from picking up the trailer from their warehouse. But, Audio Savings was on top of it and kept me updated via email. They even apologized for the delay, even though it wasn't their fault.

I was really happy to have saved 25% off the prices from other retailers. That's a great deal! And, the item I ordered works perfectly. I'm really impressed with the quality of their products. I will definitely be shopping with Audio Savings again in the future. They have great prices and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for audio equipment.

Audio Savings Beware of Audio Savings: Poor Customer Service and Questionable Practices

I recently made a purchase from Audio Savings on May 31st. The seller created a shipping label with UPS, and I eagerly awaited my package. However, I noticed that the seller had not taken the package to UPS yet, even though I tracked it every day. I reached out to the seller to inquire about the delay, but their response was that UPS had already shipped the package. I was confused and frustrated, so I called UPS multiple times over the course of 10 days until June 10th. Unfortunately, UPS indicated that they did not have the package.

I requested a refund from the seller, but they did not respond. I had to get eBay and PayPal involved to help me resolve the issue. I also discovered that Audio Savings has many other names, including Rockville.com. I would caution others to be careful when purchasing audio equipment and to make sure that the seller does not show up as Audio Savings.

I am left wondering what the Better Business Bureau is really for, as it seems like they are not doing much to hold companies like Audio Savings accountable. It is frustrating to see that Audio Savings is still in business despite their poor customer service and questionable practices.

Audio Savings Disappointing Experience with Audio Savings: Poor Customer Service and Dishonesty about Product Condition

I recently purchased a bluetooth receiver and amp kit from Audio Savings and unfortunately, I had a less than satisfactory experience. Upon receiving my order, I quickly realized that the bluetooth receiver would not plug into the inputs of the amp. I reached out to their customer service team via email and was told that tech support would take over and assist me with my issue. However, it has been several days and I have yet to hear back from them. The only communication I have received from them is one email reply per day, if I'm lucky.

While price is important, it's not everything. The lack of customer service and support from Audio Savings is unacceptable. It's frustrating to have to wait days for a response, especially when you're trying to resolve an issue with a product you just purchased.

To make matters worse, the speakers I ordered arrived in a box that had already been opened. There was a sticker on the box that stated it had been opened for inspection due to blemishes. However, upon opening the box, it was clear that the speakers had been through more than just an inspection. It's disappointing that Audio Savings would try to hide behind a label like that and not be upfront about the condition of the product.

Overall, my experience with Audio Savings has been disappointing. While they may offer competitive prices, their lack of customer service and dishonesty about the condition of their products makes it difficult to recommend them to others.

Audio Savings Terrible Customer Service and Defective Product: My Experience with Audio Savings

I recently purchased a portable Rockville GB1 PA system from Audio Savings for my business. I was really excited to receive it, as I have an upcoming event and needed a reliable sound system. Unfortunately, when I received the product, one of the speakers had a broken input, making it completely useless. I was really disappointed and frustrated, as I needed the system for my event.

I immediately filed a return request on Amazon, hoping to get a replacement or a refund. However, I didn't hear anything from Audio Savings for a couple of days, so I decided to file a claim with Amazon. After a few more days, I finally received an email from Audio Savings, asking me what was wrong with the item. I was pretty clear about the issue in my return request, but I replied anyway, hoping to get some help.

To my surprise, I received an email from Audio Savings with just a return label, but no postage. I was really confused and frustrated, as I had already spent a lot of money on the product and now I had to pay for the return shipping as well. I emailed them back several times, asking for return postage, but I didn't get any response. I even tried to contact them on Facebook, but still no luck.

Eventually, I had no choice but to return the defective unit at my own expense, which cost me over $100 in shipping. I was really angry and disappointed with Audio Savings, as they didn't seem to care about their customers at all. After a few more days, I finally received a reply from them, but it was just a lie. They claimed that they never received any emails from me and that they couldn't refund my shipping. However, I had the emails to prove it, so I knew they were just trying to avoid taking responsibility.

Overall, I would not recommend Audio Savings to anyone. They are con artists who don't care about their customers and don't stand behind their products. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy audio equipment supplier, look elsewhere.

Audio Savings Fraudulent Business Practices at Audio Savings: A Warning to All Buyers

These guys over at Audio Savings are running a fraudulent business, I tell ya. My amp stopped working about a week after I installed it. I contacted the company through Wal Mart, since that's where I bought it from. The item had a 1 year warranty, so I figured I was covered. But boy, was I wrong.

I attempted to contact Audiosavings for about a week before they finally responded to my emails or phone calls. It was like they were trying to avoid me or something. Finally, they said it was covered and I was relieved. I repacked the amp as carefully as I could and returned it to them. The company received the item on May 26th, but it took them forever to respond to my emails. It wasn't until June 5th that they finally wrote back to me.

And guess what they said? They said they wouldn't honor the warranty because the item had been modified. Can you believe that? In no way, shape, or form did I modify this amp. I don't know anything about amps, to be honest. I simply took it out of the box, installed it to a wooden board for mounting using the provided screw holes on the amp, and connected it to power. That's it. Nothing more.

This company lies and takes advantage of blue collar folks like me. It's not right, I tell ya. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them. They're just out to make a quick buck and don't care about their customers. Stay away from Audio Savings, folks.

Audio Savings Disappointing Experience with Audio Savings: Faulty Speaker and Lack of Communication

I recently purchased from Audio Savings through Amazon and unfortunately, one of the speakers I received was not working. I paid to send it back and was disappointed to receive no communication as to why it wasn't working. Despite multiple people, including DJs, looking at it and troubleshooting by switching chords, the speaker still wouldn't work.

I reached out to Audio Savings on December 8th, 2021 at 1:38 PM, explaining the issue and requesting immediate assistance. The following day, I received a response from Darwin G, who asked me what port I had the speaker connected to and if I had tried changing the connecting wire. I responded that we had tried everything, including having a DJ look at it, and that the speaker must be bad. Darwin G then suggested testing it using the speaker out, but we had already tried that as well.

On December 13th, 2021, I was informed that I could set up a return for the speaker to be replaced. I followed the instructions provided and shipped the speaker back to Audio Savings. On December 31st, 2021, I received an email confirming that they had received the merchandise and were processing my resolution.

However, on January 13th, 2022, I received the speaker back without any communication as to what was wrong with it in the first place. I reached out to Audio Savings expressing my frustration and disappointment, but was informed by Jhona DP that the tech team had found no issue or defect with the speaker.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication and the fact that I paid for a faulty product and shipping costs, only to receive it back without any resolution. I will not be using Audio Savings again and will be leaving a negative review to warn others of their poor service.

Audio Savings Disappointing Experience with Audio Savings: Don't Trust Online Retailers

I recently bought something from Audio Savings and unfortunately, it was a dud right from the start. I gave them a call to let them know and they said they'd get back to me within 24 hours. But it's been a whole week now and I haven't heard a peep from them. I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed. I was really hoping they'd come through for me, but it looks like I was wrong.

I guess this is just a reminder that you can't always trust these online retailers. Sometimes they'll promise you the world and then leave you high and dry when things go wrong. It's a tough lesson to learn, but I'm not gonna let it get me down. I'll just have to be more careful in the future and make sure I'm dealing with a company that actually cares about its customers.

I recently made a purchase from Audio Savings and unfortunately, the amp I received was defective. It was quite disappointing to have to deal with this issue, especially since I was excited to use my new purchase. When I called Audio Savings to explain the situation, they were not very helpful and did not want to send me a prepaid shipping label. This meant that I had to pay out of pocket to return the defective product. I have attached a photo of the shipping label for reference.

I must say that I was quite frustrated with this experience. It is never a good feeling to receive a defective product, and it is even worse when you have to pay to return it. I was hoping that Audio Savings would have been more understanding and willing to help me out. Unfortunately, this was not the case.

I wouldn't recommend Audio Savings to anyone. I bought an amplifier from them and it was busted when I got it. It took me a long time to get in touch with them, and when I finally did, they told me that my warranty had expired. They sent me back the same broken amplifier and refused to fix or replace it, saying that there was nothing wrong with it. I feel like they just took my money and ran. So, save your money and don't buy from Audio Savings.

I recently made a purchase from Audio Savings for two items that were listed as being in stock. I went through the checkout process, paid for my order, and received an order confirmation. However, after a week had passed, I still had not received any updates on the status of my order.

I bought a big order from Audio Savings for 1100 dollars and it was a total disaster. They told me it would arrive on a certain day, but it was seven days late and I couldn't even track my things. I tried to contact them by email, but they never replied. When I finally got my order, it was missing some items and it was a real pain to get my money back. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was the worst experience I've ever had buying anything. I will never shop there again.

Audio Savings Disappointed with Audio Savings: Received Used Product Instead of New

I recently made a purchase from Audio Savings for a Metra in dash harness. I was a bit disappointed when I received the product as it was not in the usual green Metra plastic pouch that I am used to seeing. Instead, it arrived in a plain white plastic bag. Upon further inspection, I noticed that the brackets had some scratches on them and it was clear that the harness had been used before.

I was a bit upset about this as I had paid for a new product and not a used one. However, since it was a relatively cheap item, I decided not to follow up on it. I do want to mention though that selling a used product as new is not honest and it shows a lack of integrity.

Overall, I am not too happy with my experience with Audio Savings. I hope they can improve their quality control and ensure that all products are new and unused before shipping them out to customers. It's important to be honest and transparent in business, and I hope they can learn from this mistake.

I immediately contacted their customer service team to try and resolve the issue, but unfortunately, things only got worse from there.

At first, the representative I spoke with seemed helpful and understanding. They apologized for the mistake and assured me that they would send out the correct item right away. However, when I followed up a few days later to check on the status of my order, I was told that they were out of stock and couldn't fulfill my request. Instead, they offered me a strange solution - if I cut the guitar cable in half and sent them a photo, they would issue me a refund.

I was baffled by this response. Why would they ask me to destroy a perfectly good product just to prove that they had made a mistake? I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Audio Savings. I ordered a product from them, but they ended up sending me the wrong thing.
