WorldCelebrityDresses: Terrible Customer Service and Delayed Shipping

Ordered a dress from WorldCelebrityDresses, they said it would come in two weeks, but it's been a whole month and still no dress! They haven't even shipped it yet! I've tried to contact them multiple times, but they never respond to my emails. It's so frustrating! I just want my dress!
