FashionNova — no credit on dresses that were returned

I ordered 3 dresses on July 31st of this year 2017. I was happy to received my order in days but they were too big so I followed the directions on their website on how to return. I qualified for full price credit of the dresses. I waited for over a month to wait for a credit but never received one. I emailed several times about my return and never once received a response from Fashion Nova. It wasnt a customer service ph no.listed so I looked it up. Needless to say, I've tried many times to get through to someone but never got through . I've waited as long as 30 mins on hold but no response but recordings!! I'm very disappointed and at this point I want a full refund of my purchase. I tracked my package and is aware that it was received by someone at Fashion Nova and it was signed for. Please help!
