Domino's Pizza wrong order

I called in an order for a large, thin crust pizza with sausage and meat ball toppings, on friday september 09 2011 at 5:50 pm . I picked up same at 6:o5 pm and opened box at home and was surprised to find a large thick crust pie with sausage and green pepper topping. My wife cannot eat peppers and as a result she ate nothing.My price for an awful pie was $ 13.90 I would like to be compensated . The manager that makes the schedule cares nothing about the employees availability. She has made my husband close every day he has worked since July 28, 2011. Also she just tells him that hes going to cover for other people because she can. She is a total b and i want to know if i call the corporate office if anything might be done about it. Domino's Pizza delivery service

Our delivery service dropped off our pizza which was 14 dollars. The delivery driver than said she did not have any change to give us money back and had a very bad attitude about finding a way to get us our money. Stated that by time she got us change we would only have 4 dollars left and how are we not going to support a hard working girl. The tip was not the issue, the forced amount of tip and attitude made it a very uncomfortable experience, especially when the driver stated she knew she should not have come all the way out to our home. I found this very displeasing and will no longer use the dominos service again. I should never be told how much I should tip, and feel threatened if I don’t tip the amount the driver felt was necessary.

Sheil - I ALSO stopped using their service because of the tracker. Actually it was the first and last time I ordered from that place.

I ordered a carry out order and I only had a 30 minute lunch at that time. The "tracker" said my order was ready, so I finished what I was doing and left about 10 minutes later. I showed up THEY DIDNT EVEN KNOW I ORDERED! I was like... I ordered this, your "tracker" showed it done and you are tellling me you didnt even MAKE my ORDER?

They said it was a system problem that it starts counting down using an estimated time it SHOULD take to do the order, not what is actually going on. Now, I dont even know if that's true but the fact of the matter was I was lunchless that day because I had no time to go anywhere else, eat and get back to work in time.

again though, I would have refused the pizza, slammed the door in her face, called corporate before she got there and reamed them out for hiring such an ungrateful person.

I too have ceased to use this chain. I had ordered a pizza and was glad that they had a pizza tracker that let you know the progress of your order. Was really happy to see order was completed for delivery 30 minutes after I placed the order. Was even happy to know that the driver had left the store with my order. 45 minutes later, no pizza but a check of the tracker showed my pizza had been delivered to me. Contacted the store, was told, well we have a lot of orders and the driver had not left yet, however the tracker shows I had received my order. I asked if they were trying to appear to have a good record for service by showing fradulent information. Manager states well the driver is leaving now with your pizza, I stated to tell the driver to eat it and pay for it themselves because that was ridiculous to treat customers that way. That was a year ago, and now all my family and friends have also stopped using this particular Dominoes. They lost a lot of money with us. guess that is what happens when the whole store acts like they are smoking crack!1

Wow... im trying to make sure I understand this. I am guessing you had a 20 and wanted to tip her $4.00 right? I dont see any other way 4 would have came out as a change amount...

To me... that's not bad. I usually tip a waitress 5 or more on a 15 dollar tab so 4 on a 14 dollar purchase where they didn't do anything at all except drive is a good deal. Wait staff actually waits on me, not drive 5-10 minute and drop something off.

I would call not only the manager but the district manager AND I would refuse the pizza. No tip if your nasty about even getting a tip in the first place.

. I understand they use their own gas, but this was a job they chose...Plus most drivers that I know make min wage, as opposed to the 2.25 most waitstaff makes. That's for all you naysayers out there saying the girl had to pay for her own gas.

I like my waitstaff where-ever I go just because their job IS hard... defiantly 100% harder than driving and making change.

Domino's Pizza manager can't speak english

So first a woman from dominos takes my order, she hardly spoke English good thing I speak Spanish…. I ORDERED @ 7:27 AND called back at 8:45 like where is my pizza…. instead of asking my name or address I was told in broken English I didn’t order one, I must of said I know I ordered two…she told me again “no pizza”….. When I asked to speak to a dominos manager she said she was the manager, WOW what is the world coming too all I wanted was pizza now I ordered from a spot up the block…. when I called back she hung up the phone four times and told me to hold like another four times only never to return to the phone….. I feel like this woman should loose her job seriously how hard is it to answer the phone, take an order and get it delivered?

Fullerton & Kolmar….. DOMINOS PIZZA not a good place to order for employing people…I will be speaking to the real manager.

Domino's Pizza late delivery

Dear Sir, I am a regular dominos customer who used to order pizzas at least once in a month. We all r crazy behind dominos..I m staying at Ahmedabad-India-Gujarat. Yesterday evening, inspite of ordering on phone we personally visited your one of the outlet situated at Thaltej area, Opp. SaL Hospital, Nr. St. Kabir school-Ahmedabad to order one pizza parcel worth Rs.375/. It was ordered at 8.34 PM & was delivered to us in your outlet itself at 9.25 PM. It took almost 50 minutes..Besides we personally went there to take hand delivery at dominos. No doubt there was heavy rush out there due to Sunday but u were failed to maintain your response time of 20-30 minutes which u are advertizing & committing to customers.

An order was placed for a medium deluxe veggie, cheeze burst pizza with coupon code LSM04 at Plot no : 1, Survey Nos:204 & 206-2, Kumar Archade, Opp Ram Krishna Studio, Bhavani Nagar, Nacharam Village, Hyderabad at about 13:13 HRS precisely, when I am writing this mail at 14:00 HRS I am yet to receive my order...upon calling them back...they're asking for my address as in house no...then when I said since it is more than 30 minutes it has to be free...I was told that there's no time guarantee for it...then why this info wasn't given while placing the order? This is a sheer display of unprofessionalism. Kindly look into it.

Yesterday i call for delivery pizza and chicken wings.
This first time my life waited very long hours and very dis-pointed with there service provide.
Non famous delivery food ( food restaurant in my area ) never make mistake until now with their service.
Below is there detail of BAD IMPRESSION ON DOMINO PIZZA :-
Order at Dec 25 at 1433hrs and they confirm will deliver after 30 minutes
I call again at 1508hrs confirm send within 10 minute
I call again at 1516hrs again confirm 15 minute to deliver
I call again at 1603hrs and already my nerve and we went out take our LUNCH.
There funny thing each time i call i need wait for reply 5 ~ 8 minutes to confirm and but no deliver been made.If Domino practice this way better CLOSE DOWN there Business very fast since there also PIZZA HUT with good service.
So i need ANSWER from your side ( ask Top Member Call me ) if not i will close this matter in Electronic media also.
This what i feel / tired with service and also answer made by DOMINO PIZZA to me.

Domino's Pizza cheating in billing

i want to complaint about cheating in bills at domino's blue area Islamabad branch, my name is jamal afzal sheikh i visited domino's twice a month, these days in ramazan the manager there is cheating with customers in billing, as it happened with me also. While taking the order they dont take cash in advance and they take order on tables and provide bills on tables and there they cheat people while telling them that some of the products which customer had ordered were not in the offer of ramazan and they had to pay the full amount while here they are lying to cheat, coz many things in side orders are also with discount in ramazan. But when i find that he is cheating with me i argued with him then he said that the exess bill is due to tax on bill, which i know is 16% GST, wings were of Rs.200 and after tax Rs.232 but he was charging Rs.360 same he was doing with all customers. i am just complainting that the authorities who are managing domino's must take action coz its the matter of there reputation.

Domino's Pizza rude delivery driver

I have no idea if this email have any effect on u or the people concerned with dominos name but im writing it to u to inform u that how utterly disappointed i m to order a food from domino’s sheffield west street ths weekend. First of all food was rubbish cheese was well below the required level if im paying 16 pounds for a pizza i expect to get a good value for money the second thing i received my food in 45 minutes. What took thm so long to deliver coz of mismanagement from ur staff i have to suffer the embarrassment in front of my guest, as it arrived late it was cold.

When i informed the store they told me that they r busy i mean what kind of excuse is that, last but the worst thing of all is the delivery driver. Before delivery driver used to deliver pizza s on door but this bloody chap was acting as if he has done a great favor to me by delivering the pizza he didn’t bother to cum out of his car and knock the door instead sat in the car listening to music and giving me the pizza from car window i mean wht kind of service is that. Dude u guys give training to ur staff and teach them sum manners or recruit just like that.

I want a full bloody explanation from u otherwise i ll go to top management for this, the humiliation i suffered in front of my guest will remain in my mind forever anyways that was the last time i ordered anything from this ### place.

Domino's Pizza worst service and miss behave

Hi Team,

I, Magesh Vijayan, working in Manyata Embassy Business Park (Manyata Tech Park), Bangalore, India.

Today, 05 Aug 2011, in Dominos outlet based out of Manyata, our lunch turned out to be a nightmare. I placed an order for Fresh Veggie Cheese Burst Pizza at 02:01 PM (I am submitting herewith all the details, bill, phone no’s contacted, Pics of store manager and store guys, etc), but up to 02.40 PM we weren’t served. After 45 Min or so I suppose, I went up to the counter to ask for my delivery. But the Guys in the counter (Kumar and Sandeep) asked me to bear with this delay as there were other customers also waiting for delivery like me. If that’s the case, the pizza’s should be delivered free of cost as per Domino’s, but he refused to give it at free of cost.

When I asked the Store delivery guy, Kumar to give Store Manager Avinash’s contact number, he refused initially and after long argument he gave a mobile number stating that it is his Manager number but in this case also I hope he cheated me. He had given his own number as managers number ([protected]), when I contacted that number and tried to escalate my complaint, I had asked him to come to the counter and speak to me personally, but he refused. And later the counter guy returned the money after long argument and I came out of the store.

At last the store manager Avinash came from no where and the store guys were speaking something to him pointing fingers on me. I tried taking snap’s of them through mobile, the Manager at the counter got angry and tried to grab my mobile. When I hesitated to give, he tried to hit me physically and there after I walked out of the store.

1. Is this the way to treat Customers at your store?
2. Is this the meaning of delivering happiness as you say?
3. If delivery can’t be done on time why are they taking orders?
4. My lunch with my colleague was ruined.
5. The guys in your outlet wasted our valuable time.
6. At the end we got nothing and walked out of the store.

Domino's Pizza slow service

We decided to order a pizza tonight and placed the order at 8:20 pm on a Monday night thinking we would get a quick dinner. According to Dominos tracker, it has yet to leave the store and is currently being "quality checked" by Kelly, mind you it is now 9:15 pm...she spent 25 minutes making the pizza and after a quick bake she must have been so enamored by her work that she decided to spend the next 25 minutes admiring its beauty. I will def order from my trusty friend, Papa John.

Domino's Pizza bad food

pickup up a large thin crust pepperoni from the mtn view location. This was even worse than last original crust -which was all crust. The thin crust was neither crust nor was there sauce/cheese to mention. There were several slices of paper thin topping. If had not been burned, might have considered the pizza slices as pepperoni flavored crackers. This was my second try of Domino's after couple years-the original crust last month was all crust, but at least edible bread. I'm sort of curious now to know if deep dish can be worse-betting they can, so Ill just stay away from Domino's in the future.

Domino's Pizza employee mistreatment

The stevens point, WI Dominos treats their employees horribly! the roads are flooded & overpasses are blocked by cops right now... all other pizza places were asked by police to keep their drivers off the road... but god forbid dominos consider their drivers safety or obey the police's request for that matter!... the poor drivers are out trying to get around blocked roads and driving through rivers... drivers should never be forced to work out in a storm like this again, esspecially since the police announced that roads needed to remain clear and that it wasnt safe for people to be driving. All of those drivers in the stevens point shop should be given bonuses and be appologized to. If I see any of those drivers out in a storm this bad again I will NEVER order dominos again, and I will be sure to tell everyone I know just how much more important money is to Dominos than its damn employees!

P. S. a few weeks ago tornado sirenes were sounding and people were pulling over for cover... dominos drivers drove right through it all night! help me get the word out that its not fair to treat employees like this... especially wen they make as little as they do!

On 07/19/2011 I visited Domino's Pizza Amman Jordan determine the Medina branch and they had a lot of work and Zguet Mallk because of the weekly show was a wonderful person runs a restaurant called the truth, Mr. Alaa Muheisen was a beautiful sight in the style of receipt of the request with a smile in spite of the wonderful Zguet work for him was great telling me that the demand will take a quarter of an hour So I laughed and told him that this is difficult smiled and said Nothing is difficult and we have during the waiting period was the move from one place to another with lightning speed and was keen to serve customers as quickly and really amazing during this time my request has been prepared and beautifully I hope you appreciate this employee was really a wonderful performance

Domino's Pizza service

Dear Sir,

I had ordered a pizza from Dominos Dugri Ludhiana outlet.I have been a regular customer of Dominos, I am also quite aware of the brand image associated with dominos.I expected the same the brand like you as well.But today when I ordered for a pizza at 14:57 (10/07/2011) (order no 46) it reached me at 15:38 exact and after the delay in service the excuse I get to hear from the delivery boy was as usual traffic.
After the delay in service the pizza was no more hot enough to cosume by the time we received it.
Also, although I am a fan of Dominos pizza but today surprisingly .Even after the worst experience I have ever had with dominos I was just consolidated with a smile only and acceptance of late delivery in written on the bill. but can't help it phrase.If this is the condition then why are we consumers offered delivery on time promises and quality assurances . and the statement written on menu ( delivered hot and fresh in less than 30 minutesor free) is just fake.

I arrived at Dominos drive-thru and ordered a Italian Sub and chips. Ron Klein (manager) told me that it would be 14-20 min before it would be ready. I left and returned 20 min later. The clerk came to the window and I told her that I was there to pu my order. She asked for my name. I replied that the guy didnt ask me for my name. I told her it was the older guy that took my order. She left the window and when she returned she advised me that Ron forgot to enter the order in the computer and they would get me a sandwich done in about 6 min and Ron had said to give me free sandwich coupon for my next visit..I asked why not give me my sandwich free then. She yelled at Ron that I wanted my sandwich free tonight and he said NO..First of all, why did I have to wait to get a free sandwich on next visit? It was THAT visit that was the problem and a free sandwich for my trouble and extra wait would have been very appropriate and the RIGHT THING TO DO. I have worked for a service industry company for 30 yrs and we would never treat a customer in that manner. There are pizza stores on nearly every corner and considering the economy and the competition for customers these days, I think Dominos could do themselves a favor and update their policies for taking care of customers. ITs called taking care of today so there IS A TOMORROW. You guys could be out of business before I can even visit you again, so how bout doing the right thing for the CUSTOMER TODAY..deb

since we only have 1 domino's pizza we order from there quite often. in ordering we were shorted money( which was solved), we have had our pizza over an hour late. this evening was the last draw we ordered pizza always for delivery and to our suprise it didn't show up... so we waited and waited still no pizza. i called and we were told that it was put down for pick-up. when i asked for a number to corporate office i was informed by ms. martinez than she did not have access to that information and that she was the manager on duty. so i asked her again for a number to someone above her she was of no use. i will not be ordering from domino's pizza again. until they have management that is able to fully preform their duties i will not seek their service any longer!

I placed a pick-up order for A Thin & Crispy Pacific... I have order this pizza several Times OR more in the past. I traveled approx 2 miles to pick-up... the box read ...name/price/ order/ that was correct. When i got home I opened the box to see it was not correct. It was hand tossed, and not cooked completely with the juices from the veggies standing in the middle of this pizza. I called back, and "YES" ...I was ANGRY!, angry because it reflected back to past orders that were either delivered incorrect, or not properly fixed. I called explained my order was wrong. I was told to come back... my response was I traveled 4 miles round trip, and now I have to travel back (8miles altogether) I returned to store with pizza. I explained what it was ordered pointed out the print out on box of the order. I told them this was a inconvience could I receive store credit. Their response "NO" I'll give you a free coke, or breadsticks. Okay... I did not want what was offered. They re-made the pizza. I opened the box, and the veggies were not all on the pizza... the cheese the pizza was over cooked. I did not say anything I picked up box... tasted to make sure that my eyes did not deceive me, IT WAS TRULY BURNT, and they put lettuce under the sauce. This pizza was meant to be cooked intentionally this way! It was not worth eating. Yes, I paid for good service pkus the respect of food ordered. I made my husband taste a little piece to make sure, the cheeese was like rubber... We had stopped ordering for a while because the care of food service the employees put towards customers. This should not happen to folks who are trusting in their services. My mind wondered if this was done spitefully to a customer ... what else dis they do to this PIZZA.

Domino's Pizza poor service

Dear dominos team,

With huge disregard I would like to write a feedback to your sector-50. Noida store! Pathetic service!

I had called for 20 times to their [protected]/ [protected] and also [protected], no one picked up the call.

Then I had called [protected] for another 7 times, customer care connected me to sec 50 store again no one picked up. Even the similar kind of incident has happened in past as well.
When finally after 50 mins someone picked my call and asked for order... He was very harsh and said the order would deliver in 30 mins... Aaa 40 mins, no no 45-50 mins! Poor customer care executives!

I was a regular customer of dominos but atleast with such kind of service I would never want to be the same anymore.

I wish you better luck!

I called to order Pizza for my kids at approximately 10:15; the girl answering the phone began to take my order and suddenly stopped. She then informed me that she could not take a pick-up order because the lobby was closed. I was also informed that they would not deliver to my neighborhood after dark. I asked to speak to the manager; I asked him for some options; he more or less said that there was nothng he could do. I then asked for the district manager’s number. He enplaned to me that he could not give me his number, but he would give him mine. I asked would I be hearing from him tomorrow; he said that he did not know his schedule. It has been three days and I have yet to her from the district manager or anyone from Dominos. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for several years, ordering 6+ pizzas per month.

I think it's great that the manager cared enough about his employees that he did not send them to what sounds like a dangerous neighborhood after dark for a few bucks to sell a pizza. 10:15 at night is already very late to be sending drivers out who probably face the potential for robbery all too frequently. Find out what time the lobby closes and make sure you place an order with plenty of time to pick it up before it happens. I think your mission should really be to get a Neighborhood watch program going in your area instead of complaining about a manager at the pizza store. That sounds like the much bigger problem and one where focusing your energy could actually pay off.

Domino's Pizza why they do not deliver in some parts of gurgaon?

I have just called 0124-[protected] and got to know that human beings does not leave in their own houses. The humans are only those who are living in the corporate or big societies or apartments. They said that Sanjay Gram is out of their delivery area but they do deliver in front of Sanjay Gram at Sector 14. WHAT IS BEING DONE BY DOMINOS IS AN ATTACK ON THE SOVEREIGNTY OF THE INDIAN NATION AS 80% OF OUR POPULATION LEAVES EITHER IN RURAL AREAS OR AREAS WHICH ARE NOT A PART OF SOCIETIES OR APARTMENTS. I SHOULD ADVISE DOMINOS TO CLOSE THEIR OUTLETS IN INDIA AS THEY COULD NOT REACH OR DOES NOT HAVE THE POWER TO REACH THE 80% OF OUR INDIAN POPULATION. BE INDIAN SAY NO TO DOMINOS AND DO NOT VISIT THEIR OUTLETS. GO FOR A LOCAL VENDOR DELIVERING PIZZA IN YOUR AREA. DOMINOS IS MAKING INCOME IN YOUR COUNTRY AND SENDING IT TO ITS COUNTRY.

Domino's Pizza customer service

We have always ordered from dominoes at least twice a month and spend more than fifty dollars at a time . My daughter had a birthday pizza party or at least that was what was supposed to happen . The time bbefore this dissappointment was not too long ago that our pizzas were extremely so late they were almost forgotten. We have stuck with dominoes almost through anything but this was the last straw. I spoke to someone that was supposed to be the manager to my knowledge as i had requested one. He made the delivery right and also sent us a complimentary pizza I trusted that this would be the end of our dominoe problems but... the manager also said that the next time we ordered a LARGE order again we would then get a fifteen percent discount because i am a long time customer. Tonight, for the party no pizza so far, called and asked for the manager was not same person this guys name was something different than before and he made three people on the phone in our family very upset. Needless to say we went with pizza hut but they have now lost a long time committed family. We were mistreated, and this so called manager was very rude and said that this was their first time delivering to us. I calmly tried to explain to him that he was mistaken and something was very wrong but it fell on deaf ears. I do not recommend dominoes pizza to anyone not even my pets at this point and never will ever again. If they keep treating people like this they will be lucky if they can start canning their pizza and maybe it would be better as pet food as this way they won't have to worry about customer service anymore because they are incapable of this. And as far as photos we have none they never came with the pizza ever!

I am just sorry to know the service given in India as a typical unprofessional organisation.the regular senapati bapat road in pune gives us regular supply .we order every wkend.now the senapati branch is under renovation and when contacted to the nearest branch either bavdhan or banner branch they refuse to give service just because it is not in their system or registered in their area for delivering...isn, t this a big inconvenience and unprofessional area .I think they need to check with their service and Neots be so rigid with their dumb rules ...[protected]

Your last dissappointment, the old manager gave you a free pizza and promissed 15% off a future pie.

Your new dissappointment is the new manager doesn't know what the old manager promissed and they have no record of you. You freak out!

My guess is the old manager got tired of your complaining for free food and marked you as a trouble maker on their computer system.

PS: No pets allowed unless service animals.

Domino's Pizza horrible dominos experience

Dear patrick doyle,

We address this email directly to you because in your ads you speak to the customer directly. We were impressed with your messaging and concern for the customer, so much so that we bought domino’s stock. However, I am writing this email to tell you how pathetic the reality is when it comes to how you actually treat customers. Your messaging is such a hoax and not backed by action.

Not just on one occasion but three have you offered bad to horrible service! So much so that in the last one we ended up calling the cops to your (992 w el camino sunnyvale) location on june 2nd, because of the harassment received by the manager and the associate.

Our first bad experience was when we ordered a ten topping pizza (1711 west el-camino real, mt. View), on opening the pizza, it was partially burned and did not have ten toppings rather eight. We were planning to send a picture of the pizza but could not find where to send it so we just took this as a one time incident and ignored.

We gave that location another try, and on another day, again ordered a ten topping pizza and this time we were careful to mention that please make sure you put 10 and don’t burn the pizza as last time. Believe it or not, when we went to the store, the pizza was again light on toppings and when we said this is a ten topping pizza, the guy just said we can’t put all the toppings otherwise we will not be able to run the business profitably. We were stunned, shocked and called customer service, which was closed, but somehow were able to talk to someone in the store locator department. The lady there said she can’t do much except send an email explaining what happened, with our contact number. Guess, what? Till this date no email or phone call has been received about our complaint from domino’s. So much so for wanting to listen to your customers.

Our third horrible experience (June 2nd) where we ended up calling the cops. We tried another location this time (992 w el camino sunnyvale). We saw the tv ad 2 for 5.99, medium two topping pizza and we called to place the order. We ordered one pizza with a deep-dish crust and the other with the hand tossed one. We were never told of any extra charge for the deep dish crust; rather we confirmed the total price. I must admit the manager was unpleasnt on the phone to begin with while taking the order. When we drove to the place to the pick up, the guy gave us the pizza and told us there is an extra charge for the deep dish. We were shocked. We told him we just talked over the phone and we were never told that there is an extra charge and urged him that this is unfair. He said, the manager took your order and he is not here, and I am too busy, and I refuse to serve you the pizza and he literally snatched the pizza from our hands and threw the credit card on the floor. We were literally going to hit him for his behavior but we decided to call the cops. He was so rude and kept smiling all the time when we waited for the cops to arrive. He nor his manager even once tried to resolve the issue. All the time we waited the manager did not call or show up. When the cops finally arrived, they explained they can’t do much because it is a civil matter and all we told him that the reason this went so far is because of complete lack of respect to customers.

Additionally, we noticed that basic health standards were not being maintained. No one was wearing gloves while baking/handling the pizza and touching it with their bare hands.

I think domino’s tops the list of companies that has the worst quality and customer service. More importantly, the impression I got was that domino’s does not even bother to address customer complaints because we had put one after our second incident. We are trying this letter with our last resort to hear what actions domino’s and you patrick doyle are going to take over the locations we just described. We actually dare you to make an example out of them w. R. T. How they treated us. It is easy to take a picture of a pizza and say we will fix it, but would love to hear what actions you are going to take about this.

We are sending this letter over to you via mail, email, etc. However, this is also going to as many public forums, blogs, etc. We were advised by the cops to write to the business bureau. We will do what we can, but the question is what are you going to do? We need some answers, because not only are we frustrated and harassed as customers but we are angry as shareholders, we need to know, what kind of ship are you running?

I have never noticed poor service, but have noticed a few drivers are being taken advantage of at my local shop

The stevens point, WI Dominos treats their employees horribly! the roads are flooded & overpasses are blocked by cops right now...all other pizza places were asked by police to keep their drivers off the road...but god forbid dominos consider their drivers safety or obey the police's request for that matter!...the poor drivers are out trying to get around blocked roads and driving through rivers...drivers should never be forced to work out in a storm like this again, esspecially since the police announced that roads needed to remain clear and that it wasnt safe for people to be driving. All of those drivers in the stevens point shop should be given bonuses and be appologized to. If I see any of those drivers out in a storm this bad again i will NEVER order dominos again, and i will be sure to tell everyone I know just how much more important money is to Dominos than its hardworking employees!

P.S. a few weeks ago tornado sirenes were sounding and people were pulling over for cover...dominos drivers drove right through it all night ! help me get the word out that its not fair to treat employees like this...especially wen they make as little as they do!

Domino's Pizza cursed at by delivery boy and manager

When the pizza was delivered after a hour, the boy had an attitude. When he received no tip he replied"thanks for the tip you fat Fu*king cow". When I called the manager he said " what would you like me to do about it I'm not his mother." when I said action should be taken against him (the delivery boy) the manager said" don't tell me how to do my job" I then asked to speak to a superior and was told "I own the fu*king store bi*ch" and was hung up on. I will never again order from this shop and believe it is in desperate need of new ownership. So much for dominoes trying to look good.

I was in Worthington, OH this weekend for a wedding reception with other family members and we stayed at the Holiday Inn. Instead of being in one of our rooms we were on the patio outside and decided at 11:00 pm to order pizza. To make our selection easy we decided to call Domino's Pizza as they were on our room keycards. Simple right? Called them and spoke to a employee who says he is the manager. We placed an order for 3 pizzas and asked that they be delivered to the front desk and that we would be waiting there for the driver. I handed the phone to my Aunt Barb who wanted to pay for them with her credit card. She gave him the info and again requested they be delivered to the front desk. He said they could not do that--they had to be delivered to the room. And she simply asked why and was trying to understand why. He became beligerent and hung up on her. We called back and he said the pizza would not be made or delivered and hung up on us again. We were all appalled at his actions. So I went to the Front Desk and complained. The Hotel employee called Domino's and spoke to the manager and asked why there was a problem. He also told the Domino's employee that many times in the past that pizza is delivered to the front desk with no problems. Conversation went on and the hotel employee told Domino's manager he would be in further contact with Domino's and that this was unacceptable.

We called Pizza Hut and they were very accomodating to us and delivered them to the front desk where a couple of us were waiting. Now in conversation with Pizza Hut...they told us the reason they rather deliver to the room is because they feel it is safer for the driver and that delivery to the front desk..the driver could be set up for a robbery. I said there are employees of the hotel at the front desk, it is safer there. I also said I feel safer at the front desk than I do to have a driver deliver to my room. I have also sent an email to corporate offices of Domino's Pizza. As they need to be made aware of their employees actions.

Greg, the Domino's employee, was unprofessional and his actions were uncalled for. I will think twice before ordering from a Domino's Pizza again.

We were delivered the wrong pizza when I called in to tell them they said it was my fault I ordered wrong then when I told them it must have been a miscomunication that we would like what we wanted the guy on the phone said that he would send 1 pizza and we had to give him 1 whole pizza and the one with the 2 bitten slices now we paid for 2 pizzas why are we only getting 1 then as the operator guy is putting me on hold I hear him tell someone that the stupid ### lady then the hold button worked I dont think calling customers names is policy. Then when the guy with the 1 replacement pizza comes he said that his specific instructions were to bring back 1 WHOLE pizza or nothing the pizza that we were giving back had 1 slice missing and he would not give us our other pizza. This is wrong and if the guy who said he was the manager really was the manager he should have handled it differantly he lost us as a customer !

I ordered a pizza online. They deducted the price from my account but I never recieved my pizza. The reason they gave for my not receiving a pizza was that they didnt have any dough. No dough at 6:30 pm? They didnt even call me, I had to call them. I asked them to credit my account then, but they said their machine was broken and that it would take 2 to 5 days for my account to be credited. So now I have 2 hungry kids, no pizza and no money to buy anything else. This is a poorly run store and we wont buy anything there again!

The dominoes pizza in bridgeton, Missouri has a worker that has the poorest customer service in missouri. 1st when you call your order in and she answers;she rushes you and has an attitide. 2nd if she is the person that delivers your pizza;she doesn't even have your pizza in the carrier to keep it hot;she brings the pizza box, etc in her hand so the pizza isn't even hot anymore. 3rd she always has something to say about a tip like asking for one its so unprofessional. I don't have that problem with any of the other deliverers. I spend too much money with them and I expect great service.

I order pizza's from this Dominoes all the time! The manager tells me that i have complaints all the time and i don't. Most of the time when i do complain something is wrong! I have been ordering Pizza from the same Dominoes for more than four years and have never experienced poor Management like it is now! The pizza i ordered the manager made it! and he burnt the pizza and made the wrong crust! One side was regular and the other was brooklyn! and i ordered all brooklyn crust. I sent the pizza back and he tells me i am the problem and i know this is not true! Many of the employees who work with this man hate him and from my knowledge he was offered another position and wouldn't take it! Many of the customers dislike this man! So, i sent the pizza back and he sent me another one without onions in which i had on my order at first! and the sausage was overcooked again!
and the pizza itself was dried out as well! The good thing about the whole situation was, i GOT IT FREE! because i told him i would turn him in! The pizza was still NASTY! Anyway, long story short! 3175 Roswell Road need a new manager who likes his job! and don't mind serving his customers no matter what!

Ordered pizza last night 10-28-10 from Dominoes in Eden Prairie, MN. 55344 @ Pizza was delivered and after the delivery guy left I opened the box and found out that the pizza was the worst pizza I had ever seen in my life. It appeared as though someone poured a cup of water of the pizza, it was soaking through the boz. You couldn't even pick a peice up it would fall apart everywhere, and I even had them double cook it. ? How odd? I have been ordering this pizza for several years its my family's favorite pizza so I know what to expect and its far from what I seen. I called back and was very upset with the poor quality food I received and explained what had happened and the girl I was talking with said oh I'm sorry I don't know what your talking about I'm new here, okay I don't really give a shi* if you're new or not if you're answering the phone you better know how to do something at least apoligize. Seriously! So then she said she was transferring me to the manager who sounded like she was 15... GREAT and I explained everything all over again and she argued with me saying that that's how philly cheese steak pizza looks and I told her ummmm no I've ordered this pizza so many times before from another location and it never looked like that before. We went back and fourth so many times, she never apoligized and then when I was so upset she finally said okay I'll send you out another pizza and you can return the other one. I told her no I'm not gonna do that my kids are hungry and they don't care what it looks like there so young but I care I care what it looks like it looks like someone poured wate ron it it looks like ###. I told her I want my kids to eat now its getting late and they're hungry and this should've never happened in the first place. She said that I could just keep that pizza and that she would credit my account a free pizza I could use at another time. I asked her if she could just send it now what would be the difference? And she argued with me and said no then said yes and I just told her no now I don't even want you to send out another pizza because I'm scared that you will spit in my pizza because of the attitude you've given me. RIDICULOUS SERVICE! argued more and more and more and then I finally told her I'm gonna just call someone above you tomorrow and she said go for it do whatever you want and hung up on me. I called this morning and left a message for the franchise owner to call me back, he did this afternoon. We talked really didn't get anywhere he just said we've never really had any problems with her I think she might have just not cared anymore because her last day is today. Okay I dont give a shi* if its her last or her first she should talk to me with respect I'm the customer. I told him that anyone answering the phone should have good customer service and not talk to people how I was talked to. I told him I even took pictures and video taped what that pizza looked like and that I could send it to him, he didn't say anything. I told him I wanted my money back and he said he's never done that before but I didn't back down he said I could pick up the money tonight which I will and that he'll put a free pizza on my owner didn't get that. ? I told him that I feel like he should be going above and beyond to make this better and he said like what did you have in mind? Ummmm I thought you would have some sort of idea what you can offer me to make this better other than a free pizza which I'm never going to order.

On Tuesday, 11-1-11 I called in a take-out order for 2 large, single topping pizzas. The price I was quoted was $27.88. I was shocked at the price and explained to the young man that I had purchased the same thing 2 weeks ago and the pizzas were $7.99 each. He asked if I used a coupon and I said "no". he said, "well, that's what the price is." I told him to cancel my order. He then said, "hold on. Let me ask the manager." I waited while he relayed the conversation. From the background, I heard someone say, "That's just what we tell people." and instructed the kid to give it to me for $7.99 each. Had I not driven 30 miles and had a truck load of hungry grandkids, I would have left those pizzas sitting there. To top it off, there was a hair in my slice when I finally got home with it. Needless to say after 20 plus years as a loyal customer, that was my last Domminoes Pizza.

My husband ordered 3 medium pizzas with the $5.99 deal. Everything was fine and the website said that it would take 20-30 minutes. We were extatic at the time quote! We watched the tracker as we were online and 13 minutes later that tracker said that our pizza was on its way. Well 45 minutes after ordering we called the store to see what the issue was. An individual, whom I believe to have taken one too many drugs, answered the phone and shrugged of the issue of our late delivery. Now 55 minutes after ordering, my husband realizes that he now needs to get ready to go to work and that we are no longer going to be able to eat as a family. We recieve our pizzas shortly thereafter. We open one of our pizza boxes to find that the feta cheese that was on our pizza was burnt, not a little bit but BLACK and inedible. I call the store back, AGAIN, and talk to a manager. His exact words to me were, "I have worked here a long time and that is how every pizza comes out." I was flabbergasted. I then ask him why there was such a delay in delivery. He told me that the website is never correct. I asked him if he was really saying that a fortune 500 company's website that is used all over the country is flawed, and he replied with yes. Who really says that to a customer? The manager said that he would credit us a pizza for the next time that we order...hello? I ordered a pizza to eat now, not later. He told me that he would re make the pizza but it would take at least 40 minutes. He said, "if I put priority on remaking your pizza, then other peoples will be late". The pizza was cold, and not tasty. I dont know that I will ever order again.

I'm writing this with regards that something is physically done, and that this complaint, isn't just read like many others. It is very difficult to try and understand how a manager can show no professional skills towards a customer, because when we have a problem we look for them as help. Especially when you have given this store hundreds of dollars. Made a purchase on march, 26, 2013. I are my pastas and my children ate the pizza, I never tasted it, but my mother asked for a slice. The pizza was not ready it had raw dough still, called to let them know just for future references not to receive anything in return. Then manager was put on then phone, he was very rude from then beginning, he said this is how you check your pizza to see if its ready, I'm not a pizza checker I count on you to bring good quality food to our table. He yelled at me and I did mention me calling corporate he laughed and giggled go ahead my name is Jose, he was anxious to hang up, and didn't listen to what I had to say, but better check my pizza, next tI'me this is poor management and costing your company to lose money, because if he has poor skills he's bringing that to then table for all other employees to do then same. Whether this might or might not change anything, its been said, from working in career services this is not permitted or tolerated in anyway, there are hundreds of people looking for a job that love people and can be exceptional assets to four company. sincerely, Jessica Avila

I ordered a small pie with a sandwich and received the wrong sandwich after calling they said they would send out a new order and they never arrived after calling 5 times they kept saying the driver was on his way. They never arrived and it was already 11:00 pm at night.

Domino's Pizza bad product & service

The Double Burst Pizza was no where close to how it should be, ie. almost no cheese (pic available).

The Dominos Personals (Pic taken of the person who claimed to be the manager, who didnt give his card or identity to us) spoke very rudely and made the visit a nightmare.

Paid for being hurt, left the pizza for the Dominos Personals to have.

Domino's Pizza dominos has messed up my orders multiple times

I have ordered from domino's multiple times and have been highly satisfied. however, there have also been multiple times that my order has been horribly messed up!

There have been several occasions that the drivers have forgotten a beverage and have driven back to get it.
One of the worst things that happened was when dominos put blue cheese dressing with the cinna stix rather than icing. my friend actually dipped one of the cinna stix in the blue cheese dressing without realizing and ate it. [ew]
Also we have ordered cinna stix and cheesy bread and instead of sending both, there were two orders of cinna stix sent.

In a separate incident, which was even most traumatic for me, I received a breadbowl pasta with a heap of meat I had not ordered online.in fact, I even called in to ensure that the marinara sauce was meatless. I ordered spinach, provolone cheese, and feta cheese for the breadbowl pasta and instead received chicken meat and some sort of other mystery meat either bacon or ham which I have excluded from my diet. the meat was upsetting because of my pescetarianism but also because the meat just looked plain gross. I will attach some photos. vegetarians stay away from the breadbowls from dominos.
They sent a corrected order but, still, it was pretty disgusting.

So you're trying to say that the messed up order was my fault, because i didnt get carryout, and in fact i shouldn't have ordered in the first place? Well, I am trying to save up but its nice to have a treat now and then aaand it sucks when the food is completely wrong. >.
