Just Brakes / Scam Rip-off

Review updated:

Just Brakes in Conroe ripped off my son who is on a college student's budget. He went in to replace squealing brakes and left $200 poorer WITH SQUEALING BRAKES. Complaints to the corporate office offered no relief only the suggestion that it was our own fault for "agreeing" to service. It's difficult to NOT agree to service when the "technician" uses a crowbar to remove parts from your vehicle and the #1 safety feature of your vehicle is in shambles. These people should be sued over and over and over until they can no longer stay in business.

SO what work does the receipt say was done?

    What type vehicle?

    What parts were replaced?

    Was anything replaced?

    Front brakes, rear brakes?

    Provide more information please.

I feel the same way, same thing happened to me, I'm getting ready to prepare a small claim for them to pay over my expenses, day off work and all the frustrations I encontered. In addition, my car was not the same when I took it off the shop, it was actually worse and they claimed I brought it in like that. Big liers. I will be more than happy to get a team together and get an attorney involve to sue them, not sure why this hasn't happended yet, now that I'm reading all their customer's complaints. I took the car to another mechanic same day, who said to me I'm glad I'm alive because the way the car was returned to me could have easily crash. ;-(
I hate just breaks. I will pursue them to get my money back.
