google stole my money

I'm attaching your CEO to the email. I spoke to your supervisor regarding this email and phone call. I repeatedly asked you speak with someone above him and he denied me. I was still talking and he referred me he was disconnecting the call and transferring me to the email. He actually hung up on me preventing me from getting an email. I've also submitted this email on your Google Plus pages as well. I'm not ok with what has occurred today.
