JustVoip / Stolen money!

I have my justvoip account and an account credit of 5 Euro and 28 free days left. But when I try to make a call, it says, "The other party ended the call due to an unknown error." This has been so for the last 5-6 days. I did not put a pressure to contact them.it's just westing time. Those who are involved in this issue, how can we get our money back. We don't let these thieves to rope us...

    I transfered 50 Euro to Voip Stunt, and they add to a wrong account, till now, i don't get my credit, and they told me, i made a mistake, transfered my money to a wrong account, finally, i found out the global collect they did transfered to a correct account, betamax made a mistake, and sent 5 mail, no answered, and Voip Stunt said i shouldn't send any mail, otherwise they will stop my customer service
