[Resolved] eDreams / our vacation was ruined

We booked a flight for 4 people via eDreams and had the worst experience.
They made a mistake in our sons name and we noticed that only when we arrived at the airport.
Our son was denied boarding! We were going on a vacation trip, me, my husband and our two kids. In the end I decided to stay with my son. My husband and daughter went ahead and we had to book another tickets to join them later. As a result we lost our money and three days of our vacation.
After we explained the situation to eDreams and provided all the proofs they still refused to refund our money. If you still want to use eDreams, better think again!

  • Resolution statement

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
