I ordered my dresses on November 27th and today we are December 28th. I still didn't receive anything besides my tracking number from the RDD. Nothing was scanned. I called so many times but no one took the phone. This is very disappointed and fashion nova should really improve its customer service department.
Unsatisfied customer.. And I know there are plenty others. You guys will lose customers if you don't fix the problem.
