I was playing the game of candy crush saga and clicked on checking out how much it was going to cost to buy more time to play and it went straight to saying thank you for buying on two diff times on the same game . I did not authorize any payment nor did i click on any amount to be to be taken out of my account on the 1-26 or on 1-27 of 2013 . Respond at earliest convenience . Pity53@yahoo.com

I keep talking with Zynga support about quests that got lost when my computer lost the connection. They are now telling me how to play the game the way they want it played. They said they won't give me back my quests lost during my connection issues until I finish the quests they want me to play. I didn't finish them because I didn't want or need that stuff for my town! Why is a support line allowed to tell players how they can and can't play a game?

same thing happened to me, charged my credit card 39.00. Didn't even know who memory lane was. Siogned up for class mates because it was a free deal a year ago. I have tried 4 x's to reach them by phone, and a recording comes on sayinig "they are trying to FIND the company I am calling" After 15 mins. or so or using my cell phone mins. I get disconnected. I want this off my card, and want to know why I wasn't notified that I would be charged this, or even asking if I wanted to be with this "Memory lane". This is bogus and stealing. i don't buy the credits if you don't have enugh with what is free then you might have a problem . But i just got ripped off over $300 dollars worth of credits charged to my bank acct and i never even got those credits and now i can't get in touch with facebook they won't give you the real e-mail address to contact them. the phone number was one way the first time and changed the next time and just tells you to go to c.facebook.com/credits it don't work its just a complaint place I think we all got ripped off and facebook is so welthy because of all the rip offs they do I think i will be leaving fb now . by the way when i went to a different site they asked for my number and the dates and amounts and they would get back to me via e-mail within 48 hrs that was a dream havent heard a thing and never will. my advice close the fb acct and cancle your atm, creditcard because it will happen again . I am very sorry for all of us that got taken .

I am being charged on my credit card for charges I did not authorize. I have never used my credit card with your company. My bank has advised me to contact you to resolve this issue and find out who is doing this. They have also said I have to file a police report. I called your no. at 650-543-7818 and get no one to talk to. Please respond by contacting me at 219-895-1146. Thank You for your time. Sincerely Tammi Klawitter

I got an email saying facebook security to update your information or your facebook will be disconnected. I thought it was from you all and when I checked my bank they took out $125.00 from my acct. I want it refunded back into my acct or I will get a lawyer on this matter. thank you

i have been using gift cards to buy facebook credits and it will not let me use them anymore. i dont have a credit card so i have been buying the gift cards. i have been told by the giftcard company that i cannot make multiple purchases from different cards. can you change this for me please?

I reported a accidental misunderstanding of multiple charges that happened to me and my boyfriend on 07 / 20 / 11 and 07 / 21 / 11 72 hours ago and today it is supposed to be resolved today. Can someone please contact me about the situation. Please and thank you daniel jacobs and tammy shanafelt.

i was charged over $300 dollars from facebook on my bank card and i complained they returned 4-$39 dollar amounts and iguess the rest is theres to keep not a happy camper maybe i'll get the rest i just don't know

all i know is facebook refunded me 4 of the fees back to me 4- 39$ fees so i guess someone at facebook really does look and they choose how much they return to you even if you did'nt charge that at all well my card is cancled and the bank is investagating they said they have 10 days to let me know what they found out . facebook is guilty because if they worn't they would not have givin me a thing.

i am writng about a issue that occured with my credit card on cafe world...i tryed to get $150.00 and when i typed everything in it kept comin back to me saying invalid CSC CODE..i tryed to contact u at the #650-887-8643...all i got was a message to write u here like i am, but saturday when i tryed it would not come up to ths site until just now...also ther was like 52 $1.01 tryin to be charged on my credit card cause of the csc code..this was not a new credit card that i wastrying to use for cafe world either..i just used it for farmville not to long ago and it went through with them with no problem...i love playing cafe world and farmville alot and a few of your other games to...i am disabled and this is my passtime playing yr games..i am so worried about thi and don't know why this happened so could u please contact me as soon as possible by calling me at 708-258-3874...i know u can see that i sped alot of money with facebook and this is making me real sick with my progressive MS that i have...hope this is the right place to contact and this is not a scam place to contact so please contact me as soon aspossible..today i hope..cause i wanted to get cash for my cafe world...thank you..jeaneen becker..

My compliant is that i only wanted to spend 10. 00 to get some credits on facebook poker game. Facebook is still taking money out of my account is now up to $195. 00 and i've call my bank and they tell me i have to contact you first to stop the charges, but all i get is to log onto a site and post a compliant. "i can't even talk to a live person. " and you wonder why people get mad. . . I did not authorize these charges.

on July 21 facebook made eight 1.00$ charges that i did not do.
Then on July 26 facebook made another charge of 4.10 that i did not do, and on August 1 another 4.50 that i did not do. May i have those charges back please..

Facebook dont have a real customer service in his Ads program.
