Fashion Nova / refund/customer service

I placed an order a few weeks ago for a few items. However I received all but I item I ordered, which was ok because I received an email prior to the order being shipped saying that the item was out of stock and I would be issued credit within 72 hours. I was completely fine with receiving a store credit in form of a refund because I shop with fashion nova often. Well it's been a couple of weeks still no refund nor store credit in any form. I've emailed them countless times and well as tried to reach customer service via phone several times. Until now I had never experienced any problems with fashion nova, but I can assure all that they will not receive any more of my business because they have had time to resolve this issue but it obvious that it's being ignored and over look. Very bad business and poor customer service... pissed!!!
