I was in the drive thru at dunkin donut at 32 peruville road lansing n. y. store # 346810 cashier. kelsey s. I ordered large coffee coolatta. large hot coffee and a donut. I was at the window and the girl put the donut in a bag and dropped on the floor and then proceed to hand it to me laughing! I said I do not want that donut it fell on the floor and she said so what it was in a bag. I said I am not taking that donut the bag had water dripping off the bottom and she says well I am not giving you a new one and I replied you most certainly are. she mumbles few things goes to donuts where they have this new thing they can put cream in the donuts which she did put in the bag and licked her fingers while handing me the bag! coffee was cold and coolatta half melted by the time done witi her nonsense. took all I had not to go inside and give her a public what not. very unprofessional and disrespectful.
