I would like to make a report about Dunkin Donuts and how mistreat their employees. when started work not very long ago I was hired by Pinky Its ok until she started to yell at me hit me sometimes and embarrass me which cause me to experience self-conscious distress when I would come to work. Recently my little brother was shot by a stray bullet going to...

discrimination by store manager
I applied at this store and was discriminated against and not hired due to my age of fifty-one. Although I returened eleven times per the store manager's request, I wasted a total of several hours waiting to be interviewen and was later told by word of mouth that the store manager only hires young people to "see what get out of them", as older people do not...

They have very bad service. Like mistreating customers for no particular reason.
To top it when I asked hot water, the other dunkin donuts charge 35c for the cup, but these guys charge teh price of coffee sometimes and price of tea sometimes, but never less. And after couple of times, When my collegues advised that I could complaint about the location. I wanted to warn the guy before I actually complain, so maybe he will just fix it. Instead he took away the cup of hotwater and asked me to go ahead and complain. I asked him I wanted to take the bagel and hotwater and I handed him cash. He completely ignored and turned his face away. So I left.
They missed out on adding cream into my tea. I came back an hour later (I was at work when i figured this out) and they said they could not give me cream because they could not recognize me.

sexual harassment
Several young girls who pass through the 3rd avenue dunkin donuts end up being the only girl in a predominatly indian male atmosphere. There are cameras in the place except in the the freezer room. The girl working at the time is typically asked to go mop the freezer room where usually gets confronted by an older male individual late 50's to 60 (Usually thomas or other). She's unvoluntarily touched and asked to provide sex. If theres some kind of resistance from her then money is offered to cover up or to porsue sex.
These girls are usually here from another country in a seasonal position or are haven't been here for too long. Since they have no proof of anything and because they're outsiders, they are usually affraid to say anything, for fear of reputation, being fired or being mistreated. Usually their only means of survival and getting back to their country depends on the part time job they have which is barely enough to pay for rent.
Police will do very little because thre's no evidence of anything.
Usually not many people can conplain because they go back to their country after a short while, so these individuals keep getting away with it.
One of these days somebody might lose it and do something crazy.
I just wish something legal could be done.
Install a hidden camera in the freezer and use the videotape of the man's activities to send to the police or DD corporate headquarters or just use it to get some sweet cash out the dude. Quit being a whiny victim and turn the tables.
Good luck.
employees cannot understand english
For over 15 years I have been going to Dunkin Donuts. However, the past several years there seems to be a surge of non-English speaking employees who on a regular basis get my order wrong. Should I have to give up my Iced Mocha Latte with an extra shot of espresso and whip cream because there is an employee behind the counter who barely speaks my language? I am a patient person, but after years of this growing problem at my home town Dunkin Donuts, I might just have to call it quits and start buying my java at Caribu. I love this country but really how free am I as an American when a special order for a simple item eludes me due?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Go to Boston and the areas outside of Boston and alot of the Dunkin Donut workers are illegal Brazilian immigrants, the funny thing is alot of the Brazilian who speak fluent english are illegal and in other instances there are emplyess who have limited english skills but they have their immigration paper work in order.
I agree with you.
It is very frustrating dealing with servers and crew members who can't speak english.
I am working for a Dunkin' and more than half of my co-workers are not fluent in english. It makes my job very difficult.
I mean, how am I s'posed to tell them what I need, how to fix orders, ring things, or anything for that matter, if they can't speak english. Its really hard. Customers are constantly complaining.
terrible treatment of employees
My granddaughter took a job at the Dunkin Donuts located on Manchester Street in Concord, NH. The manager should not be in the position she is in. She yells at her workers constantly. She doesn't care how many people are in the shop, you can hear her yelling and then the worker has to come out to work knowing that everything was just heard by all customers. She has no consideration for anyone.
My granddaughter had to call in on Monday because the alternator in my car died. The manager told my granddaughter that if she didn't come in, she was fired. Needless to say, she no longer has a job. I am writing in hopes that this matter is looked into so no one else will have to suffer the wrath of this manager.
Thank you.
I have a complaint against a manager named Jen who works at the Dunkin Donuts on Navy Blvd in Pensacola, Florida. She is telling employees that there drawer is coming up short on a continuous basis. She then threatens to call the police if they don't pay it back. She collects the money by not taking it out of their check but telling them to give her the money. On one occasion she went to the employees house to get the money. Something isn't right here. Also she isn't having the employees witness their drawer being counted down at the end of their shift. In my opinion, I think that this manager is intimidating the employees and pocketing the money herself. She isn't providing any documentation to the employee that they even gave her the money and for what. Again, I say something isn't right here. Not only is she stealing from Dunkin Donuts, but she is stealing from the employees as well. Everyone's drawer can't be coming up short, and to actually go to the employee's house, on their day off, and get the money. This needs to be investigated and charges filed against her and Dunkin Donuts, who she is representing, so that the employees can get their money.
I have the same issue with my manager regarding my drawer coming up short. Or the cash box is short. Then they threatened me with involving the police.
I was fired from there after having worked a week .I was told that I was not a good fit for the store yet I was complimented on my customer service skills .Probation period for
new employees is 90 days. Not to mention I wasn’t being properly trained. I did everything I was told to do.On my termination status form it says is employee eligible for rehire ?Manager stated yes maybe at a later time . Tell me how I get penalized for something that isn’t my fault ?I made the drinks and waited on people as asked .What is the point of hiring someone only to fire them a week later ?Said I seemed stressed I was calm and handled the fast pace just fine .She pulled up numbers and said I wasn’t fast enough .I am new and made sure customers had their orders rang correctly and in a timely manner .Never again will I give DD my business .I worked in retail ms fast food for over 15 years and never once was I treated this way by an employer.
my son works in the bridgton maine dunkin, i have been going there for years, i am so dis satisfyed with there service i am done going there, they have recently cut his hours down to 15hs and made him clock out 3 hrs early yesterday, i went to the manager he said there hrs are not set in stone, i use to be an assistant manager and my employees were always getting there hours as sceduled, i feel the people who are working in there are rude, a waste peoples time, and he ignores what others say about those employees that are rude, some should be fired on there attitudes alone, when is someone going to actually listen and weed out the people who are just there to get a pay check, and keep the ones who actually want to work?

My wife worked for this joke of a business for three weeks. She had to learn EVERYTHING on her own because the " managers" were to busy playing on the computers or didn't show up. She even heard one manager talking to another after getting off the phone to treat the employees like [censor]. And that is no lie. What kind of management would do that! I was mad at my wife for quitting that job, but after all the B.S. they put her through and seeing and hearing all the negative comments, I don't blame her or the several managers from the other stores around us for getting the h*ll out of there. One more thing is you wouldn't believe all the food they toss in the dumpster every night! Bags and bags that could help the homeless or food pantries for the needy! Never eat their again!
I personally believe you need to check the davenport dunkin donuts for employees being abused along with your customer service and cleanliness of all five stores this man operating them has had several complaints operates when there is no water restrooms are completely awful sends employees into clean them then sends back to hand out food and drinks. this place in davenport dunkin donuts should be closed sorry to think dunkin donuts would allow such services in there dunkin world I love dunkin donuts and believe that with the correct way to handle things your franchise store could be an awesome store if you neglect to at least look in to this matter the health and human services will be called I had to leave my job along with my wife do to ubuse at the work place I would love to talk with someone who really cares about dunkin donuts. my phone is [protected] I do have photos I can share but only if your really interested in them. don't let these people destroy what america runs on.
My husband working in Dunkin' Donuts more the 10 years and where his working all customers like him, but the last job he had bad experience with his manager, he has bad attitude with the employees, because his drink a lot and he goes to work changed by drink, so his name is false because he is illegal and he has to use another name. Also he says that as manager everyone has to do what he wants because otherwise they will be fired. He lives threatening the employees and everyone works in fear. He fired my husband because he complained about his attitude. Despite being undocumented, he persecutes those who are citizens. His fake name is Ricardo, but the real name is Renato, that's what he says. The store location is 338 Squire Rd, Revere, MA 02151. No employees is happy this manager, even customer do not like him, Just search . Thank you
Dunkin's franchises by and large are owned by people from Middle East or Near East. Culturally, they are incapable of conducting themselves according the the Universal Standards of Conduct found in the Judeo-Christian Ethic.
I got hired as a part time employee during a probation period which lasts about a few months. Dunkin Donuts has a policy of at will employment which means they can fire you no reason needed at any time during this period. I had gone through the orientation class and completed all the videos, following this I started my floor work. I work a shift for 3 hours on New Year's Eve and another 3 hour shift during a snowstorm the following weekend. I live in a small town and my shift was from 3:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. which already meant their would be less costumers not to mention the holiday and storm caused less business. Now I worked at max with only two other people ( who were employees), I did what they assigned me to do and whatever I could do to be useful. Now granted that I was new I did make mistakes like by accident hitting a button on the machine which pours the milk and cream and having to clean up the mess following that or at one point being confused about the tea string, which I will admit was silly but it shouldn't be a mistake that cost me my job. I remember working my third Saturday only my third three hour shift. I noted my name wasn't on the schedule. I took action two days later on Monday to see if I could get on the schedule, when I called them they told me they were busy. So, I had to call a second time and this time right over the phone, not in person, without provided reason or warning I was fired. So to the people who apply at Dunkin Donuts know you have no job security what so ever beside non- discrimination which can be hard to enforce unless your manager is flat out racist. So, in case a manager reads this and has the idea to fire a new hire, its your money your wasting you #### . An employee should have at least a month to improve while in probation or be verbally warned that their performance is not up to the expected standards. No employee or trainee should be fired over the phone, without reason, and be forced to find another job. Its hard to find jobs and the market is competitive but try to maintain business when you have fired anyone who just happens to make the smallest mistakes while learning.
I work at dunkin its sucks i been there 17 years we can't eat or drink unless we take a break when i try to take a break they tell me no were to busy buy the time we are not busy its time for me to go home its bull crap patricia
Dunkin Donuts is a bad place to work.
Dunkin donuts in raytown is terrible. We've had 3 manager changes who don't know a damn thing on how to run anything. Our new manager is a "close friend" of the district boss and that's the only reason she's been hired.
2 people quit as soon as new manager took over. 3 are about to just give up. They mistreat employees..employees who have been working there for week get raises, but for those who have been there longer don't get squat. Constant yelling and if you're a high school student they don't care, cut hours, no one else clean, and next shift forced to clean EVERYTHING. The manager, shift lead or boss don't reply for any kind of call for help.
They verbally abuse and makes you feel like [censored]. The store is always filthy. It has failed health inspection. Perverted boss, he's married and has his mistresses would come by and demand food and not pay.
After being yelled at..some kind customers would try to help and makes us feel human again. They shouldn't be in business . That perverted boss thinks he's untouchable. There have been so many close calls and they said we're insured? No one gave us any info on that.
There still so many complaints. (Some would park in the parking lot to have sex or drug deals) Dunkin boss would just bats an eye or ignore. I used to love going to Dunkin, but now it's crap. No matter how many complaints there are, voices their reason.. no one can do anything.
it is not dunkin doughnuts
Not against Walmart itself, but against Dunkin Doughnuts coffee being sold in the stores. It is not their coffee! I've bought D&D coffee from D&D stores many times, and always great but yesterday was the first purchase I made since they have been selling it in stores. I am beyond upset! This is not the coffee they sell in D&D! It tastes like Foldgers or some other coffee but definitely not their own coffee! How can I find out what is going on? Are they cutting corners some where?
Help I love D&D coffee! Thank you for your help in this matter.]
Sincerely;
Brigitte Ricci.
Its not teh coffe but the coffee maker..they use professional coffee makers that brew the coffee more evenly and at a certain temp and an exact certain amounbt of water per pot..no it will never taste the same as DD
Dirty hands of employes, rude behavior
There is a dunkin donut in my neighborhood with very untrained, rude and unclean employees. I saw them sticking there hands in the ice-cream and scratching thier heads while touching food. I pulled around to go inside to ask what her name was. Her name i...

I go to Dunkin Donuts for coffee pretty regularly. I ordered and went through the drive-thru. I went to pay with my card, and the cashier tells me that there's no money on it. I knew for a fact that there was a balance of about $15 on it. I asked the cashier to try it again, and he tells me that the card is empty. So, I paid cash. Then, the cashier doesn't offer to give me my "empty" card back, which they usually do. I asked him to give it back to me, which he did. When I got home, I went and checked the balance online, and sure enough, there was a balance of $15.88 on it. He was obviously trying to pocket my card. This behavior makes me sick!
Worst customer service ever!
I needed to study for my midterm exam. A place where's it's warm, opens late, and caffeinated. So i've decided to drive to the local dunkin donuts — big mistake. I got in, purchased coffee and chose a small table at the corner of the store, where I would less likely to be disturbed. An hour later, there was a shift change. I'm not sure if the new person i...

I went to dunkin donuts in clinton, nj and every time I go there the coffee is watered down and it taste like crap. I stopped going there and refuse to drink their coffee. I will drive out of my way to go to another one. But I'm a senior citizen and don't get out much if you could fix the problem there then I would be happy to drink there. But as is now I refuse to go there and they lost a good customer.
Today, I was using a 99 cent coupon for a medium ice coffee and the employee mistakingly gave me a small one. When I pointed this out, another employee took the small iced coffee, poured it into a medium cup with ice (enough ice so the medium cup was now full) and handed me the "medium" iced coffee. I looked at him incredulously (as did the others in line) and asked "That's it? Doesn't a medium iced coffee have more coffee than a small iced coffee?" No, he told me, they have the same amount of coffee.
I've been suspicious for a long time that I was being cheated by the amount of ice you put into the cups, but now I have proof. The only difference between a small, medium, and large iced coffee is the amount of ice! That's quite expensive ice I'm paying for when I get a large.
For now on, I'm buying a small iced coffee and asking for an empty large cup. I'll make the transfer myself and then ask for extra ice.
I ordered 2 coffes and i give the manager 2 coupons, the coupon i bought from DD of free md size coffe with that coupons. After i give him the coupon he said it been used but never used the coupon then he was so rude to me. I told him if it was use then i wouldn't have it because you guys would take it from me.then he gave me that look and said i'm not taking that coupon. And the coffee tasted like hot water.

That's bull. A medium iced coffee literally has the same amount of coffee as a medium hot coffee. I know. I decided to be nosey one day while bored at work (obviously, Dunkin Donuts). The only difference is how the coffee is brewed and that ice is added. A medium definitely has more coffee than a small. Otherwise, it's still a small.
I'm a worker at Dunkin' Donuts and usually when the coffee tastes watered down its because new coffee was new brewed. New coffee should be ground and brewed every 18 minutes or when the pot is empty. I suggest that you tell the manager your coffee tastes watery and you want it replaced with a better one since you paid for it. Do not leave unless you are satisfied with what you paid for. When customers complain to me that something doesn't taste right I always replace it. Don't be afraid to ask. It's our job to make the customers happy and they are our number one priority. I hope your coffee tastes better next time!
I also have had bad experiences with the dunkin donut company.I recently bought one dozen chocolate glaze mixed with powdered and they were as hard as a brick. When I sent out an email about the complaint the very next day the store manager contacted me.He told me how sorry he was and that to keep me as a customer he would send me a email receipt to recieve a free dozen donuts and to get my money back on the first order. Needless to say that hasn't happened guess there not only bad business people but liars as well.
On my way to work I stop at the same dunkin donuts to purchase breakfast it is the closest one to my job, and it has never failed ever time I go my order is messed up. Now, I dont know what the problem is but it sure does not take a rocket scientist to carry out a order If I ask for a coffee with cream and splenda, I get a coffee black, if I ask for a tea black with spenda i get a tea with milk, if I asked for a bagel toasted both side, I get a bagel sliced not toasted and butter, what do i have to do to get a order that is currect because I am getting sick and tired of arguring about food that I don't order.

I go to Dunkin Donuts on the corner of Brick Blvd. & Beaverson Blvd., in Brick, N.J., you are running a promotion(Peeland Play). Why are you running promotions if your company will not honor the coupons ? I buy coffee, donuts, sandwiches, etc. every day and I save the Peel and Play Coupons and when I go to cash one in the girls will not accept them. They say that the manager won't let them take them. What is going on ? I was there yesterday and got a coupon for a free Iced Coffee or Iced Tea with the purchase of a Flatbread Sandwich. Well when I went there today and purchased a Flatbread Sandwich the girl refused to give me the free Iced Coffee. She would not accept the coupon I told her that I got it there the day before but she refused to listen and charged me for the coffee anyway. All the customers on line were trying to reason with her and trying to tell her that the store should not be giving out coupons that they are not going to honor but she absolutely refused to listen to anyone. They were all saying that they were not going to come back there anymore if they are not going to honor the promotions but I thought I would just write you and see what you can make out of this. I would appreciate someone getting back to me and letting me know what is going on. Thanks.
Dunkin donuts coffee coming soon to grocery stores near you! Get it!
I work at Dunkin Donuts, there are many employees I have run into that do stuff like that... but the majority of employees like myself fill the cup half way with ice and then the rest with coffee. This was a medium has more coffee than a small... I'm sorry someone ruined your opinions of us workers.
eating while serving customers!
I was Ordering at dunkin donuts (pc#332985 Bondsville, Ma) and the worker serving me was eating an ice cream cone, and she had also not followed the order correctly. I had ordered a small milkey way hot chocolate with whipped cream and she had giving it to me with out the whipped cream so i gave it back and also i am not sure if i even got a milky way hot choclate because on my receipt it had said i order a small white hot chocolate and this was my first time ordering a milky way hot chocolate so i was not sure if it was because it was new and they had not upgraded there cash register. The main reason was because of her eating while serving food.
Because of the customer you have a job. dont get mad just because you didnt finish school. thats way your there who are you mad at I hope yourself.
As far as dunkin donuts complaints go. Some are better than others. I always serve the customers with a good attitude but more often than not the customers are extremely rude and treat me like dirt. They are a bunch of fu**ing caffeine addicts that come in feeding thier addiction and scream at me if they don't get it perfect. I had a man throw his coffee over the counter because I made his coffee "too light" supposedly when he clearly told me that he wanted extra extra cream and I even repeated his order back to him. I get several customers a day like that. I work my 8 hour shifts with not a single break and still serve the customers while working in an understaffed very busy store. The customers at drive will yell hello in my ear the very second they come up at drive through. Even when there are only two people on that shift and we have a huge line at counter and another at drive through. Managment should be contacted more often than not it is not the fault of the employees. People just dont give a ### anymore. And I will not be treated like crap when I work my ### off to keep a roof over my head.
Terrible service!
I went to Dunkin Donuts (Tremont St, Boston, MA) store on 12/26 evening around 5pm to buy a $20 gift card. Well lets see since this Dunkin Donuts has opened I have visited quit a few times. Every single time i go first of all the people can not speak English. Hello this is America you came to our country. Second of all you spend so much time trying to speak with them you get so furious you don't even care to finish your order or come back for that matter. This Dunkin Donuts sucks and I mean seriously there donuts are never fresh they are almost stale when you bite into them and they never have the ones you want whats up with that? It's holiday time now almost halloween and they don't even carry the holiday donuts for my daughter. At first I thought maybe it was because they just opened and didn't have the hang of things so i made sure i gave it enough time before i stopped back and it still sucked. Now i am just completely turned off by all of them it makes me think i am going to waste more of my money because i don't just buy 1 donut i usually buy about 2 dozen and a box of munchkins so my daughter has her own. Ive wasted my money of 5 trips so far and my family has the same problem and so do my friends with this one. I believe they need to be shut down or someone else needs to come show them how things are done. One of these times i am going to visit and they are going to be surprised when i have the time to turn my car back around and throw there nasty food back in there face and tell them how i feel.
When I was a kid in the 80's I remember the donuts being really good. They're pretty gross now. No crisp outer part, no fresh fried taste. They are lifeless, bready, and artificially tasting and I never get them. People rave on the coffee but I guess it's because it's bland? Even their non-donut food is pretty gross. You're better off going to McDonalds, get a good egg sandwich and a [censored]ty coffee loaded with flavor syrup and cream to mask the sour taste, for less money.
Couldn't agree more in general about Dunkin, but it's not just your location, it's an overall corporate culture problem (my top reasons to be anti Dunkin' Donuts: http://kooztop5.blogspot.com/2011/11/top-5-reasons-im-done-with-dunkin.html). I would love for DD to go back to what it was about 15 years ago, but there's no way that will happen. I remember when they used real eggs, had amazing coffee, and didn't rely on gimmicks. Oh well.
their boston cremes taste awful. i want dd to go back to their old recipe. when i order a caramel latte, they charge me $3.79 for something that tastes like horse ###. dagnabbit ### and balls! to hell with dunkin donuts.
well i when to the dunkin donuts located on 1600 south east rd in farmington ct i walk in the store and the floor is real dirty, the bathrooms are not clean and they smell really bad the manager that was in the from counter had a really bad attitude she yells at her employees wild theres customers on the front counter i asked for a coffee and it tasted like it was there for a long time. she has poor manager experience her name is maria thats what it saids in her name tack. i would like for someone to take care of the problems that the store has its not good for customers how go to that dunkin donuts. Thank You.
Dunkin Doughnuts Quality has gone long ago. Corporate greed has replaced the Great Doughnuts and Coffee with lower quality, cheaper ingrediants and given up on freshness.
I miss the good old days when the doughnuts were made on site, of the best ingrediants. One could get a fresh doughnut and cup a Joe.
Not any more, cheap junk served by unprofessional staff.
Why people still go there is beyond me? The doughnuts are made in some way off factory now, of the similiar quality that put "Bess Eaten Doughnuts" out of business!
I lived in New Brunswick NJ I have a Dunkin Donuts a block away from my house on Route 27 by the coach bus station. Every time I buy a Cappuccino they give me regular coffee and charge $ 3.63 for it. I would appreciate if you guys take action and make them operate like a Dunkin Donuts
ddsucks.com
The coffee at most Douncan Doughnuts also stinks now. They make it in small mpots and the stay on the burner too long. Every once in awhile I get a good cup but it is never consistent. I now go to a Quick Check or 7-11. Out of 5 DDs in my area only one has good coffee. They say it is because they dont use the small glass pots. DD Lets get with it. You are not the only one around anymore!
Our family have been enjoying your donuts for many years. We
buy them at least once a week if not more. The last 5 or 6 times they
were stale, hard no one ate them This was in the morning too.. I toss them out. I'm wondering if its the store or you have changed you're recipe. I did noticed the worker had the doors open to the donuts. This could be the problem. This was at Monaca, PA. I will not buy them again unless I get feedback. I miss your fresh donut.
I went to buy a cup of coffee and the employees were unprofessional. As I walked into the establishment I heard the person behind the counter use the N word twice and the manager use the F word once. Is this the image that you want for your company. This took place in Perth Amboy ,NJ on Convery Boulevard. You need to tighten up on both your management and the employees. This is a so called family place and it represents all that has gone wrong in the U.S. This is only one place that I have witnessed such behavior. I will be writing similar messages to other establishments that I witness operating in this chaotic disrespectful mode.
cashier splashed up and hit me with the coffee!
On 10/06/07 I went to Dunkin Donuts in Penn Yan NY. I went to the drive through window. I ordered 3 Cappachinos. As the cashier handed them to me through the window the hot cappachino's splashed up and hit me in the face and all over my arm. The cashier did not so much as offer an apology. I am unable to go to management and speak to them as they all barely speak english. The last time I tried ordering from there it took 15 minutes for them to figure out what I was ordering.
I will let my attorney handle this.
That's unfortunate, you're likely to get nothing out of this settlement. Also, there is probably no proof considering the cameras were probably blocked by the cashiers body. This is the case in my store. They will delay the case until you quit. Good luck!
poor service and inconvenience!
Last night, once again I went to the Dunkin Donuts located on Rt. 30 Rd. in North Versailes PA and once again their were only maybe 15 donuts in the entire store which are kinds I don't like. Also, they have the same problem with the bagels, but, this has been going on since the N. Versailes store was remodeled what 2 or 3 years ago. This is the 5th time at this location. Also, I have had the same problem at the location on Rt. 30 in Irwin PA. just in the past few weeks, once I went on a Thursday night to the Irwin location, then on Friday and Saturday to the N. Versailes location in the same week and every time no donuts. They are open 24 hrs. a day, which they use to always have donuts no matter what time you would stop in. I am stopping around 10 pm or so. Since I only stop by 1-2 times a week, I suspect these stores have had no donuts probably when I haven’t stopped. When I ask to speak to a manager or owner and one never seems to be around. The only answer I get is we only make Donuts certain times a day which the Donuts are not ready until 2 or 3 in the morning, both stores are owned by the same person and the Donuts are made at the N. Versailes store. The first time this happened I stopped on a Saturday night around 10 or 10:30 I was told the donuts would be ready in an hour. I waited an hour and was told oh they would be out in a few minutes and they were not another half hour went by to get a person to talk to. Then I was told the donuts would not be ready until 2 or 3 in the morning after waiting an hour an half for a donut. I walked out with no donuts and wasted an hour and half of my time. So now I ask for the owner or manager and get no one and walk out angry and disappointed. Every time I am told we were busy today so I guess this means they are busy all the time and never have donuts that makes a lot of sense. I remember the commercials that say it is time to make the donuts which means you should have donuts when you are open at all times. This means if you are open 24 hours a day you should have a verity of donuts 24 hours a day not just 2 in morning or 2 in the afternoon. This is like going to McDonalds and them telling me we don't have a Big Mac we only make them certain times a day. I have been told at 2 in the afternoon is the best time to get donuts. I work for a living over 12 hours 6 days a week. I do not have time to stop in when there might be donuts available. I go out of my way to get donuts from Dunkin Donuts and I do not appreciate them no having donuts any time I stop. I have not been able to get one donut in weeks to a month. Do you realize how much money is being lost and how many customers you are loosing. This mean not just these 2 locations, but, your name all over the world and all locations, just because of 2 stores never having donuts. I think someone should know what poor customer service these stores are giving since I am sure this is not the way Dunkin Donuts wants to be represented.
Other people have been talking about problems they have been having with these stores and are now going elsewhere for their donuts like crispy cremes. I don’t want to go elsewhere so I am writing to you with the hope that you would look into this franchise and rectify the situation so we can all go back to patronizing Dunkin Donuts. I will never go to Dunkin Donuts again any where I travel if the next time I go and they have no donuts. See I work for a trading company and deal with people all over the world and travel all over the world and all of them come here for meetings which I bring Dunkin Donuts to. Which they love and are not happy when I don't bring them which just happened this past week. So I am also having this problem at 8 in the morning.
Sincerely
Shannan
Last night, once again I went to the Dunkin Donuts located on Rt. 30 Rd. in North Versailes PA and once again their were only maybe 15 donuts in the entire store which are kinds I don't like. Also, they never have bagels. This is the 3rd time at this location I have had the same problem. They are open 24 hrs. a day, which they use to always have donuts no matter what time you would stop in. I am stopping around 10 pm or so. Since I only stop by 1 time a week, I suspect these stores have had no donuts probably when I haven’t stopped. When I ask to speak to a manager or owner and one never seems to be around. This is like going to Burger King and them telling me we don't have a Whopper we only make them certain times a day. I have been told at 2 in the afternoon is the best time to get donuts. I do not have time to stop in when there might be donuts available. I go out of my way to get donuts from Dunkin Donuts and I do not appreciate them no having donuts any time I stop. poor customer service
Today, once again I went to the Dunkin Donuts located on Randall Rd. in Geneva Illinois and the doors were locked. In the past few weeks I can count three separate occasions when I visited this store and found several people in the parking lot waiting to get in the store at 6:00 a.m. They used to be open 24 hrs. a day, now they dropped the night shift and are supposed to be open at 5:00 a.m. which they can’t seem to accomplish. Since I only stop by 2-3 times a week, I suspect this store has probably been closed on days when I haven’t stopped. When I ask to speak to a manager one never seems to be around. I think someone should know what poor customer service this store is giving since I am sure this is not the way Dunkin Donuts wants to be represented.
I work at a large hospital and other people have been talking about problems they have been having with this store and are now going elsewhere for their morning coffee. I don’t want to go elsewhere so I am writing to you with the hope that you would look into this franchise and rectify the situation so we can all go back to patronizing Dunkin Donuts.
Sincerely,
Linda

We are not allowed to put wax papers in the bags with a product at all. It's just like putting a pair of used disposable gloves in the bag, which is unsanitary. Our hands touch the paper, and then touch your food. The employee probably had no idea she was doing anything wrong. Ask for separate bags next time.
We are not allowed to put wax papers in the bags with the donuts after we've touched them in our location unless specifically asked to.
The entire point of the wax paper is to create a barrier between the hand and your food. Why would you want said contaminated object banging around in the bag rubbing against your donuts.
if anything, if you really are that particular, you should ask for seperate bags.
To the Dude that complained about the lack of squishy donuts- get up earlier. Most places unless located in a busy 24 hour spot, only get one, 2 deliveries max. Donuts are best between 6-3 and then from there is a bit.. downhill. Thats because donuts and coffee doesnt come out of a Magically Perfectly Delicious land; they come out of trucks and from hurried workers rushing brews cause they only have 2 pots that function and a line out drivethru and front counter. Its from owners with their values on how much cash they can stick in their pockets to buy more stores or buy STUPID equipment we dont use while purposefully shorting their stores of NEEDED items like CREAM and SUGAR and REGULAR COFFEE and all sorts of other things. Lids. Medium cups. I remember the day we ran out of ice. That was aweful.
The point is,
it sucks for the employee too.
Ive been at this particular location for almost 4 years now, and I am damn good at being Octopus Armed/Minded (able to multitask and remember large strings of orders at once) cause I do everything by myself cause they put me on BY MY SELF with a drive through and a front counter and I serve you guys AT ONCE. And the costumers are just the tip of the iceburg. You really have no idea how much side work there is when you are by yourself. And EVERYTHING else. I never stop moving; and Ive learned to like it cause guess what? I get Coffee to make it possible, and The tips I make, make it worth it. If you are a good people person, which I am, you develop a following. And once you have that following your in. You have an average amount you pretty much know you can count on. This is the deciding factor of any tip industry.
But now they are taking that away, so I think it is going to be time for me to find a new job. The constant, rediculious shortages and unfair treatment/late paychecks was one after another after another.. machines break and they dont fix them.. keep having to turn people away.. That comes out of my pocket too, because that is potential tips for me right there! When you have to keep telling people you dont have something its REALLY hard to get them to tip you after that cause they dont like your establishment and either they dont realize or you BOTH dont realize that its really the Corperation holding ya down. They dont give a ### about nobody. Not even pissed off customers. Unless it can be held up in a court of law. They know someone else will happen along wanting what you were wanting.
I have always been a Dunkin Donut fan however my complaint is the Coffee is not always Hot, and the donuts are not always Soft, especially the JELLY. I believe it may be the ingredient? Sometimes they taste like btheir not FRESH. JOHN
There was a time when donuts were made fresh all day in each store. Remember the ads with that tired donut maker getting up all through the day every day to make the donuts. All he could say was "got to make the donuts" where is that Dunkin's cause they all suck now in fact I don't think there has been a fresh donut at Dunkin's in at least 15 years or more. Are there still real donut stores left? Maybe the savior inchief can fix this in his next fleecing of America's unborn tax bill. Some congress member can write it in to law. Who's going to complain about it since they don't read these bills anyway why not a fresh donut act.
