After waiting three weeks for my cup, it arrived broken. (You call it "custom made". But it is exactly the one pictured in your advertisement.) I immediately contacted customer service. I was asked if I wanted them to ship another, or issue a refund. So, I ask how long it will take to ship. At this point, I am told that customer service doesn't know if they have any in stock. Only the production crew could answer that question. Since I ordered this three weeks ago in order to have it for Valentine's Day, I couldn't afford to wait another three weeks. A good customer service department would be able to (or offer to) contact the production department to find out if one was in stock.

    I order a phone case and never got it yall took my money
