On April 14, 2018, Mr. Edsel Delgado sent the goods at around 8:45 am from an LBC branch in South Cotabato. There was a stipulation in the receipt that the pick up date is April 16, 2018. Donna Delgado, to whom the goods were sent, went to the pick up point and was disappointed to know that the goods weren't there. To add more to the damages, the LBC personnels told her "Kay ma'am ginabutang lang na nila ang date, pero di pa na siya mag-abot" (They just indicate the pick up date in the receipt but the goods won't be picked up on the date stipulated). Which is why we wonder why because we've been using the services of LBC for so long and only in times when there were typhoons or signal warnings that the delivery of our goods were delayed. We would like to ask for assistance because the gown (object sent) will be used tomorrow and we want an immediate action from LBC regarding this matter. Thank you.
