[Resolved] Kent Ro Systems / unprofessional behavior and after sales service

People at the service center is unprofessional. When called them they speak as if they are the boss of the company. There is no standard call recording mechanism to ensure the quality of the service center personnel.

They don't know English. All they know is only Hindi. If some one is questioning them they will disconnect your call and will never receive your call even after multiple attempts.

They are not ready to take the complaint from the customer and not at all bothered to to do their own duty.

They did not come for maintenance service at all. It's been 3 Years the system has been purchased.

They will call you and say they are coming for service. and they will close the ticket in the evening without even visiting the home.

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
