KIA Motors Corporation (AlJabr)warranty service

I have a car from KIA. I reported a problem in my car on 18-Nov-2018. It should have been covered under warranty. The agency accepted my case and provided me a job card with the number 10508.
Now it's about one month now since the company has not replaced the part in my car. They are making excuses that the car is out of warranty now. The fact is that I reported the problem when the car was under warranty. This is very bad behavior from the agency.
