I can never access the website. I've changed usernames and passwords, tried different browsers and keep getting the same result. When I do speak with customer service, it's always someone I have trouble understanding. When I ask to speak with someone in the US, I'm told that I cant be transferred. This is not right and I don't want to do business with this company if I'm unable to communicate.

    Are you sure there is a customer service call center in the US?

    I was preapproved then when i submitted my application. I was denied. [censor] why would u send me a preapproval letter in the first place.
