SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / ripoff and unethical behaviour

I bought a groupon to a workout studio that doesn't want to help me redeem it so they asked me to get a refund with groupon. As soon as I bought the groupon I emailed and called the studio but no answer. Just my luck that this was a long weekend and no one got back to me. I finally was able to get through to someone but now groupon doesn't want to give me a refund because the time has passed. I tried to cancel me order days before but there was no option so how am I supposed to get one? they don't want to help me. I have been a customer for almost 10 years. i am extremely sad this is happening to me. so disappointing
