Hooters Service

Me and my significant other came to Hooters for a usual lunch. We sat at the bar, our bartender name was Tanya. She greeted us and took our drink order. I ordered a Run Runner cocktail, my usual drink I get when I come in. Today December 2, 2016 my drink did not taste as pleasant as usual. I inform my bartender that I did not like my drink and if I can change it. She then said no that they do not change drinks once it's made. I was never told that before so I asked for a manager. Mix guy heavy set I believe bald head. I told him the issue and he said the same think and refuse to make me another drink. Me and my spouse then cancelled our order and paid for the drink and left. Their attitude and interest in pleasing the guest was not there. I probably won't be back. Thank You.

Hooters outrageous prices

I dined at hooters today and found out how out of touch with reality they truly are. I was there with my brother in Fort Smith AR all we had was a chicken sandwich with coleslaw, then 10 battered chicken wings, and 2 small drafts of stella artois our bill total was over 35 dollars. 35 for 10 wings, 2 small beers, and a sandwich is unacceptable and I 100% refuse to ever eat at their establishment again.

Prices can be found on the menu, online, or in-person. If you found the prices to be too high, you should have left the establishment. Clearly the company is in business so the pricing is considered agreeable to others. In my personal opinion, the pricing seems to be average for the industry.

Hooters west springfield service 11/11/16

I dined in with my family on 11/11/16 and we had a server Maddie. It took her 5 minutes to even greet us. Then my Uncle ordered a captian and coke, she gave him a jack and coke. And all three BAR drinks came at all different times.then we put the food in. After food came out (which sucked bonless wings were small and cold) we ordered 10 more cause we didn't like them and she gave us our check before our 2nd order even came out. She was AWFUL. I am never returning and everyone will know about this awful restaurant. No wonder why we always go to Manchester, they hire girls with brains.

Hooters unethical behavior

11/5/2016. I am an employee at this store and our GM, Omar is the worst GM that I've ever worked with. He is unfair and doesn't give a crap about Hooters. All he does is sit in the office and search for other places to work. He has ruined/ been fired from every other restaurant he's worked at and if you guys don't do something about him now, this store won't last long. He tried to send me home and I'm head weight. Head weight always closes. And when I called the 1-800 number to complain, he tried taking my table away from me because someone else had to run their food. First off, people run food for each other all the time. We literally have a FOOD RUNNER. So I think it was not needed and immature of him to take away my table that I worked so hard on from me. He also voids everything off even when the food was made and then complains about how nothing is adding up right. One time I had a racist table call me a "black ###" and took the customer's side and tried to give them coupons and paid for their whole meal. And I've tried contacting Omar's boss but no answer. I'm getting the run around and its not okay. I need something to be fixed now and no matter who I talk to, no one is helping me. Its not fair that the employee has to just suffer through the bullying that the GM puts them through when we both know that he's not being fair.

Hooters service, temperature of food

Went last night with a group of six people service was extremely slow restaurant was not busy food was cool it when we got there. Seem like food was sitting for awhile before it was Brought to us and the chicken did not appear fresh. Wait staff was courteous but did seem aware of long wait time.any time someone ordered a beer it was brought right away. I think the kitchen was the problem. Our bill was $260.00 and none of us will be going to that Hooters anytime soon.

Hooters Waitress refuses services

I went to hooter 2 week ago i sat down by the bar the waitress refused service because of a friend told her some stuff and i didnt know what was going on she thinks i put him up to it i had nothing to do with this i told her i have no idea whats going on but she thinks its me but i dont have nothing to do with this shes telling all my friends that im lying i havent said anything i keep to myself i did enjoy going there i love the wings but now i got to look else where to enjoy the football games waitress name brewny kells

Hooters food/service/gm

This place is crap. the wings were burned and covered is sauce. they were so burned the meat off of them was non existent. my waitress was a short fat slob with a bad attitude to match the GM's. she acted liked I was obligated to give her a tip just because I was at the place. most of the girls are fat, short and ugly. my waitress had these big bifocals on that were bigger than my beer mug bottoms. get some contacts and at least try to play the role ...I don't want to see your big bifocals in my face or your fat stomachs hanging over your orange shorts...never again done with hooters!

SPID IN Corpus Chisti TX There A Waitress there she is mean to me she refuesses service and told me to live a friend of mine made her mad and she thinks its me i had nothing to do with it but she thinks its me i have no idea of what he said or told her but she is very mean to me but i have noting to do with this but IM put in a bad spot i did like going there but she makes me very UNCONFORABLE there so i have no choice but to go else where.. waitress name is BREAWNY KELLS

Hooters bad service and food

I ordered take out last night at this Hooters restaurant on 660 N. Wells Street in Chicago. I ordered 8 wings with ranch sauce. The waitress named Logan said it would be 10 to 15 mins. I waited 30. Some people who were behind me got their food before me. Also, Logan got my name wrong. It was not "Young Bud" . This young lady obviously needed help.She was very slow working and seems like she didn't care. When I finally got my food, the box was greasy and the wings were very greasy. This is not good service and very unprofessional for the management to conduct service like this to me as well as others who I see had greasy boxes. Something needs to be done about this restaurant. From last night's experience, I will never eat at this restaurant again!

If you are going to act like you are six year old they are going to call you young bud. You really must be six because like the other posters said the people who got the food before may have ordered before you. Or perhaps they had food that takes less time to make. Have mommy explain to you the time and process of cooking, or help mommy cook next time instead of watching cartoons or playing with your action figures.

Hooters environment

when i was greeted and seated it was a nice young white girl, however after i was seated and looked around it appeared i was in the hood. i know the laws for hiring i was a manager with the federal govt. but this was rediculas. if i had wanted to go where all but one, waitress was black as well as 65% of the patrons i would have went to the hood.
my friend and i however ordered i raw oysters and wings he the chili. i was finished the oysters when they came and told him it would be a while the chily was frozen (the coldest night of the year so far and no chily thawed out.) after a lengthy wait his chily arrived and when he stired the shrded cheese that was on top the chily wasen't hot enough to melt it.

Hooters bad management, lazy and no customer service skills employees

Dear Hooters Management Team,
New Managers : Christ and Marvin are lazy. They have no experience of customer service, unhelpful, always ready to argue with customers, don't want to serve customers => unprofessional behavior to both of new customers and regular customers.
Hooters girls : Christy at bar is lazy and unfriendly, not helpful at service customer. Hooter girls Alyssa is very lazy and often talk bad about customers to her co-worker .
Most of hooters girls have no customers services skills, lack of training and always go to hide in the kitchen to eat and/or to joke with all the guys in the kitchen => not good for food sanitation thing and got smelly
kitchen team :
* play their music louder than juke box music outside where customer paid money to enjoy.
*Hugging, joking with the girls when working => delay time of making food, deliver food to customers.
Hopefully, corporation will send some ones to investigate and fix the problem above-said that will affect the company income since both of new customers and regular customers as well. They will go to your rival like buffalo wild wing, tilted kilt, and many other bar restaurants very closed to your store at west covina.

Hooters waitress nam

i went to the Gwinnett pleasant hill location tonight. My family and i with a guest experienced the worst customer service from the gwinnett trainer waitress Nam. It stated as we asked her for drink specials and she asked us what specials? I stated to her alcohol drink specials. she only told us of the $1 off pitchers and $6 maragaritas. She waited over ten minuted before returning with our drinks. Afterwards it took over forty minutes to be served our food and she had another waitress serve us and our guests food never arrived till we had to ask for it. our drinks were empty and she never even apologized nor check on how we were doing after the meal was served. She treated us like we were a bother and when she did come back with our drinks my son and i asked for extra sauce. she was quick to inform us of the price but not that the sauce was going to be served hard and clumpy and worst off it was served to me all messy where it got over my hands. when i asked her why it wasn't melted her response is that is how they serve it. Funny thing, when i have gone to other Hooters establishments i have never been charged for asking for more sauce nor serve with the sauce clumpy and cold. My husband kindly asked the manager Dave to come address the issue and he stated that they were just busy and had to handle issues with other staff. He kindly took 50% of the full price even though to plates were half off since it was after ten. We didn't mind that part but what sent it off to outrage was when the waitress brought the checks and when she went to get my card to check us out she purposely reached over my chest and she quickly ask if we were ready to check out!? I stated to her no. my husband is reviewing the check and she quickly left like we were taking up her time. yet she only served us our drinks. Once again never checked if we were happy with our meal. after speaking with dave we paid our bill. i didn't leave her a tip since when i addressed to her she charged our guest for sauce she never gave her she snapped at me and stated "we were busy i didn't know she never got her sauce". I replied if she had served us she would know. Again, Nam snapped back, flipped her hair at us and stated that it was busy, . As we exited the building she stared me down and gave me a sly looking smile and as we got to our car since we left her no tip for her poor attitude and service we sarcastically came out and yelled at me to have a goodnight. This was uncalled for and truely unnecessary and unprofessional . Obviously, you need to have someone with more people skills to handle such situations. Having this young lady with no professional mannerism is definitely not what that store needs. I wouldn't recommend anyone t go to this location. we have never been treated like this at any of the other locations and always have a great time. especially when my son came back for the middle east. Your girs by Fort Benning locations truely know how to treat the soldiers. No smiles in this store and the girls aren't attentive to the customers we weren't the only ones, Other customers stated the only reason they come back cause its the only one int he area.. Your bartender was the most attentive to the customers and the only one looking like she enjoyed her job!

Hooters horrible service/no air conditioning on top floor

my husband and I stayed at hooters casino for two nights, and the service sucked. There wasn't coffee in the room, so I ordered room service, it never showed, when I called they were rude and said they didn't see the ticket, so basically oh well. We stayed on one of the top floors, the elevators looked as if they've never been cleaned and the hotel was so hot as if they were to cheap to keep the hotel cool for there customers. we left our room air on and the cleaning person turned it off, you pay enough for the room they should accommodate you better. The staff had a don't give a ### attitude, and I will never stay at this hotel again.

Hooters terrible managerial procedures

I am a regular customer at the hooters located at: (7990 pines blvd
Pembroke pines, fl [protected]). On march 3rd I was told to leave the establishment because the bartender (victoria - outside bar march 3rd 2012 morning/afternoon shift) had heard I did not like her. She refused to serve me.

The manager: (ryan - manager 3-3-12 morning/afternoon shift) made a mistake. You do not cater to the whims of the bartenders, when as far as I know, hooters is known for being a place of great service and friendly employees.in fact every other bartender and waitress in there I get along with just fine. I spend on average about $400 to $500 a week at this hooters, and I am shocked that I was treated this way.

Not only will this bar lose my business but I will contact other regulars I know and tell them to meet me somewhere else to acquire good service. I have never seen such a misuse of a manager’s power in my life at any establishment. I have never been kicked out of a business ever…and the reasoning was childish at best.

I am an it tech and graphic designer, and I will begin flooding the blogs and review pages concerning this hooters location explaining my ill treatment and unhappy treatment of a valued customer. Yahoo, google… every corporate listing and local advertising and review website I will load with negative reviews.

It is not only myself that is unhappy with this bartender’s service. I have heard from many other regulars that they think this bartender is rude and disrespectful. If you check her sales when bartending you will see… they are probably the worst of all the bartenders, because customers do not wish to sit at her bar. If I had not been confined to the outside bar, because I smoke cigarettes I would have gone inside, to avoid her terrible service and attitude.

I am going to give your corporate office 3 days to resolve the situation before I begin the cyber — negative campaign against this hooters manager and bartender and the service in general of hooters if such managerial practices are the norm.

Hooters food poisoning

My husband, his friend, and I went to hooters this last Wednesday. A few hours later our friend was violently I'll and it continued throughout the night. The following night I became horribly ill and it contunued throughout the next day. That next evening my husband came down with it and it lasted the rest of the night. It seems obvious to me that all three of us came down with the same illness, and all three of us had te same lunch at hooters... The wings. I expect something to be done about this so please respond soon.

you cannot expect them to monitor random internet sites for issues. if you think there was food poisoning, you need to contact them directly. However, do not expect anything free like i sure you are.

Hooters bad food respect

My freinds and I ate hooters in west covina, we all got sick when each of us got home, we order chicken wings and some of us bugars, first things i heard same thing from others who use to go their, that also the food made them sick, But the cooks have to go, Im gonna tell you why, most people dont liked the cooks they looked liked illegals working the kitchen Im sorry, a lot of resurants around that area heard same thing and the food was terrible, that place used to make money now its losing money a lot of money, , you need closed it hire a new manager and hire new people seriously, looks at the at IN N OUT look at the people that work theiir, another I want to add is waitresses only cator certain customers, that is true you sit their to eat, and the waitress will talk and sit with others who are their favorites and ignore you or someone else who are waiting on refills .. that place needs to be CLOSED DOWN REHIRE NEW PEOPLE, A NEW MANAFGER, NEW COOKS, because all the other resurants around that area, hey you dont beleive Me call some of the resturant in that area they even hear the complaints from hooters west covina, CORPORATE NEEDS TO STEP IN THEIR CLOSED IT, UNTIL YOU HIRE ALL NEW PEOPLE

Hooters Horrible Bank

This company is horrible! I had my account for two years, never late or over the limit. Paid it off every month, yet I just got a letter stating due to the number of credit inquiries over the past 6 months they have decided to close my account. I contacted the credit department and was advised that the bank is not currently accepting applications and they needed to reduce the bank's risk for bad credit so a good portion of accounts are being closed. Be cautious, they can close your account anytime for no reason. Also, I had 9000 rewards points, guess what...GONE! This bank is horrible!

Hooters discrimination and illegal profiteering

I went out on a movie and (supposed to be) dinner night with my wife on Saturday, April 30th, 2011. After the movie, we decided to go have dinner at our local Hooters in Riverside. This was around 5:50pm. Upon arrival inside, there was a party of five in front of us trying to get a table. For some reason, they left so it was our turn next. We were informed that that night it was only "reservations only" night and they charge extra $10.00 per seat aside from your food. This was due to a live PPV event which is UFC. I told them that I have been a Hooters fan for years and have attended several live PPV sporting events in the past in Hooters and they have never charged extra ten dollars per seat and never taken reservations, only first come first serve basis. I also told them that I am not here for the PPV event, just simply to have dinner with the wife as we both love Hooters. I even told them that they can sit us in an area where there are no TVs as we could care less about the event. They insisted. One of the Hooters girls (her name is Taylor) even said that "if you want, you can come back after the PPV event at around 9-9:30pm." as they are fully booked. By looking at the place, it is almost empty. The PPV event does not start until 6pm. They take reservations by first come, first serve and people leave and come back on a later time during the PPV event. I told them that this is absurd and they are "capitailzing" on the PPV event to charge extra $10 which they have never ever done in the past. To me, this seems like illegal profiteering. Anyways, I insisted on talking to a manager. The manager's name that I talked to is Ryan. I told him my opinion, frustration and dissapointment. Ryan the manager said that they started doing this just recently. I didn't buy it at all. I insist on telling him that you guys are "driving/rejecting" people away just because they do not have any reservations in which they have never ever done in the past. As I also recall in the past, i usually call the local Hooters for such PPV event if they will have reservations and they always say "no, we never take reservations at all; only first come, first server basis". I was furious as they do not want to take our business at all. I stepped out and called Hooters Hotline [protected]) out in the parking lot. I complained to the agent and told her the entire story. She even say that based upon what I said, it does not seem right at all. I got a case number and she escalated my complain to the corporate management level. Also, while talking to the Hotline agent, when I was looking for the store manager's name at their front door, another party of seven just walked out. I asked one of them and they told me the exact same thing that they have been rejected. They also walked out in dissapointment. I am awaiting to hear from somebody in a couple of days. I gave them the names of the manager I talked to, including the Hooters girl that told us to come back after the event. I also gave the name of the store manager (I don't remember the first name but his last name is Padilla). I also informed the Hooters Hotline that I will also file a complain to the Better Business Bureau on Monday, May 2nd. Due to the way the treated us, I feel discriminated and insulted, especially coming from a Hooters fan for years. I am also considering getting legal advice to my lawyer to find out if what they are doing is legal.

@proudmarine: one of the point is that they are not even full. It may not be problem to you but it is to me. As an update, I talked to their corporate office manager and they acknowledged the issue. They have brought it to their weekly regional manager's meeting. They admit that they have a fault and they will change their policy in time. Having this all said, the lesson learned here is be not afraid o voice out your concern especially if you think you have been done wrong. Had I not stood up and fought for what is right, they will not acknowledge and take action to correct their policy.

@leediver1: You are missing the point here. They will do take my business as long as I go after the PPV event. Yes they do reserve the right to serve or not to serve anyone but that is not the point.

Hooters the waitress

Dear Hooters...
I doubt you really care about this complaint, but i will do it anyways just for the small chance some one will give a ###. I used to work for Hooters, So i really know what goes on behind closed doors.First off, if you do not make friends with the right head honcho waitress, magically you dont last very long. I was told the second i was hired by one of the other girls dont ever get on Ally's bad side or her two little followers, which she immediately pointed out to me. So i did my best to stay out of there way.
Well you cant make everyone love you...
Alexa (one of the followers) clearly did not like me...(Cause Im awesome) One day we were all changing in the back room and she started to explain this justification on throwing up to stay skinny...I disagreed, and miss" Barf bag" did not like my argument. From there on out we were no longer "Hooter Friends" So i knew right then my time was limited...Especially since she was friends with the owners and miss Ally. Well not even a week later i get fired ...While being off the clock and sitting down with my friends who are regular customers. We joking and having fun, like always...
There was a complaint against me for having an inappropriate conversation between me and four other guys... Management came up to me and informed me of the complaint and i promptly grabbed my things and began to leave. I had two of the gentlemen escort me out to my car. Then followed the two chicks that complained about me. The two men witnessed them shouting and harassing me ... So i kept my cool and i walked back into hooters to tell management what was going on. The two men wrote down statements what they witnessed. Next day i was fired... Go figure! Even though i was let go for no real reason i still dined at Hooters and had a good attitude about the situation...All the other waitresses when i came back in to give back my uniform were telling me how unfair it was how i got let go, and how they stuck up for me when they heard that i was getting fired...
I had a Christmas party there... I would eat there a good 4or 5 times a month never had a problem...Til 5 months later when Alexa the waitress who hated me i mind you, was my server...What a bitter, simpleminded, individual she is...3/17/11 Saint Patrick's day... Me and my friend were down that way and decided to get some lunch and that awesome "Green Beer"...When i walked in I notice who was working, Ally, Alexa, and Melissa. I did not know who was working what section so i picked the area that was not busy. I hugged Melissa when I saw her, asked her how things were going...Im a friendly chick... And here comes Alexa and her huge Ego and spiteful attitude... Even when she rudely approached us by rolling her eyes and her smug look on her face, we were polite in ordering our beverages. Their were some guys who invited us to sit at there table and watch the game...
We accepted the invitation so we could escape from her section and not have to be insulted with her attitude...Apparently the gentlemen who we sat with, one of them was Alexa's Land Lord which he expressed a little bit later... She was immanently irritated that we moved and were socializing with the guys. For some reason she came up and took our order even though that was not her section... We gave her our order with pleases and thank you's. Melissa came over and put green dye in my friends beer... We were happy at this point and having fun...
Dee (Alexa's Land Lord) gave me his business card with his phone number...That pissed off Alexa so much that when she came around she whispered something under her breath... So i said "Excuse me" and she clearly ignored me and asked the guys if she could buy them a round of beers on her...Thats when i noticed my suspicions of her being upset were accurate...Me and my friend just ignored her guessing maybe it was her time of the month to bleed like a bulimic carcass that she is...(In my opinion)
So me my friend and the guys are joking around and she comes over and says to me and my friend not the guys that us girls need to watch what we were saying... We agree and oblige with her request...(A.) To see what else she will come up with to try to cause a problem (B.)To test her to see if the guys get in trouble for saying things that are inappropriate(C.)To prove that she has it out for me...
So I remain silent did not say a word at all...The guys are trying to help us on our suspicions...So they start talking about dick sucking and sex and all sorts of perverted things to say. Plus ### that were way worse then what we were joking about earlier when she was by our table...Me and my friend were quiet, just waiting to see what she says...And of coarse she asks them if they needed anything and did not address them about the disgusting conversations that they were purposely having to test this theory.
Me and my friend could not believe what was happening...My friend could not hold back any further, she asked the waitress(Alexa) "How come it was ok for them to talk like that but when we all were having a discussion it was just the girls that u said to watch what we were saying?" She rapidly got defensive and stated that I was fired for being inappropriate and she did not care if we tipped her, she wanted us to leave... First of all, it is no ones business why i got fired...And for her to announce that in front of everyone was unprofessional and none of her concern, plus had nothing to do with the question that was asked...She rushed to her Bff Ally, Not quite sure what was discussed but then Ally approached our table, I still remained verbally retained trying to still prove my point by not arguing and watching them try to ban me for no reason...
Ally hands us our tickets does not try to get my friends side of the story and told us to leave...Did not ask the gentlemen to leave which was unfair as well...I walk out to get my money made a phone call, and my friend comes out side to get my money to pay for my check... I stayed out side...She later returned and told me that she tried to explain the situation to the manager but i knew since they are all Bff's that nothing would be done about this...And I was "RIGHT"! So here I am writing this useless story for someone to care...Thanks

Wow... not the responses i was expecting but hey like i said before who really gives a ### right...Gkenigmatic... or what ever you call your misshaped vagina... If it happened to you i am sure you would care more... I can sense what a selfish ### you are...See now thats childish...Now for grown up talk or Adult hood as you would say, you heartless individual... I was really upset that these kind of things are legally ok and acceptable... I was looking for some support but clearly not going to get it because i guess it does sound catty...But what can you do...Keep taking the same ### from different people...Thanks

If I were you I probably wouldn't go to that Hooters anymore. No matter who was right or wrong it just seems like there will be drama either way when you go there and if this upsets you so much why subject yourself to this?

I don't know if you want to go this route, but you could contact a lawyer that specializes in wrongful terminations (check your yellow pages). Utah is one of 11 states that has a implied covenant-of-good-faith and fair-dealing exception with respect to an exception to at-will employment (which is the rule in most states). At-will means the employer doesn't even need a reason to get rid of you. What the implied covenant-of-good-faith and fair-dealing means is there can be no terminations where malice or bad faith occur. This appears to fit your situation, but you would would obviously need those witnesses to prove it. It definitely looks like you were terminated wrongly.

Hooters ### manager

I went to Hooters at the Panama City location across from the Navy Base; and our waitress was great; but the manager sucked.
we wanted to watch the Dallas/Colts game (Dec 5th) and the audio on the whole place was Atlanta/Tampa, so when we asked the waitress if they could lower the volume or cut the speaker above our table we were told that the only thing they could do was raise the volume on the TV in front of us, we still could not hear the Dallas game. So I went to see the manager and told him to cancel our order or else we were going to Buffalo's Wild Wing to see the game, he didn't acknowledge me but shut the Tampa audio off and he was so pissed off that he threw the remote on a counter. I was fine with that, but as soon as our wings made it to our table and we took our first bite, the guy turned the Tampa audio back on. He is lucky the guys I was with were not confrontational because I was ready to clean the grill with his face (my buddies stopped me). Instead I left the place and left my buddies there (I'm not a diehard Dallas fan).
We were a group of 5 guys and I was the only brown guy in the group so the manager probably though I was a Mexican from Texas and like I said before, I’m not a Dallas fan, but I take football seriously and until your place changes its name to Buccaneers, just do as the customer requests. By the way, there was no Tampa or Atlanta fans in the place at the time, there were however other Colts fans that apparently were not bothered by the audio situation or probably were told to f* themselves.

They cant play the audio from every game, if they change to the game you want another table might ask to have it switched to another game and then what does the manager do?

Nice way to bring race into the picture. Just because someone is rude does not mean that they are discriminating. And how do you know that no one in the restaurant liked the game that was playing? Did you personally speak to everyone? If watching the game was so much more important to you than choice of restaurant, why didn't you just ask before you sat down and got all pissed off? You are a drama queen and I'm sure the manager was annoyed by the hissy fit you threw over something so stupid. I wish you would have "cleaned the grill with his face" and gotten the assault charges that would have come along with it.

Hooters managers at hooters

I think my biggest complaint about Hooters is its managers, it just amazes me that a company would hire men who clearly have no respect for women what so ever as managers. I have seen managers make their girls beg, they have belittled them in front of customers, I have seen them make the girls cry just get get a laugh, I have also seen sexual harassment by the managers and unfairness in giving stations to girl depending on their merchandise sales, the girls have to actually buy merchandise them selves to be able to get a good section or tables. It is absolutely disgusting, how the owners of Hooters would let such harassment go on in their famous establishment just boggles my mind. I have been a customer of Hooters for a while but just can't stand to see how managers are allowed to treat their employees. I would hope that owners would step up and lay some ground rules down for managers to followed before their are some really major law suits.
