SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

[Resolved] eDreams / ticketing errors on outgoing and return flights budapest causing stress and embarrassment to the party and specifically the individual member.

Date onewas approx. 10April on final check of booking confirmation.Dr. Maria Maria Del Frias Jimenez was mis-spelt. This meant numerous calls between eDreams and BA agent with photo copy of passport and a good deal of stress. Party of 6 travelling from Heathrow to Budapest 14 to 17th April 2017 flight no BA866. Kalip accepted eDreams error but assured all sorted!! On arrival at LHR 2 rather than 3 cases were booked!! More stress and disruption again accepted e Dreams error. Assured return was amended.
Return flight from Budapest a nightmare!! Whilst the original booking for Dr Jimenez was cancelled and rebooked the RETURN FLIGHT WAS NOT!!!
We were told 5 of our Paaaaarty could return Dr J would need to book another seat This was the most stressful and embarrassing journey as a party of 6 we have EVER made. Eventually she was allowed on the flight after a 90min call to eDreams with Kalip.We are requesting compensation for an absolute series of errors on the part of eDreams and will need to carefully consider further business. My name is JTN Clayton and I was the lead traveller for a group of 6 (3couples) travelling to Budapest on 14th April and returning 17th April from Heathrow Booking Reference4B24TT. We all feel very badly let down and am sure eDreams will wish to consider its position by way of recompense. Please take the opportunity to speak with Kalip who is well versed with these issues.     Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
