Groupon.com review: Microsoft office 2024 professional plus lifetime access - windows 10 & 11

When i open Word Doc on my laptop and go to 'file', 'account' i receive the following message:

'ACTIVATION IS REQUIRED TO VERIFY THELICENSE FOR THIS PRODUCT!
IF YOU DONT ACTIVATE MOST OF THE FETURES WILL BE DISABLED ON 19TH JUNE2025!'

Please sort this asap. I have better things to do than chase you up for selling me something whihc doesnt work.

Activation is required to authenticate this copy of ms office.

I bought ms office ltsc pro plus 2024 on 20/05/25. Via Gropon.

Was working fine until today.

This MAK key you sold me was probably sold to multiple customers and has now been blacklisted or maxed out.
Microsoft doesn’t support third-party resellers like Groupon or getsoftwaredeals.com for volume licenses.

The error code 0xC004C020 means the MAK (Multiple Activation Key) has hit its activation limit—basically, it’s been used too many times and Microsoft’s servers are now rejecting it

I am requesting a new key ASAP.

If youre unresponsive, I'll report the transaction to Groupon and my Bank.

This qualifies as fraud.
