KFC put my credit card through on wrong amount

I was at KFC at 11h15 on Saturday the 27th of Feb,

I ordered four snackboxes and another junior burger and the cashier told me my total was R66 odd. I handed over my credit card, she put the transaction through. Before I got my slip the cashier asked me to please pull forward as their patties were still busy being cooked.

I pulled forward and after five minutes I was handed my food and my slip.

It was only after I got home that I realised she had in fact not put my credit card through for the R66 odd but at R106.60! The till slip clearly noted my credit card number so it couldn't have been the wrong slip that was handed to me.

SHOCKING SERVICE!

If it was merely a mistake, I demand a refund at the very least.

KFC missing mini loaves in my order

I ordered the special 8 pc that comes with 2 mash and gravy and 3 mini loaves. Everything was there except the mini loaves. I would have let this slide but it seems like it happens to me all the time. The other 2 occassion was at woodmead drive thru the first time my order did not have the 1litre coke and the second time it was one piece short. So the process need to include some checking cos you are using the drive thru for convenience not to be ripped off.

KFC continuous disappointment from kfc

Each time I visit KFC there is always something wrong, here is a list of my experences:
- On most occasions when I request a certain portion of the chicken with my bucket order, they advise me that they cannot, and yet the sign clearly displays peices, no where on the headding does it say only there peices per bucket. Lets not start with how rude the so called manager was, if that even was the manager
- They are always forgetting to add in something to my take away bag. The last time they did that, I reported them. I purchased 2 x Tower Meals, when I got home I see that they did not add the Hashbrowns. So basically I paid for Tower Meals but got plain Zinger Meals instead. So in other words I got ripped off. I refused to once again drive all the way to KFC to get my correct order, as it wasn't my fault, instead I called the contact centre, and logged the complaint. They later advised me that they will send me a voucher to reimburse me for the so called 'rip off'. To this day I haven't received any voucher. It's been two months now and I'm still awaiting for KFC to reimbursement me.

have to say also why did i need to put so much info on this site just to complain... new problem... stupid cca gives out our personal info. to other companies... ya like the great american home baking club... now these as -clowns are sending me the "free gifts" i just have to say im a patient person with great understanding but to be intentionally tried to be taken advantage of just gets me irate. today i came home for my lunch break and open the mail box to "free gifts " from 3 comp. all affiliates of cca... and crazy that cca's website has got issues... try to get a live person on the phone. all i can say is CCA seriously sucks... scam crap company ...companies like this should be outlawed.

i too think this club is a load... all i wanted was a monthly magazine.. not every week some "free gift" that of course came with a bill always a catch... always something else that i dont have the time in the life to remail crap i didnt request anyhow... always something to try aand get my money...and never have i gotten a test item... every thing ive read above almost applies to me..

KFC should be shut down for not only their terrible coustomer service, but for the crazy high prices they charge. Three days ago i went to KFC and could not believe the idots really wanted $9.99 for six pieces of chicken, no fixing just chicken. Hey KFC didn't anyone ever tell you all the chicken is not that good or even close to being good for those prices. IDOTS!.

KFC spine and kidney in my chicken

Yesterday in KFC i was eating a "piece" of chicken... i pulled off some of the tasty coating to find some spine and (what i was told was) a kidney... I don't expect to find this in my chicken!
who do i report this too apart from KFC customer services...?

Bad Customer Services In KFC in Woking inside Peacots shopping centre
Yesterday I went to the shopping centre with my daughter and her friends to have a a good meal. The staff was very rude when I have asked for 16 pieces of chicken and we tried to decide about which drink we would like. He shout at me and told me that they are going to close in 10 min and need to move on. I got learning disabilities and I cannot do things faster. In addition, he gave me 12 pieces instead of 16. They didnt close in 10 minutes they closed 30 min later.

KFC dm is a lier and the training manager is a idiotic smuck

I was told by the DM that i would go through training making 35000.00 a year, after training when i took over my store he would pay me the 38000.00, he then comes to me later and tells me that i have to run my store for 3 months or so before i receive 38000.00 a year, (lie # 1), and then tells me that i will only receive 35000.00 a year only if i put in 52 hours per week and i would only be paid by the hour, (lie # 2), which is not what he promised in the interview. Then he tells me that i will be paid for the Holidays, wrong (lie # 3) i am not going to get holiday pay nor am i going to get an additional day off the week of christmas because the manager and the DM are jerks and they don't want to let there free labor off if they don't have to. On to the next subject, my training as a manager consisted of learning how to cook for 5 days, which was fine then i got stuck on making mashed potatoes and working the cash register for over a week exactly 9 days, when was i supposed to be trained on how to open the store and it doesn't take but 1 day to learn register and 10 minutes to learn mashed potatoes, come on where is the rest of my training? So while in this training of the mashed potatoes i ended up having to call in because my daughter had 104 temperature, nothing i can control, then a couple of days later i had to take off 2 hours early to go pay my electric bill so they would not shut me off and my manager had put me on all days 6 days a week with only saturday off, so i had to take off to take care of this i had no choice, so then i told my manager and the DM that i would be more than willing to make up my hours but they were not having any of that either, go figure? Well the DM became enraged and said you are not to deviate from the schedule anymore while in training so you don't miss anything, again back to the mashed potatoes, what training i thought. So of course the impossible happened, my car would not start one morning and i was 10 minutes late, o my god all hell broke loose and i was fired and i had just been told by the DM's boss that this would not happen it did. Its just amazing that the DM would think that i deliberately did these things to get out of work and O he was also upset when i told the manager that i would like to have that tuesday off as well as christmas day so i could recoup from the 12 hour shift on Monday how dare i need to recoop and this is another company that does not want you to take any breaks what so ever and they do not have labor laws posted for the employees to see so they don't know about breaks and the DM had no clue about what the laws were, where did they get this guy? Amazing, what is it about company's today thinking that they can get away with not giving people breaks the laws were made for a reason to protect the worker so every one stand up for your rights and don't let them do this to yo. The law says for every 6 hours you work you are entitled to a 30 minute break but the 15 minute breaks are up to the employer to decide and if an employer says well if you don't take a break you will make more money don't listen, take your break. They will still keep you on staff because they need that full 8 hours of work out of you and they will get it one way or the other. SIGNED STOP LETTING EMPLOYER TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU! KFC does not pay well and they work you with out breaks and you pay for meals.

God, what a whiny little loser! I don't know how they stomached you for as long as they did. "Not my fault" "totally out of my control" "nothing I could do about it" "I had no choice" "of course the impossible happened"
You probably had a lot more whining and a lot more pathetic non-excuses, but that was as far down the wall-o-text (ever hear of paragraph breaks?) I could get through without losing my lunch.

Time to woman up and take care of your business! KFC did not impregnate you; it did not sicken your kid; it most certainly did not fail to pay your electric bill in a timely manner so you wouldn't be on the verge of getting cut off.

We all have kids; we all have older cars; we all have responsibilities. I hope you aren't raising your children to be whining victims, either verbally or by these appalling examples. Time to woman up, handle your business, set an appropriate example for your children and get on with your life.

Maybe one day you'll even respect yourself enough to refer to yourself with a capital I. Rather sad that you don't right now, but looking at this slop, it's easy to see why not. At this point, it's all on you, kiddo.

KFC terrible service/tasteless meals

16/12/2010- KFC, Montclair, Durban, South Africa. The staff at this outlet serve all their friends first and continue conversations and totally ignore other patrons waiting in the queue. 1 Staff member even removed her name badge so I could not identify her when I mentioned I would report her. This to my horror was a huge joke to the staff. As for the food, it was so disgusting we threw it in the rubbish bin. This was the worst service and fast food I have ever expererienced. Close the place down KFC, it is a bad reflection on your BRAND AND FRANCHISE!

KFC service

I have been calling the Kfc delivery number and keep dialling the complaint and suggestions number but it keeps disconnecting. I have not been so offended as i did tonight. I order a standard meal a few extras and a snack box. Delivery came items missing and the snack box is spicy. Called back to get order rectified, they transfereerd to the guy he took my order. Firstly he sounds half dead and insisted that I am wrong. Knowing Im not as I have an allergy for the spicy chicken after a debate his still telling me that im wrong, check the recording mate you record it to get service feedback on your employees well use it. eventually he said e ill deliver 2 pieces of chicken wel sill waiting an hour later. seriously why should I be shouted at by a tele operator. either guide me to where I can complain or rectify your service, i see im not the only one complaining obviously theres a problem now isnt it!

KFC not enough to fill order

I am sure I am not the only customer who is tired of ordering chichen from the KFC menu, only to be told that it will be a twenty minute wait, because they are out of the product. When I asked, why are they continually out of product and customers have to wait, the reply was "We do not want prepare more product they may be required". If this is policy, then the cost of doing business, is more important then acheiving customer satisfaction and establishing repeat customers. What happen to monitoring customer demand cycles and special preparation of high-volume sales by chicken part. KFC has loss repeat customers for years, for one simply reason " SORRY, WE ARE OUT OF WINGS"!

KFC bad service

The staff that work in this fast food restuarant are rip offs. We ordered the box lunches and subsituted the beef for chicken and paid the extra cost. When we sat down they subsituated the bean burrito with bean, no chicken. When we told them at the counter the male worker went to the back spoke something in spanish and came back telling us they would be another extra charge for that. We disagreed and walked out of the restuarant, we went back in to get out receipt as they never gave us one and the female worker in the back was shouting and telling us she will not give us a receipt. At that time we said you legally have to give us a receipt and she did eventually and as we thought it shows CLEARLY on the receipt we paid extra for our chicken. We left our food and swear we will never come back here again. A very poor bad service and I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they submitted the compliant and never received a response from this horrible company and have listed them as a poor customer service company.

You made that big of a deal from not getting chicken in a burrito from a cheap restaurant. How much extra did you pay here, 5 cents? Man, just get a refund and leave. The universe is not going to change to please you.

KFC take advantage of employees

I am as deleiver man ( by motor bike) who work with very low wage, recently had a very bad accident and after moving me to hosopital and surgery I found out that KFC doesn't cover any insurance for their employees. After one month and being as handy cap without receiving any help from KFC, now I ask the all managers head quarters is it fair to treat KFC'S workers with this conditions? I wish KFC in Cyprus is going under investigation of the head quarters of main KFC.

all cyprus companies are the same not only kfc but it seems like the police are with them and u cant do nothing about this one.

The ue complain about the corruption in country like bulgaria romania etc but in cyprus is 90% corruption and police exist only for the poor people.

To Manager,
We have pre-ordered sometime in your KFC outlet Ipoh Garden on the 9.11.10 S/N: 99842 but when we went to collect on the 12.11, the cashier charged us extra 20% of the bill claiming that you have incresed price as of yesterday. We are dissapointed that at the time of order nothing was said of any price increse.
Your attention to tis matter is greatly appreciated.

KFC lack of spicy flavor of the 11 herbs and spices

What happened to KFC Original Batter which once had the 11 herbs and spices ? Everyone I talked to agrees that the 11 herbs and spices had been removed or reduced to the point where you could barely taste it. Why did they remove the great flavor that was once in the KFC Original Batter ?! I miss the noticeable flavor of the original 11 Herbs and Spices . And, the only way to bring it back is if enough customers call KFC and ask or demand they bring back the original flavor that we prefer over the new bland and boring flavor of the batter today. I once had KFC phone number to call him complain about this but this website had removed it so I can't leave a phone number for you to call KFC directly. But, if you call any KFC restaurant they will be glad to give you the corporate phone number to call and ask them to please return the once great flavor of the 11 Herbs and Spices.

What happened to KFC original 11 herbs and spices flavor?! Ever since 1995 when KFC well, at that time it was called Kentucky fried chicken which is no longer allowed to be stated as the business name because of new ownership, about 90% of the 11 herbs and spices had been removed. Why? It doesn't make any sense to anybody why KFC Corp. would remove the dominant spicy flavor of the 11 herbs and spices original chicken. After all, that was the flavor that made KFC the greatest tasting chicken in the United States, without a doubt. But, now there's not even enough pepper put in the original recipe and now has no flavor.
And if anybody doubts what I'm saying then the next time you go into KFC ask the three customers behind you while waiting in line if they remember what it original batter used to taste like and asked them how it tastes now and every one of them will tell you how it has no flavor now, not like it used to. All of us chicken lovers want KFC to do is to at least put more pepper in the batter so we can taste it! What is so hard about adding some cheap pepper to the recipe so that we consumers can taste it? And don't bother calling KFC corporate and ask them if they removed the original 11 herbs and spices because they'll tell you they didn't. They will lie to every customer that calls and try to convince the consumer that the 11 herbs and spices had not been removed to the point were you cannot taste it anymore. Those damn lying ### corporate jerks! They could at least be honest with us and tell us the real truth of the recipe changes that were made back in 1995 which had removed America's greatest tasting chicken!
I just checked the Sacramento area phone book and found that of the for remaining KFC restaurants there are only three still in business. Sacramento area used to have about 10 or 15 restaurant locations many years ago but now there is only three. What more proof does anybody need, mostly Corporation idiots, that KFC restaurants and even the stock value is diminishing mostly because their chicken doesn't have any more flavor which it used to have?!

I just checked the Sacramento California phonebook to see how many KFC restaurants are still in business on 8-6-2012 in that area and found four restaurant addresses and phone numbers. One had gone out of business and closed recently leaving only three KFC restaurants in Sacramento, California area . I may have lost the great pleasure of eating some of the greatest tasting chicken in the United States at fast food restaurants but, I'm glad KFC Corp. gets what they deserve which is less and less profit which will probably end up to them closing down completely in the next five years. GOOD! They finally get what they deserve! Now, who would like to start a mom-and-pop fried chicken restaurant and bring back some great spices in their batter which will create a lot of attention and make a lot customers go out of the way to eat at their restaurants? I sure wish somebody would because KFC failed and the new owners of KFC are the biggest, stupidest, jerks in business today! This is your last chance KFC, but at least pepper in your original batter so that customers can notice a better flavor. Pepper is so cheap it can be purchased from any third world country to make it worthwhile as an investment to increase your customer base, which I am one of but apparently those corporate jerk pigs don't give a damn about anything and just keep destroying the once great Kentucky fried chicken in the United States YOU FOOLS !

Hello pobarjenkins ! Back in 1995 KFC removed the nice flavor of the spicy Original Batter. And within the next couple of years their stock value has declined. You can look this up to verify it being true. So, on the other hand if they make their chicken spicier and more attractive customers will go out of the way to eat there for lunch and dinner more often than they had before. And, of course their stock values would increase. Am I wrong about this? My frame of reference tells me otherwise.Sir, please visit any Kentucky fried chicken and spend a few minutes asking three or four customers if they notice any change in the taste of the original 11 Herbs and Spices that they remembered from 10 to 15 years ago. And one or two of those three customers will tell you they do notice there's a difference in the flavor. Then, ask them if they would eat here more often if they bring the spicy flavor back into the Original Batter.I have done this five different times at five different KFC restaurants and the results are the same each time. About half the people I asked prefer the original flavor and would eat there more often if the spices were returned into the Original Batter.So, I thought all KFC would have to do is put the noticeable spicy flavor back into its batter and everybody would profit from it! But, I think you are right sir, this is all a waste of time because no changes will be made but, I thought it was worth a try to convince KFC to bring back the once best flavored tasting chicken !

Consumer Reports, and other independent labs, have established that there are not 11 herbs and spices, as was in his original recipe. So did Col. Harlan Sanders, before his death.Their chicken is crap for the masses of ###. I am also 73 years old, and can remember when it was the real deal. I think a few labs came up with salt pepper, and msg PERIOD. I can't believe they are still in business, and pulling this scam. Don't own stock, as they are going to fail.

KFC's original recipe is not original. There's nothing in it but salt and grease. You used to see the little specs of herbs and black pepper in the crust. It's nasty and tastes no better than Walmart's deli fried chicken. And they are charging $16 for 8 pieces and that's just one little chicken. Walmart only $5. KFC has tried to pull the wool over it's customers eyes but it ain't working! Go out of business KFC and bring back my Kentucky Fried Chicken.

our local KFC in Limoges France has stopped cooking the large pièces because "they take too long " and have now changed the original 11 herbs and spices to there own mix because " they dont like the original one " are they allowed to do this, i know they area franchise but surly they must stay corporate ?

I highly doubt calling them is going to do anything. They probably revised the recipe to be cheaper and faster. So unless you plan to pay more and wait longer, I doubt they'll budge.

KFC store is ran by marijuana users

I used to work at kfc until i started to see a pattern with Al Watlands virginia mn store. tina maki jeremy kyander and a Lonnie what his last name is i do not know all smoke marijuana on the job. they all said when i confronted them on this they said they use fake urine to pass u.a. tests because no one watches them while they use the restroom. i was friends with tina until i found out shes into methemphetamine as well. i refuse to go back to any kfc owned by Al Watland n he owns 5 stores in minnesota. is this how the kfc organization does its hiring? and ive seen all three of these managers mentioned above bringing home food and give free food away to their family and friends. i suggest someone goes into that store and demand the three i mentioned to go get supervised drug testing done.

KFC I was disgusted at the food that I had received

I recently purchased 4 ‘box masters’ at the KFC in Fordsburg and I was disgusted at the food that I had received. First I requested the lady at the desk taking my order for a zinger fillet, she told me they only have one and I would have to wait another 15 min for more, therefore I told her specifically to add the zinger sauce in it she alright. I get home and open the box to find that there is no zinger sauce in it and the in all 4 the fillet was burnt, burnt meaning it could not be eaten at all, I think an animal would even refuse something in that condition. I immediately picked up the phone and gave them a call, at first I spoke to someone who did not know what was happening and called for the manager, he spoke to me and requested that I bring the receipt in and he will refund me but the problem was the lady at the desk did not give me a receipt. Nowhere in the world at a restaurant have you to request specially for a receipt but I don’t know what makes KFC so special that you have to ask for it, since I did not have a receipt and I couldn’t show evidence and I could not go back as I live far from the store.

I hope people read this and think twice of buying from KFC again!

KFC no refund ever received as promised

I have ordered on 3 seperate occassion's the 10 piece meal, everytime I've gone in there to the establishment its a fiasco but on this particular time, the drive thru. Why I am so disgusted with the place is, I live nearly 34 miles from the store, (its a fairly small town) but its near the interstate so you do the place in order to get food if your in a hurry! So, working late on a project one night thats exactly what happened, but since it was so late we left in a hurry as we were both ravished. They had been running an ad for a week about a fantastic 10 pc dinner for a good price, naturally thats what was chosen. Arriving home after the 46 minute drive an opening the box to unveil the contents, I rec'd chicken (It was all dark meat which I hate) but being ravenous, I started to dig in, first bite, the chicken was not cooked all the way thru! An I got 4 pieces, not 10! I wanted Original, I got Crispy! I contacted the store on Stockton Hill Rd an the Mgr. answered but said he had to put me hold after listening to my complaint! At this point I was furious, sitting by my computer, I decided too research an locate the Corp Store an explain to them what happened. The woman took all the info down an promised me that a certificate for a free meal would be forthcoming, so I felt a lil better about it. (Even at the close of the call with Corp HQ, I was still on hold awaiting the manager!) 38 min. later with no response from the mgr. I hung up an awaited my certificate for a free 10 pc meal. 2 month's went by, no certificate, I re-called the Corp HQ, same story, a certificate would be sent to me, its now been almost 6 months from that telephone promise an NO CERTIFICATE!
Update: I've found that in Bullhead City they have a very competent crew, the food taste great an just like the Colonel would've wanted it. I go there but disturbingly, I've never rec'd a certificate for the incident that occurred. I have never been back to the store in Kingman, AZ an since I have to go there because of several incidents with Merchant's in Kingman I continue to do all my shopping there in Bullhead City an I found the prices are nearly 10-15 cheaper on avg. an the people in that town go over the top to make sure the Customer is satisfied! With money being hard to come by I reccomend to anyone in that area to try my new method an get great results an be treated like a valueable customer! Make Your Money Speak For You!

KFC very rood and bad manners

I Ramazan bought a family feast and asked for paper plate the young girl name Dena said no we don't give plates she said use the plates from your home i was taking my 5 year old daughter to the park she wanted to eat it there so i asked for a cup she said no cups in a very rood manner and told me we dint give anything out this happened at the drive through so i drove around to the car park and walked in and asked to speak to a manager she was still mouthing of to me so manager came over i told him what happened he said yes we do give cups and plates but she was still telling him no we do not give any thing out she was telling the manager what to do is this how customer service in kfc is it i felt really bad in front of my 5 year old daughter i told her i was gonna complaint in she said go for it i don't care the kfc coburg corner of bell st and Hudson st at 4.45 pm 26.10.2010 i will not go there and will not recomend it to any one becouse some staff members are very rood id like a respons back

I went through the drive up window and ordered a 3 piece meal, white, using a coupon I received in the mail for $5.49. My order was filled with the receipt showing 3 pc meal white, $7.69, with $2.20 discount, which was correct. However, when I got home my take out meal was actually a thigh and two drumsticks, instead of breast and wings. I gave the chicken to my dog because I don't eat dark meat.
I didn't return to the store because it is difficult for me to get in and out of the house very often, which is another reason I use the drive up to order.
My receipt clearly states "white" but that's not what I received.

Hello My name is sandra i went to the kfc in duarte ca. and I asked the question why was the price different then what was advertized on TV THE manager by the Name of Oscar enformed me that they can price the food at what ever price the wanted too. He was so very rude he also told me that Why was I complianting that it was just a few cents more. Really What kind of managers do you guy's hire he was not only rude but when I asked him for the owners name he said he will not give that to me. And was told that I better not tell on him either, . i really hope that all of your other KFC'S don't all work the same way. One of the other Employees gave me the store number which she said it was 25 if that is even real.

I have never in my long life seen or tasted anything so bad as my last and I mean last, order of KFC chicken. It was so bad that I wouldn't even feed it to a stray dog. It seemed to be under a heat lamp for a day or two. I, and I must say my family have always loved KFC, but this was the second time of disgusting food and now I am sorry to say will be the last. Maybe someone should check into the KFC franchise that we once visited at least a couple of times a month. Catherine Cantwell

I took my family to kfc in hartlepool england which is based at the hartlepool marina. i purchased a family chicken bucket the chicken had been re-fried it was hard dry and tasteless, we could not enjoy this due to the fact that it was like this we told the staff about it and nothing happened i dont think this is the apropiate way to treat customers. the whole experience was ruined wont be visiting that kfc establishment again this is not the first time this has happened please address this matter so other people paying customers like me can enjoy the kfc that it should be thanks.

I went to KFC. I placed my order and i was told it will be wait for my chcicken strips but will i like to substitute it for a chicken wing. i said “yes’becase I was on Lunch and i needed to get back to work. The cashier alsmost forgot to give me my parfait that I ordered, the food that I was given was not hot at all .. I was given 1 1/2 piece of chicken strip and a wing. The half of chicken strip looked dried out like it been sitting for hours. So I went back into the restaurant and I asked the cashier can I have the chicken that would be coming up because what I paid for is not in this carton.

The cashier was not apologetic at all. I WILL NEVER GO TO KFC AGAIN. I WILL KEEP GIVING MY BUSINESS TO POPEYES.. KFC IS TOO EXPENSIVE AND THE FOOD IS NOT UP TO PART. KFC CAN KICK ROCKS AS FAR AS I’M CONCERNED..

Okay I'm in Mildura and have visited the KFC here .I have my son every second weekend and for a treat he wants popcorn chicken and too eat in I my self don't eat anything just for him .So both days that we have been in there and at different times and both times not happy .Now at this time the store is quite and maybe just a few people sitting down .Well no matters were you look and try too sit down all very dirty and rubbish on the tables and the floor is so messy very hard to sit anywhere all I ask is please clean it .Other wise I don't want too go in side

My husband and I ordered the "new" grilled chicken when it 1st came out. Drove 18 miles south of where we lived because our town kfc didnt have it yet. We brought it home, opened the bucket and to our dissappointment most of the pieces were burnt and looked like they cooked baby chicks cause thats about how big the pieces were. We were so mad at this, we decided kfc isnt the place to eat!

KFC misleading advertising

In june 2010, KFC had a competition running to win a rocking box speaker set, i won the said prize which was confirmed via SMS on 30/06/2010, and to date, the prize has never been delivered.

I wonder with these big companies, they advertise stuff and you win. how sure are we that anyone ever gets the prizes they win...i mean its almost 4 months later and still no prize. i looged a report on their website and i have not even had a call in this regard...

public must be wary cos i really think that these restaurants adevertise falsely just to attract customers

KFC chicken with wool and hair

I first went to buy a street wise 2 about a month ago and received a wrong order of a burger and chip. I used the drive through.
2.On the 13nth/10/2010 I bought street wise 2 and when I got to work there was Wool in the chicken.
3.On the 14/10/2010 I bought street wise 2 in the same KFC and then there was hair in my Chicken.

Please help as to how I file for a complain as I am always using their drive thorough in my lunch hour.These careless mistakes I see them while sitting in our lunch room after driving all the way.
