Northridge 4x4

Northridge had to best price I could find on the RK 3.5" X Factor suspension kit and I couldn't be happier with the product.

My order arrived to Houston extremely fast and yet some items had shipped from different locations so were a day apart. After receiving the first package I called Customer Service to make sure nothing had been lost and they promptly explained the situation and sure enough the 2nd package was delivered the next day.

I had a really bad experience with the service and the knowledge about Jeeps at Northridge 4x4. I was looking for a Full Length JL roof rack and found one on their site that was listed as a "confirmed fit" for my 2022 JL that has the factory option one touch power top. I thought I was in luck, but it turns out that wasn't the case.

After I got the rack and tried to install it, it was clear that it wasn't going to fit my Jeep at all. So I decided to return it, but that's when things got even more frustrating. They told me that I would have to pay over $350 just to ship it back to them because of their mistake. That's just not right, and it feels like they're not taking responsibility for the misinformation they provided.

Honestly, I've had better experiences buying stuff from eBay, which is saying something. I would recommend that anyone looking for Jeep parts to steer clear of Northridge 4x4. There's a good chance you might end up in a situation like mine, out of pocket with nothing to show for it. It's just not worth the risk or the hassle.

You guys get 2 thumbs up from me. I can tlk to a human if I call, the pricing is the best I've found, and orders seem to arrive in a timely fashion.
Me and a buddy who also shops here would like to see more product pics if possible. Either diff angles and/or product display on vehicles. If it isn't asking too much maybe include the weight in the descriptions. I consider how much weight I'm adding to my jeep.

Great service, price and quick shipping. The install of the JW Speaker headlights was simple but I had difficulty getting the red lock tab to hold - not sure if it is because the jeep is a 2012 and the plastic is a little old or if the parts just didn't quite fit right. Had to use a screwdriver and manually pry the red tab so that it locked the connector in place. Other than that, easy install and great product. Did have to adjust the aim down a bit.

There are a bunch of other websites that provide the same Jeep parts, but I buy from Northridge4x4 because you have the best prices. You usually provide a 10% discount coupon and you have free shipping.
However I currently have a Dynatrac ProGrip Brake Upgrade System in my shopping carts, but you are not providing any discounts. I will be buying this brake upgrade and would prefer to purchase it from Northridge4x4.
Can you provide a 10% discount on this brake system?

Northridge 4x4 has become my only source of Jeep performance parts. I live just down the road from 4WD, but I've stopped using them since I started dealing with Eric at Northridge. He always knows what I'm talking about and helps me make the best decisions.

Northridge has real Jeep people that have been through much of the same things that us jeepers are going through when we call, so you call in and talk with a person that gets it.

Only one one word is needed to sum up northridge4x4... Awesome! Customer service I would of given 10 starts if I could. A third party messed up on a price of a product for them and they still honored it 8 days later. Very impressed they didn't have to honor it but they did,the product was a Arb compressor and it is beyond my expectations! I will buy everything that I can through them first for now on! The one thing I would like them to do is (and I could of missed it) make it easier to find or have the dimensions of the compressor on the site. Thanks again.

The RK arms are beefy and well built. There is a guide for torque specs with the box, but that's it for instructions. Just pay attention to how the stock arms came off an put the new ones on. If you have a lift, or changed drive shaft(s) you will have to adjust the lengths of the arms accordingly.

*One note - the RK arms seem to be a little longer beginning length than others, not a big deal for my application, but someone with stock height or very small lift may find them too long, even if adjusted all the way in.

Northridge is always helpful and professional. Shipping is a touch slow for this day and age, but customer service makes up for that.

Quality name pruduct that is sold with a discounted price is just unbelievable and make it easy for any customers to purchase without hesitation. A very knowledgeable customer service that guide you through a great build and adjustment to your vehicle is a great help. All and all, it is very satisfying experience shopping from a very professional company and stands by the products they sell. I will always refer to Northridge4x4 for any trail rated products. Thank you guys for making it easy to learn and purchase any product for my jeep with the most unbelievable price. Its like having a birthday every time I receive a package from Northridge4x4! Because i know my rig will only get better if not best it could ever be.

He always knows what will work best for my 2010 JKU Rubicon and has great recommendations and feedback. He has no problem telling me why he doesn't like something I am looking at or telling me not to waste my time or money on another item. He never tries to upsell me, there aren't ever any hidden fees and as far as I can tell he is an honest guy who is looking to get me what I need the first time.
